Insider Dishes on Melissa Gorga and Says Melissa Thinks Teresa Giudice is Behind Fame-Whorgas; Melissa Received a $300,000 Advance for Her Advice Book on Marriage (She Asked for $1 Million); Teresa Giudice’s Parents Wanted to Disown Melissa After She Accused Teresa of Calling Antonia Ugly

On July 6, 2013, Fame-Whorgas received the following e-mail.

I am writing to you regarding an article that RealityTea posted as an exclusive on July 3, 2013:

http://www.realitytea.com/2013/07/03/exclusive-melissa-gorga-accused-of-throwing-in-laws-under-the-bus-plus-why-teresa-giudices-parents-shun-rhonj/

I would like for you to add to it by addressing other facts and issues.

I personally know the Gorgas, Wakiles and Giudices. I knew Melissa before I knew Teresa, so there are a few things I would like for you to address:

– Please address: Melissa is convinced that Teresa is behind FameWhorgas. Melissa can not seem to understand why someone would dedicate so much time to a blog about her – negatively!

Note from Fame: I am in no way affiliated with anyone on the show, including production. I have never had any contact with Teresa or any other cast member, their family members or friends. Teresa has nothing at all to do with this blog, and I am not part of any “army”!

Here is where the double standards comes in:

– Other blogs such as AllAboutTRH and Reality Tea – Melissa does not seem to understand that bloggers are merely giving their opinion; in other words; they call Melissa’s bluff and it drives Melissa crazy. She always says she knows it is Teresa behind it. Melissa does not see that these sites see how Melissa is so transparent!

Melissa will contact a blog and throw Teresa under the bus – exactly why people like yourself report what you do about Melissa!

– Speaking of… You all see through her transparent ways.

In one of Melissa’s Bravo Blogs last season, Melissa wrote ( I am paraphrasing here). “All I wanted was for my big sister [Teresa] to accept me.” That is a crock of shit. Yes, Melissa always envied Teresa. You saw for yourself how Melissa copied Teresa’s every move – down to the way Teresa had her original font on her website, among the million other things that Melissa copied off of Teresa. Caroline thinks Teresa should have been “flattered” or handled it better? Some would agree. However, despite the feuding that went on before Teresa was on the show, Melissa and her sisters were bashing and doing anything they could to sabotage Teresa. They went on blogs ridiculing Teresa. Lysa Simpon’s (notice the spelling) biggest mistake was signing her name to many of the comments. No one knew who Lysa was when the comments were made. You have posted the comments on your blog (Thank you!). No need to rehash.

– Melissa went out of her way to contact AllAboutTRH and tried to intimidate AllAboutTRH. The Gorgas and Wakiles were convinced that AllAboutTRH worked for Teresa.

Have you noticed every time an “fan” account pops up it never lasts long? GorgaFans.com, MarcoSisters, GorgaArmy, MelissaFans, etc? It is the demands they set forth. Melissa and her sisters cannot seem to understand when someone volunteers, or is even paid, people do not want to bash family members for them (Melissa and her sisters have paid or promised things in the past).

What is horrible about the Gorgas and Wakiles is they attempt to intimidate bloggers when the truth is reported. Makes them look worse. Their PR tried to tell them, but when you are trying to restore your reputation and have things to hide, that is how one acts.

GorgaFans.com did not get enough hits to qualify for ads, so they asked Melissa and her sisters if they could be paid until they build up traffic. You know how that went. But Lysa (again) promised to have them on the show. Lysa needs to stop making promises she cannot keep and needs to understand not everyone wants to be on camera. GorgaFans did not live near NJ – they live on the West Coast – and that is not what they wanted. They have families to support and blogging a fan site takes time. GorgaFans received more negative comments than it did good. Imagine running a fan site and getting negative comments constantly. Melissa and her sisters (the sisters are not Gorgas but, as always, have their hands in everything) wanted them to post everything they were doing, down to buying a family a hotel room during the Sandy disaster. The GorgaFans advised it was not a good idea because Melissa and Joe were getting enough grief for only helping people for attention. Melissa and her sisters wanted GorgaFans to attack anyone back who spoke negative about Melissa or them! GorgaFans did not want to handle things in that manner. GorgaFans advised them to simply ignore.

The main contributor at GorgaFans still cares for Melissa, so do not be surprised if she retracts – they had her sign a contract because of the falling out of a twitter fan account.

