The Gorgas Shared Information About the Giudices’ Finances With People Helping the Feds; the Gorgas Never Planned on Going to Teresa’s Wedding to Louie Ruelas (Updated 5-23-2024)
At the end of part 1, and the beginning of part 2, of the season 7 reunion (S7 Episodes 17 and 18), Teresa said that she believes Jacqueline was “definitely dabbling in” helping the Feds build a case against the Guidices. “She was speaking to people – that maybe those certain people then went to the Feds.”
Joe Gorga says that, when Teresa got out of prison, “They [the attorneys?] said to her [Teresa]: ‘This is what happened. These are your people — they [the attorneys] kind of said — they mentioned [to Jacqueline] your name. They mentioned her [Jacqueline’s] name, that she was step-by-step, what she was going through.”
Jac to Joe Gorga: “I heard YOU were doing that.”
Mel to Jac: “You used to call me and say: ‘She’s gonna get more time. She’s going back in. She’s not gonna get out.'”
Jac: “Yes, I did hear that.”
Melissa: “And, I would say: ‘How would you know that?'”
Jac: “You were feeding me all the information.”
Mel: “Okay, like what information? Go ahead.”
Jac: “All kinds of stuff.”
Mel: “Like what?”
Jac: “How did I know anything? You told me that, like, your husband went to the prison with his mother, and they talked about getting a divorce. And that the parents were fighting. There was a war. You would feed me so much information.”
Mel: “That’s not feeding you. You were my girlfriend.”
Jac: “Right, but you were gossiping about things.”
Mel: “We were talking about things… You’re the shittiest girlfriend in fucking America. [To Siggy and Dolores] You girls should run for the fucking hills. She sucks! She will tell all your secrets. Look at me in my eyes! I warned you first. She sucks! [To Jac] You’re talking about personal family shit. Go ahead, look at me with your crazy fucking eyes.”
Jac: “So, now you’re getting upset because I’m speaking the truth.”
Mel: “That’s right! ‘Cause you make me, like — you’re really gross.”
Jac: “Because you’re trying to twist all these lies on me.”
Mel: “I’m not twisting shit!”
Jac: “But when I tell the truth, you’re getting all heated, aren’t you?”
Mel: “You were disgusting, trying to say [Teresa] she’s gonna get more time.”
Jac: “Excuse me! You used to say that.”
Mel: “No one fucking believes you.”
Jac to Chris: “Chris, have they [Joe and Melissa Gorga] been in our kitchen and talking about her [Teresa’s] business with us?”
Teresa interjects and defends Melissa, and Teresa and Melissa both call Jac a liar, etc.
Mel to Jac: “I’m not looking at my husband. I’m talking truth between two girlfriends.”
Jac: “Oh, when I started talking truth, look how heated you got. You got very defensive.”
Mel: “Because you’re a liar, and I don’t like that.”
Teresa to Jac: “Because you’re lying.”
Jac: “You guys are the ones who lie.”
Andy addresses Chris. Chris explains that Joe Gorga and Richie Wakile, when they first were cast on the show in 2010, called Chris.
Chris to Joe Gorga: “You wanted to sit down, and I told you that Joe and Teresa were my friends. ‘I don’t want to get in the middle of this stuff.’
Chris explains to Andy: “Jacqueline is a different person than I am. And, she’s, like, ‘You know what. I’m not gonna judge Melissa and Joe based on what I’m being told. I’m gonna find out for myself.’ And, that’s how we got to start to get to know Melissa and Joe. And, honestly, we fell in love with them. Jacqueline said: ‘Why can’t we put them together? Why can’t we all hang out together and all have fun together?’ And, that’s what she tried to do, okay? And, I told Jacqueline: ‘You are going to get fucked. They’re family, and one day they are going to come back together [close up of Teresa’s face indicates she is hearing what Chris is saying], and you’re going to become the bad guy.’ Well, here we are. [Close up of Joe Gorga shows he is listening also, while Melissa is shouting, No no no no no!]”
Joe Gorga: “… This to me is petty. I’m going to be honest. My family destroyed me. That was a problem for me. For years I was a mess…” [Harping on the same thing he’s been harping on since season 3.]
Chris to Teresa: “The reality is, Teresa, I know she [Jacqueline] still cares about you. I’m not gonna sit here and bullshit anybody ’cause there’s no upside for me.”
Andy tells Chris that they’re going to take a break for now, and they’ll get back to Chris later.
At the 29:55 mark in the season 7 reunion, part 2 (S7 Episode 18), Chris Laurita explains that Melissa and Joe made him and Jac hate Teresa. Melissa contests Chris’ accusation, and then Chris says that Jac stood up for the Giudices to the Gorgas but eventually what the Gorgas told them about the Giudices “kind of ruined our relationship with Joe and Teresa.” Jac says this happened before the scene on Jac’s deck, where she called out Tre about the magazine articles.
Later, around the 33:30 mark, Mel says to Jac: “I was irrelevant to you, and I was never a friend, so you really didn’t give a shit.”
Chris to Melissa: “I think Jacqueline feels like she put her neck on the line for you.”
Mel: “How?”
Chris: “By going against Teresa’s wishes of embracing you.”
Andy to Chris: “Tell us why you think Jacqueline is so upset with Teresa.”
Chris: “My wife puts her heart and soul into a friendship. Sometimes she goes too deep with caring for people. And, when she’s hurt, she goes to the extreme opposite direction.”