– Melissa wants Teresa to take blame for all the family problems while Melissa takes no responsibility. Have you noticed this season Melissa always excuses her behavior by saying, “I was giving Teresa a taste of her own medicine”? That is also complete bull shit. Reality: Melissa has always been this way. Melissa is great at playing the victim and manipulating the truth. You have covered these issues as well. (Thank you!)

– Melissa is the first to mention that Teresa’s marriage is fake – did you notice how angry Joe Gorga was when Joe Giudice said at the reunion, “Lets talk about how you met Melissa”?

Speaking of Joe Gorga! Where to begin? – Yes, Joe is on steroids.

– Melissa knows that Joe Gorga is insecure so she uses it to her advantage. It is really sad.

– Have you noticed how Joe whines about his and Teresa’s relationship, saying things like his heart is broken, constantly asking people to “talk” sense in to Teresa – but when it comes time for them to meet up, Joe treats Teresa like shit.

So your readers understand, the show is scripted to a point. Conversations are cut up as well. Here is an example: When Joe said he would start calling Melissa out on her behavior, that is not what Joe originally said. I know for a fact because someone who I speak to often was there.

editing

Note from Fame: In the scene where Joe calls out Melissa on her behavior, Melissa’s hair is not as curly when she’s sitting on the bed typing on her laptop before Joe comes in to the room – when Joe enters the room and she hands the stack of clothes to Antonia as an excuse to get her out of the room so that Joe can call her out on the tweet about Teresa being the bankrupt one, it is curlier – so there was an obvious break in taping before they continued with the staged scene (a long enough break for Melissa to curl her hair). Hat tip to Longtimelistenerfirsttimecaller for pointing this out.

– Teresa and Melissa are encouraged to keep the drama going on and off season by staying in the tabloids. However, if you noticed when Teresa was in the tabloids last year, she was apologizing – but that upset everyone.

Note from Fame: Us Weekly publishes positive articles about Melissa; recently RadarOnline published a series of anti-Teresa articles (see the first comment to this article for links).

Melissa was saying things such as Joe Giudice hit on her and Teresa called Antonia ugly. That even threw BravoTV off. The “story” about Joe Giudice was funny.

When Teresa got on the show, Melissa started to wear extensions. Melissa’s hair was not that long then and still is not – if you re-watch Season 4 when they are at the shore house, Melissa has her hair pulled back in a bun; her bun is not full and you can see her natural Indian tail. You also can see her hair color is different colors in different scenes. Bad editing, but it shows you how things are shown out of sequence.

Melissa changed the way she dressed, stopped associating with people who she thought would not fit the “Reality TV Mold”. So, if you saw Melissa pre-RHONJ, lets just say, Joe Giudice was not interested. Joe Giudice never cared for Melissa – Joe Giudice never cared for Melissa because of the problems she started in the family.

As far as Teresa calling Antonia ugly? Teresa explained that well in her blog. What your readers do not know is that Teresa’s parents wanted to disown Melissa after that. Hopefully BravoTV does not manipulate the scenes. It is things like this, that Melissa does, that causes problems. Melissa is the stem of all family problems.

Look how everyone on the show blames Teresa for everything. It’s jealousy. The Gorgas, Wakiles, Manzos and Lauritas are all using each other. It is hard for Teresa to watch as Melissa hangs out with Teresa’s old friends.

So you understand, Melissa is on FameWhorgas constantly. 🙂 Melissa has to read Joe the comments and posts. He can read things like text messages and tweets, but a whole post? No!

P.S. I forgot to mention that Melissa and Joe decided to shop a workout video when they heard Teresa was working on one. Here is the thing: you never heard Melissa mention a word about working out. Last season you saw how Teresa copied the lyrics of Survivor by Destiny Child on her blog. Teresa also mentioned in that blog post, as she did in her book, that she needs good workout music. Read the post again. Teresa has always worked out. Joe Gorga has always worked out as well, but Melissa would complain he spent more time at the gym than he did with her. And he smelled like sweat all the time. If you look at earlier pictures of Melissa, she is not as toned as she is now or as Teresa always has been. Melissa should just say, “As I get older, I realize I need to workout,” just as Teresa did with her first book – told the truth! Teresa said she never cooked before she and Juicy got married and that she wanted to share her family recipes.

Teresa making NYT best seller three times? Drives Caroline and Melissa nuts. Sad. Did you see Teresa laughing at the epic fail of Kathy’s cannoli kit ? Or her trash Kathy like Rich did on TV? Or laugh at Melissa for writing an “advice book”? No. Melissa had wanted to write a book for a while, however, the publishing companies were not offering what Melissa wanted – $1 million dollars!