Six years later, during the season 13 reunion, Teresa says that Jacqueline Laurita, who she and Louie met up with in Las Vegas in February 2023, told her that Joe Gorga had been meeting with, and sharing information about, the Giudices with Joe Mastropole [Mastropole worked with the Feds regarding the charges against the Giudices for mortgage and bankruptcy fraud].
It was Mastropole, Monica Chacon, and Chacon’s husband (the attorney for Joe Mastropole) who worked directly with the Feds to get an indictment against the Giudices. However, the Gorgas, Wakiles, Marco sisters, Kim G, Tom Murro, and the Hizas all befriended Monica Chacon and brought her onto the show in season 3 (see “Monica Chacon” later is this article). Note: Monica Chacon had worked with Joe Gorga and Frank Catania, closing real estate transactions, since 2005 or earlier (the first season of RHONJ filmed in 2008, yet Joe Gorga pretended at his 2010 Christmas party, season 3, that he didn’t know Monica).
Going back to the season 7 reunion (S7 Episode18), starting around the 27-minute mark, Chris Laurita explains how he tried to help Juicy, through mutual friends, work out a deal with Joe Mastropole, Juicy’s former business partner, so that Juicy could payback the debt he owed Mastropole (in their 2009 bankruptcy filing, which the Giudices later withdrew, Juicy tried to get this $255,000 debt discharged).
NOTE: Joe Mastropole signed a business divorce agreement with the Giudices, which obligated the Giudices to pay Mastropole a total of $586,000 — $300,000 immediately with an ultimate payoff by December 1, 2007. Joe Giudice breached the agreement by failing to pay off the balance owed of $286,000; instead, he included it in the bankruptcy petition filed on October 29, 2009, as debt to be discharged (the initial judgment was reduced to $255,000 by the court). The Giudices amended their bankruptcy petitions in 2009 and 2010 (although they filed jointly, the court chose to handle the resolution for each of them separately). The trustee denied their discharges, and the Giudices withdrew their petitions in late 2011. They were indicted in 2013 for bankruptcy and mortgage fraud. In March 2014, each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud — by concealing assets, falsifying court filings, and falsely testifying (they admitted to hiding assets from a bankruptcy trustee). And, Joe pleaded guilty to failing to file one year’s tax returns. At the Giudices’ sentencing hearing in October 2014, the judge explained that she was inclined to grant probation until Teresa submitted false information about her assets to the probation department, which was preparing the pre-sentence report for the court. Teresa’s plea agreement specifically addressed what could happen if she failed to disclose all her assets to the probation department. Teresa served 11 1/2 months in federal prison, from early January 2015 to just before Christmas 2015. Joe served three years in federal prison, from March 2016 to March 2019: he was immediately transferred to an ICE facility, where he spent seven months in custody trying to fight deportation.
Chris to Teresa (S7 Episode 18): “You know, Teresa, I know the truth of what really happened. I do, honestly… Listen, the reality is, we have a mutual friend, okay. And he called me up one day and said: ‘Hey, apparently there’s a real estate dispute. This guy [Mastropole] is going to go to the Feds. Why don’t we try and get them [Juicy and Mastropole] so they can make a deal and there will be no problems.’ I said, ‘Alright.’ I didn’t call Joe myself. I called another mutual friend that we have. Couple days later, he called me back. ‘I talked to Joe. He said: Tell him [Mastropole] to go fuck himself.’ I said, ‘Okay.’ I called my friend: ‘Here’s the message.’ I said: ‘I want nothing to do with this.’ And that is exactly what happened.”
Teresa shakes her head at Chris and says “No.” But, this sounds exactly like Juicy.
The Gorgas never planned on going to Teresa’s wedding.
They didn’t want Teresa to have a moment to shine and bask in her new found happiness.
They made it about themselves, with the intent to steal her spotlight and her joy.
Danielle should know by now that they ALL set her up, especially the producers. Even Melissa was trying her best at the finale to goad Danielle into telling her the rumor that Melissa knew about since February 27, 2021, per Margaret (the finale was filmed in late July/early August 2022).
As the season arc, the cheating rumor needed to be said on camera to Melissa but nobody wanted to do it. So, it fell onto Danielle. She earned her stripes and certain return for next season.
The Gorgas were never going to the wedding because of Louie telling the cheating story to Joe, off camera, 6 months before filming for season 13 began, around March 2022, and well after Melissa learned about it about one year earlier.
The Gorgas couldn’t be sure it was going to be told to Melissa on camera so their backup reasons for not going to the wedding became Melissa not being asked to be a bridesmaid, Donna Marco not being invited, Teresa bringing up Antonia not going to Milania’s sweet 16 party.
The Gorgas’ feud with Louie about the pizza ovens also was a huge factor in the Gorgas turning on Louie.
The pizza oven and subscription pizza kit Gorga pitched to Louie wasn’t even an original idea. He stole it from his favorite pizza place, The Columbia Inn, which had on its website older photos of Joe and Melissa. And, apparently, the name Nonno’s Pizza already had been claimed by another company, so it couldn’t be used to “brand” the ovens.

Louie Ruelas’ Stalker Ex-Fiance, Vanessa Reiser
Note: Louie has two ex-girlfriends named Vanessa. The Vanessa who is dating Dolores’ ex David is the other Vanessa, not Vanessa Reiser.
Louie hired Bo Dietl, not to investigate the cast, but to investigate Vanessa Reiser, the ex-fiance who is harassing him and his family. During the investigation, some of the cast members names, in particular Margaret, kept coming up as someone in contact with Vanessa and feeding Margaret information. That’s why Margaret is so shook.
Prior to marrying her second husband Glenn, Vanessa also allegedly dated a man named Paul Devlin. Paul claimed that Vanessa stole his jeep and then put an order of protection against him. According to court documents Paul even sent a letter to Glenn while he was married to Vanessa warning him all about Vanessa Reiser (image below). This was found in court documents against Vanessa Reiser.

Allegedly, Louie couldn’t discuss at the reunion that he hired his friend, PI Bo Dietl, to investigate his ex fiance, Vanessa Reiser, for death threats. She has had restraining orders against her for stalking in the past. Some of the cast members possibly came up during the investigation because they were/are in contact with Vanessa. Louie says Bo Dietl has information on everyone because the stalker investigation of Vanessa revealed that some of the cast were/are communicating with Vanessa.
Joe Gorga, Frank Catania, and the Foreclosure Business
Joe said he met Frank when Joe was in high school.
Frank: I controlled all the foreclosures, and Joe was trying to get in the foreclosure field, and he came to me (Joe interrupts Frank and rambles).
Joe: He was an attorney and I got right into a business, and by the time I was 19 I started flipping houses, and he was a big time attorney at the time and he had the biggest foreclosure connection at the time, so anytime you, anything you needed, I would call him up. I said, “Frank, I need a couple houses.” And he’s like, “Okay.” That’s how many houses he had. He controlled the market. He was the man… and he wouldn’t sell to just anyone. He had a very small group. So if I call him, “Frank, I need three houses, okay”… and I go look, and I’m gonna buy them, and I made money because you helped me out. Thank you Frank. That’s why I love him. But we have this amazing relationship. We never argued. I was going to ask them. We’ve been in business. We had some issues in business but we never thought, we never fought. In 2014, a complaint was filed, accusing Frank Catania of misappropriating funds in a $190,000 escrow account, which had been set aside during a 2010 residential real estate closing in Toms River.
In December of 2010, Catania allegedly moved $15k from the account to his business bank account, Catania Fitness Corp, then within the same month, moved another $10k, and used it to pay legal fees to the law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith and Davis.
So, basically, he was caught using clients’ money to fund his gyms.
Frank was disbarred in 2017.
Melissa (Off Camera) Fed Infomation to Danielle Staub About Teresa’s Financial Issues and Personal Family Matters
The Gorgas brought Monica Chacon onto the show via Kim G in season 3.
Monica Chacon’s husband was the lawyer representing Joe Giudice’s ex business partner, Joe Mastropole, who was suing Juicy.
In December 2010, at the Gorgas’ Christmas party in season 3 episode 10, Melissa and Monica Chacon pretended like they didn’t know each other when she arrived with Kim G; however, in October 2010, while taping the Posche fashion show in season 3 episode 2, Melissa, her sisters, Kim G, Monica Chacon and Kathy Wakile all sat at the same table – Teresa questioned their association when she said to Caroline and Jacqueline:
“Why is Kim G talking to my sister-in-law? It’s just weird that my sister-in-law’s friends with her.”
Monica Chacon boasted to RadarOnline on July 30, 2013, that she had been working with federal investigators over the past four years to help them nab the Giudices.
The connection between Monica Chacon and Joe Gorga goes back to 2005 (if not earlier), when she prepared the deed for a property he purchased jointly with Bob Hiza, who is a real estate and mortgage broker and a friend of both the Gorgas and Wakiles. (Remember that the Gorgas got married in August 2004, and Melissa worked as a secretary for his “real estate development” business, according to Melissa).
In June 2003, Frank signed as “witness” for the sale of the parents’ home to Joe Gorga for $1.00. The mother’s signature appears to be forged. It looks like the same person signed Giacinto and “Antonio”.
So, Nonno and his wife sold the family home for $1 to Joe. The only witness to this transaction was Frank Catania. Did Teresa’s father actually sign the documents? Did Joe Gorga forge his father’s signature, and did Frank Catania help him with making the deeds look legit?
Frank signed in the capacity as a notary and his signature represents his verification of the validity of signatures from the Gorgas.

Monica and Kim were compiling all of this information to make a case against the Giudices for fraud!
It was Melissa who has done all of this to Teresa! She was the one telling them the house was in foreclosure and that the Giudices lied on taxes and mortgage applications and that Teresa made more money then she was admitting to.
All of this shadiness was going on during seasons 1 and 2, and then on season 3 there was the devil herself… Melissa!! She then preceded to play victim and act like Teresa did something wrong to her when it was the Gorgas who purposefully lied to Monica and Kim to take Teresa down!!
The Gorgas have known this whole time that there was a case being made against his own sister to put her in jail. WHO DOES THAT TO HIS SISTER and NIECES!!!!!!! The Gorgas fed all of this info to Monica Chacon and Kim Granatell! And half of what Melissa told Monica was not even true.
Monica’s husband is the one suing the Giudices, and it was Melissa and Joe who were telling Monica and Kim G about the Giudices finances. Melissa did the same thing with Danielle Staub and wanted to film with her. She told Danielle about Teresa’s finances and that her house was in foreclosure.
Monica’s husband, William Saracino of Totowa, NJ, is the attorney for Joe Giudice’s former business partner, Joseph Mastropole, who sued Joe and Teresa in 2007 for $260,000, the debt due in a business divorce agreement. Mastropole accused Juicy of forging his signature on documents to discharge a mortgage on property they jointly owned for the purpose of refinancing the property to garner funds.
Kim G was on the show in the first two seasons, and Monica made her appearance in season 3 at the Gorgas’ party when Melissa denied knowing her, but Monica said she knew Melissa and Joe.
Kim G and Monica Chacon sat at a table with Kathy, Melissa and Melissa’s sisters at the Posche fashion show (PFS) in season 3 episode 2. This was at the very beginning of the Gorgas’ and Wakiles’ first season – how did they get so close to Kim G so quickly? Because they had known her for a while, although earlier in the same episode Melissa and Kathy pretended to have met her for the first time at the Posche boutique, where Kim G said to them about Teresa, “She doesn’t know who she’s messing with,” and neither of them defended Teresa or were shocked by the statement.
Melissa also told Monica about the magazine articles and said Teresa gets paid for them. I was also told that Joe Giudice’s ex business partner, who filed a suit first and was represented by Monica’s husband, was also in cahoots with Melissa and Joe Gorga. The Gorgas went to the business partner and that’s how they met Monica and told her they would help her take the Giudices down!! Then low and behold suddenly Melissa got cast on the show!!!
When Teresa saw Kim G sit down at Melissa’s table at the PFS, she asked Jacqueline and Caroline:
“Why is Kim G talking to my sister-in-law? It’s just weird that my sister-in-law’s friends with her.”
In the same episode (season 3 episode 2), before the PFS, Kim G came over to Melissa’s home, and they went clubbing on Halloween, Kathy included – Melissa and Kathy talked smack about Teresa with Kim G the entire time.
Bob and Kim Hiza are mortgage brokers who were credited in season 3 as being the Gorgas’ accountants, but in reality Bob Hiza co-owns with Joe Gorga at least 10 low-end properties in Paterson, NJ.
The Gorgas and Wakiles dined with the Hizas in their home during season 3 episode 6, at which time they talked about the Giudices’ bankruptcy.

“After leaving his meeting with Teresa, Joe and Melissa meet at their accountant Kim and Bob Hiza’s house and have dinner with them along with cousins Kathy and Rich. Not long after beginning the meal, the conversation turns to Teresa and her troubles. Melissa, Kathy, Rich and Bob start to gossip about Teresa’s problems with her brother and the upcoming auction on her belongings. Although the relationship between Joe and his sister is strained he defends her saying she is going through a rough time right now and they shouldn’t be discussing it.”
“After the meeting, Joe and Melissa meet up with Kathy and Rich Wakile at the home of family friends and accountants Bob and Kim Hiza. ‘The Hizas are not traditional Italians,’ Wakile said. ‘They had a chef prepare the meal. It was nice, it was very nice. I told Kim, I have to cook for her. I have to teach her a few things.’ Melissa refuses wine, saying she was sick from being worried over Joe. He tells them about the meeting with Teresa. ‘Everything went OK,’ he said. ‘Did she apologize? Yes. Was she sincere? I’m not sure.’ Melissa tells Kathy that when everything is peaceful between her and Teresa, she is going to talk to her about Wakile. Wakile tells Gorga not to worry about it. ‘If she wants to have me in her life, she’ll have me in her life,’ Wakile said. ‘Listen, she’s going through some hard times,’ Joe said. Again, the topic of the auction comes up, this time from Bob Hiza. Rich Wakile says he absolutely would have helped his ailing cousins-in-law if he had known they were in bankruptcy. Gorga agrees.”
The following is an excerpt about the dinner with the Hizas from Melissa’s Bravo blog:
“Anyway, I’m glad you get to see our dinner with Kathy and Rich at Kim and Bob Hiza’s house. You can clearly see that we had the perfect opportunity to discuss Teresa and Joe Giudice’s financial problems, but we took the high road as we always do when that topic is brought up in the press, on the show, and around other people. We are not out to get Teresa or talk about their legal issues. When I say I want this family to get back together, I truly do mean it. I want our kids to play together, and I want us to spend time together as a family. I never sat down with Teresa face-to-face until now, but I stand by what I wrote above. Let’s sit down talk about our issues and fix them, for real.”
Kim Hiza, Kim G and Monica Chacon attended the Gorgas’ 2010 Christmas party in season 3 episode 10. The producers invited Monica and Kim G unbeknownst to the Giudices but Melissa was fully aware that they would be attending, even though she feigned knowing Monica at the time. Teresa became upset that Monica was there because earlier that day she had a confrontation with her at the courthouse during a break in a fraud case that Juicy’s former business partner had filed against him.
Kim Hiza is a member of Kim Granatell’s crew, “The New Jersey Socialites“, which is a reality show Kim G was trying to get picked up in January 2013.
Kim Hiza was with Kathy Wakile and Kim G attending Kim D’s holiday party in December 2010. The event was sponsored by illluminationPR.com, which represented Melissa Gorga at the time and now represents the Wakiles.
Kim G is Jacqueline’s friend and neighbor – could Jacqueline have been helping Monica Chacon and the federal investigators?
During the taping of season 4, Jacqueline and the other cast members tried very hard to get Teresa to admit to being paid for magazine covers and articles and consistently asked her about financial matters when Bravo’s cameras were rolling.
Kim G tweeted Jacqueline on October 20, 2011, saying, “So glad Jacqueline, myself and Tom Murro converse everyday… oh, I forgot, Monica too!”
Monica is the attorney for Joe Giudice’s former business partner, Joseph Mastropole, who sued him in 2007 for debt due him in a business divorce. Mastropole accused Juicy of forging his signature on documents for property they jointly owned. Juicy admitted that he forged the signature but testified that on any occasion Mastropole had authorized him to sign his name to documents, which Mastropole denied, testifying that Juicy signed his name without his knowledge or authorization (Juicy also admitted to forging the notary’s signature and the notary seal). Monica spoke with RadarOnline again on July 31, 2013, and said the following about the Giudices:
According to attorney Monica Chacon, who represented Joe’s former business partner Joe Mastropole in a 2007 fraud case, Joe allegedly used “gang” tactics to intimidate her and her client.
“Someone blew out seven windows at our office the same day we filed in court,” she claims. “They were shooting slingshots with marbles. Of course we didn’t catch Joe doing it, but my and my husband’s office and Joe Mastropole’s office were both targeted the same day we filed in court. It wasn’t a coincidence.”
“You see a lot of different types of people when you’re a lawyer, but these two … I don’t know if they’re just that dumb, or if they’re crazy smart.”
“They just don’t care!” Chacon says. “They do what they want, and they say what they want, and figure that someday they’ll deal with the implications.”
“Even Al Capone didn’t go down for murdering people, he went down for tax evasion!” Chacon laughs.
But despite rumors, she says that Joe and Teresa definitely don’t have mafia ties.
“They have an inner-city, gang mentality,” Chacon explains. “They’re like people who have nothing to lose. That’s what you’re dealing with. It’s crazy.”
The following is an excerpt from the July 30, 2013 RadarOnline article where Monica says she has been working with the feds to nab the Guidices.
A lawyer who worked to have them found liable for fraud back in 2007 tells RadarOnline.com that she feels vindicated — and even a little bit pleased.
“It does feel good,” attorney Monica Chacon tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. Chacon represented Joe’s former business partner Joe Mastropole when he sued Giudice for fraud in 2007.
“The work we put in to make sure the judge recognized they were committing fraud ultimately resulted in them withdrawing their petition [and tipping off the feds],” she explains. “It’s been a long road.”
In fact, Chacon says, she’s been aiding federal investigators in their work to nab the Giudices for years. “Our office has had calls from some federal agencies over the past four years,” she reveals. “You don’t think it’s gonna come to anything and then finally [it happens].”
Still, she says, “Teresa and Joe’s true day of reckoning is yet to come. The federal case is still ongoing. To actual vindication, I think it will be a long road.”
“But finally it feels like people are opening their eyes to the situation after so many years,” Chacon says. “Little by little, the truth is starting to come out. They’re starting to show who they really are and what they are about.”
“Everybody around her knows they’re sleazy,” Chacon insists. “I think that their fans must be from anywhere but New Jersey!”
Monica was Kim G’s guest at the Gorgas’ Christmas party in their home during season 3 episode 10 – she introduced herself as “the lawyer suing Teresa.” She is the “lawyer” the Gorgas like to boast about kicking out of the party to appease Teresa – Teresa was upset that Monica was there, in her brother’s house, because the two had a verbal altercation at the court house earlier that day.
According to an insider, both Bravo and Melissa invited Monica to the party, although, during the episode, Melissa denied even knowing her.
During season 3 episode 10 (Melissa’s Christmas party), Melissa first claimed, “I don’t even know who the woman [Monica] is, so why is she in my house?” Then she feigned surprise recognition when Kim G said to Melissa, “Say ‘hi’ to Monica again.” Melissa quickly regrouped and said, “I think I met you at the fashion show.”

According to the NY Daily News on December 16, 2010, Teresa demanded Monica talk to her during a courtroom break in the case filed by Joe Giudice’s former business partner, Joseph Mastropole, but Monica, the wife of his attorney, refused, and Teresa exploded, screaming, “You need to stop telling people my business!” Though Joe is at the center of the drama, it was Teresa who got heated during a break in the proceedings, when she reportedly picked a fight with Monica Ciccone, the wife of William Saracino Jr., Mastropole’s lawyer. She exploded at Ciccone in a hallway during the break, according to RadarOnline.com, screaming, “You and me gotta talk!” When Ciccone ignored her, Giudice reportedly insisted, “I need to talk to you!” Ciccone continued to brush off the reality hothead, saying, “I don’t have to talk to you, we both have lawyers.” This was the last straw for Giudice, Radar reports, who seemed to channel her history of hallway fighting by going after Ciccone the same way she fought with “Real Housewives” castmember Danielle Staub last season. “You need to stop telling people my business!” she reportedly yelled. Unlike Staub, Ciccone stood up for herself, saying, “I’m not talking to you, you’re a bully!” Joe Giudice had to extract his wife from the situation, the gossip site reports.

On Tuesday’s episode of his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, the 55-year-old read text messages he received from Bo Dietl while also revealing that this is the second time the private investigator has reached out to him.
According to Andy Cohen, Bo denied doing investigations into the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast but did confirm that he is doing other investigative work for Louie, as explained at the reunion.
“I just want to say Bo Dietl texted me again,” Andy told his Andy Cohen Live co-host, John Hill.
Andy revealed: “So, I just want to say on his behalf, he said, ‘I never did any investigations on the cast of the Housewives of New Jersey. I never said that I didn’t do any other investigations for Louis.’”
“So he’s saying that Louis didn’t hire him to investigate the cast of the Housewives of Jersey, so that’s a very specific thing he’s saying. He’s not saying he doesn’t have in, I mean, that’s a specific thing,” Andy continued.
John Hill then interjected, saying, “He was not officially hired to investigate the job.”
The Real Housewives executive producer confirmed: “He was not officially hired to investigate. Yes, so I just wanted to say that.”

The original cast was signed in 2007, season 1 was taped during the spring and summer of 2008, and it premiered on May 12, 2009 (10 episodes). The last scene in the season 1 finale shows Danielle harping about Teresa and her Paterson home.

How would she know this unless fed this by Melissa or some other insider with a vendetta against Teresa in 2008?
This means that Melissa was in contact with Danielle in 2008, well before the Facebook cookie comment in December 2009, like she claims. During the season 1 finale (The Last Supper) Danielle comments about Teresa’s former home in Paterson with linoleum floors — this comment was made in the summer of 2008. If Melissa is the one to tell Danielle this, then Melissa was in contact with Danielle at least a year and a half before she first claims Danielle contacted her. Her story that Danielle Facebooked her in December 2009 contradicts the story that Danielle tells.

You can see Melissa looking Poison over, checking for the black hair paint. Then after Teresa and Juicy leave, she attempts to pull up Poison’s shirt, as if to encourage him to take it off (but he jerks away from her and slams something to the ground).

Sadly, most of the 39 counts are backed up by firm evidence and a clear paper trail. I love T and Joe, but Joe did run a scam for 9 years taking out loans he never intended to repay, then in trying to discharge them through bankruptcy, he got busted. I read the indictments. I saw the real and fake T signatures. It happened. That said, the severity of punishment they are looking to give T and J is not in line with the crime. And double that said, the likelihood that Tre’s own family and friends fed info to the bank trustee to tip them off that T&J were making and spending $ during that time is just beyond the pale. I’d rather spend time with a couple that fudges numbers than with a blood relative that sells their family out. The persecution is way worse than the original crime. I’d rather explain my financial wrongdoings at St. Peter’s Gate than my burning hatred and attempt at revenge toward my own blood.

I can tell you that the giudice lawyer can prove that a witch hunt has taken place. The giudices are guilty of some of this but proving a witch hunt will be easy. Even if 1/2 of the charges are dropped, there is still a pattern of intent by the Giudices (or Joe alone), and if convicted, appropriate punishment should be meted. I still get stuck on the possible EXTENSIVE jail time for non-violence, especially when the ability for restitution clearly exists. It-a make-a no sense-a. Pay to house non violent criminals for even a combined decade instead of collecting judgement and fines? You are more logical than I, as I’m a bit clouded by passion here. Not because I have an affinity for T&J (I do) but because when I look at the spectrum of “Evil” (for lack of a better word) in this bunch I see a grave and universal transgression in the conspiracy to destroy a family, than in (sorry T&J) a greedy couple working loopholes to defraud lenders, who by the way were giving no doc loans to anyone with a pulse. The banks have not only been bailed out, but escaped prosecutions from so much crime it makes my head spin! We tax payers will never see that bail out money again, but as Dee pointed out, the Guidice’s future would be much better served by allowing them to repay those debts than to AGAIN burden the tax payers by housing them in prisons! As for the horrendous crimes committed by their ‘friends’ & family, I can’t imagine any punishment so fitting as what will be handed down on Judgement Day! I literally shiver to think! Again, I’m so happy I found this site! May I PLEASE suggest a like button?? I’ve only read one comment thus far that I would not have marked! It’s provoked so much thought for me, and I wonder? I agree with you about judgment day. I’d rather be Juicy Joe and Tre, than Jo Gorga and Meho. What they did…beyond. Just beyond.
And before I get stoned to death, I do realize the meta aspect of fraud, and how it has ruined economy, health, even lives. Mine. Yours. I just see wire fraud as less malicious than looking a sister in the face, hugging her, and stabbing her in the back. Not sure why everyone is blaming #RHONJ ‘s downfall on Marge when she is just another in a long line of people who’s jealousy was heavily influenced by Melissa’s one sided war with Teresa. Even Joey and their kids are victims. The root is Melissa. Always has been.
And Marge started with all of that under the influence of Melissa. They have the same PR people and everything. Melissa and Joey convince these new cast members if they overthrow Teresa, they’ll run #RHONJ they’ve been trying and failing for years now.
Teresa was IN Melissa’s wedding to Joey and advocating for her even though her parents hated Melissa and thought she was a golddigger because Joey met her dancing at the strip club. Teresa could have easily finished Melissa long before the wedding. #RHONJ
The root is not Teresa and Joey or their parents because none of them had an issue with each other until Melissa decided that she was going to be a star at all costs and lost her mind when Teresa became one instead of her by being herself. #RHONJ

I am always so glad when you post, this blog has been an invaluable resource. Before I came across it I was swept away in Bravo and Sirens narrative around Teresa. Like many others, over the past 2-3 seasons I couldn’t ignore the truth any longer, especially given how production doesn’t even pretend they’re not favoring Marge/Melissa/BravoLover1234 over other cast members.

The following are comments made by others about Tre stans turning on her starting around February 2024.
NYC Gal Out said that she pays her podcast guest cohosts directly, by sending them gifts, such as firepits and furniture, Housewife Historian being one of her guest cohosts who received these items. HH told Gabriela (Melissa’s Old Nose on twitter) that she also should be getting gifts for her diehard support of Teresa. Roxanne of AllAboutTRH.com, who now has a podcast, told Teresa how much money she was making a month on her podcast. Teresa shared this with her podcast host, Melissa Pfeister. Pfeister shared this with Gabriela, who shared it with other stan accounts, such as TreFab and Bambi on Instagram. They became super jealous of AATRH, and started a smear/hate campaign against Roxanne, who established the AATRH website in 2012. They are accusing Roxanne of being paid by Teresa, but she is not being paid by Teresa or any other Housewife. She started her website in 2012, and, in more recent years, has developed a professional relationship with Teresa, who does share inside info with her because she has built trust with Teresa over the years. Teresa unfollowed the other accounts when they turned on Roxanne. Marge&Melissa took advantage of the rift and lured these disgruntled stans to turning on Teresa and Jen. These stan accounts all want to be at the status of AllAboutTRH, especially in regards to making money, but Roxanne has been a HW blogger, turned podcaster, for 12 years, not some recent avid, almost rabid, poster on social media like Gabriela. These other accounts are stans who post short clips, etc. on twitter, tic tok, instagram; they are not actually bloggers or podcasters.

I am gonna try my best to write you some cliff notes. There are two groups of bloggers involved. One side are die hard for Melissa Gorga (but mostly die hard on seeing Teresa get fired.) The other side wants Melissa to go and are called Tre Stumps. This feud started years ago. So, Teresa’s podcasting partner whose name is Melissa P, allegedly had a falling out with Tre because of Luis. She has been feeding info to incite the Gorga Trolls to go harder on Tre. I think when it comes to her, the hate is for Luis more than Teresa because Luis apparently yelled at her at bravocon. Recently, a plot twist happened when a troll whose account was named Melissa’s old nose, was actually trolling both sides on multiple social media accounts and basically using her many accounts to gather information and bring it to other trolls. Now cue Jen Aydin, who has been leaking episodes to accounts she thought she could trust. The Gorga trolls are releasing this as evidence now, as a way to get Jen fired for being friends with Teresa. The Gorga side is on the attack, the Teresa side is on the defense. The Gorga trolls are known for throwing any shit they can find at a wall to see what sticks and will give them the attention they’re craving. Literally at this point no one even knows what Teresa has done to any of these people to deserve the obsession over her firing. In my opinion, I think it’s because of social media influence. People want to “succeed” as a social media account and hate the ones who have big followings or close relationships with bravolebs and are using “Team Melissa” as a shield for their behaviors.

What I think is happening, because it is getting worse, is, besides the Melissa Pfeister part, these other bloggers were just mad at Roxanne. Like imadeitnice said above, it’s gatekeeping and jealously, but I think it’s also about her lack of collaboration with them. Roxanne has been doing this since season 3, she has cultivated contacts and relationships and doesn’t want to share. And that’s ok! These newer people jump in and want to be a club or something and it doesn’t work that way. She obviously talked to them, but she didn’t give them exactly what they wanted. It looks like they want to make her look bad and stop people from talking to her, but it doesn’t seem to be working out so well. They look like idiots and no one will bother with them again, because they clearly can’t be trusted.

After BravoCon, Roxanne made a comment on her patreon that she wasn’t a fan of Teresa’s podcast cohost Melissa Pfeister. She doesn’t think they gel. (I agree, a lot of people agree). Melissa P. got really upset and asked AATRH to remove that comment from their podcast. She did and said she felt bad she upset Melissa etc and that was the end of it.
Last week, someone in the questions portion of Rox and Shantel’s pod, asked whatever came of that situation. She had avoided it for months, but decided to answer it, which was, we said we didn’t think they had chemistry and Melissa P. got upset. Apparently, MP sent them a rage text or DM after the first time. They also said it was over, it was fine. It wasn’t over though! MP is still bitter.
Apparently, a group of Teresa fans from Twitter and Instagram have also become Melissa Pfeisters biggest fans. Melissa is sucking up to them, putting them on the podcast and from the looks of things, gossiping with them. She is really enjoying having this fanbase. 😂 Unfortunately, this group of Teresa fans (there’s maybe a dozen of them) are the WORST. I’m a Teresa fan and even I don’t go near them. 😂 They are unhinged and nasty.
So, the group of kooks got a hold of a screen recording of Roxanne saying that she’s not a Melissa P. fan (again) and started a 💩 show on Instagram and Twitter. Melissa P. also lost her 💩 and went after Roxanne online, for all to see. They have dug in their heels on this and are now just making stuff up. It’s so dumb.
The best part is, most of the sane fans agree with Roxanne and Shantel. And those of us who heard the podcast, know that these 🥜 are just making stuff up. It’s so toxic and embarrassing. Especially for Melissa Pfeister, to act like a complete fool and a baby over it.
Even better, the fans who weren’t Melissa P. fans, but sucked it up and listened to the podcast anyway, are not going to listen again after today. Because she’s the worst. I’d be so embarrassed for myself if I was her.
Krissyballs, of course, has inserted herself in the whole mess, because she is desperate and delulu. She believes that Louie and Roxanne are out to get her 😂 and is blaming them for a bunch of stuff that happened to her online. She either doesn’t know (or is pretending she doesn’t know) that her new buddies on the Roxanne hate train are 1) Not Roxanne and 2) The ones who doxxed her. It’s madness. Someone needs to tell these people it’s a tv show. 😂