Melissa got around $300,000 for this book up front. Get this: Melissa gushes that Teresa only got $250,000 for her first book. That was in a bad economy over five years ago. Not bad at all after only appearing on six episodes! Teresa had presented the book to publishers as the show aired. Contrary to Bethenny saying Teresa copied, Teresa started the book before the season aired and filmed. Teresa had also kept quiet about it because she did not know if anyone would publish it. So when Caroline and Jacqueline talked about a family cookbook, Teresa mentioned she was one writing one. Teresa did not copy. Teresa likes to be original.

Note from Fame: On July 8, 2013, StoopidHousewives published a story from a source using the same term, “Reality TV Mold.”

RHONJ Former Producer Says Jacqueline Laurita’s Anger Stems from Failed Endorsement Deals, Which She Blames on Teresa Giudice

September 23, 2012 59 comments

On September 23, 2012, Jacqueline Laurita tweeted about Teresa Giudice and the Posche Fashion Show setup (she didn’t write a blog for episode 19):

Jacqueline Laurita said:

“Are u all ready for tonight’s episode? T had asked me2do the same thing to M that Kim D helped her do. When I wouldn’t, our friendship declined. Truth is…T never forgave her family for coming on the show. She faked makeup with them like she did with me. I overheard her in CA talking. Whole thing is really sad2me. Hope T gets the help she needs. 1ce season’s over, I’ll focus on better things. No more season 4 talk. Make sure you all read my blog later when they post it after the show. Hopefully it will make more sense.”

@kaylitaytay asked:

“@JacLaurita Y didn’t you warn Melissa then after u turned T down?”

Jacqueline Laurita said:

“It was at beginning of the season when she 1st started. When I realized something was going down I spoke up and I would do it again. Read my blog later & let’s not talk about it again.:0) I’m in a happy place now. We rehash past for you all that ask questions. Certainly I have other things to talk about that are more important.”

Fame-Whorgas received from the interviewer the following partial transcript of an interview with a former post production supervisor for RHONJ:

Q: “So can you tell me about your role on the RHONJ without giving away who you are”?

A: “It’s fine, my contract has finished. I worked on season 3 and 4 of RHONJ as a post production supervisor for 15 episodes.”

Q: “Can you explain why you no longer work with the RHONJ? Does it have anything to do with the rumors that the production team was fired due to a conflict of interest?”

A: “Not true at all, I can’t speak for everyone, um, there are quiet a few of the same team returning for season 5, but I was offered a role on another show and decided to leave for my career; no one was fired for a conflict of interest though.”

Q: “So how ‘real’ is the show? We discussed before (in a private conversation) about the various blog rumours; can you clear anything up?”

A: “Well, if you give me specifics, I can try.”

Q: “I’m curious about the Caroline/Teresa feud. Was she really that angry that Teresa wrote those comments in her cookbook?”

A: (laughing) “Oh come on, at the start of the season the production team sits down and gives a general overview of where we want the storyline for the show to go. ALL of the wives are in on this. We discuss popular storylines from the season before, story lines that need tying up, and also ways of threading in new storylines that look organic to the story. Do you really think we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on just following these woman around with no plan? No, the season and the storyline has a basic outline from the first day.”

Q: “So your saying there is no feud?”

A: “I’m saying the feud you are being fed is for television only and there are bigger issues there.”

Q: “Then why are we not being told what the bigger drama is? Wouldn’t it be better to show that than manufacturing the drama?”

A: “It’s up to the wives what they choose to put out into the public forum; nothing is forced on them.”

Q: “What about Jacqueline and Teresa?”

A: “We knew at the end of season 3 that their friendship was ending; the main reason, I was told, for the feud was because Jacqueline was offered several endorsement deals (including a teeth whitener and a real fruit-based alchohol), and Teresa organised deals for herself with similar products which turned off the company wanting to invest in Jax and the housewives’ name.”

Q: “Well, why was this not mentioned throughout the season? Why are we getting this confusing story that makes Jacqueline look crazy? Why not explain this to the viewers?”

A: “Jacqueline’s ‘character’ wouldn’t have endorsement deals; it didn’t feel right for the character. Jacqueline (the character) is a loving home mother who is trying to raise her children; we couldn’t go from doting housewife to celebrity endorsement maker; it wouldn’t feel organic.”

MORE TO COME………PAGE 1/7

On a side note (9/23/12):

In relation to Cat Rodriguez sending a tweet to Teresa:

A: “She would of been asked to make it public by the producers. They are aware of the what is being said on Twitter and blogs. Cat hates Teresa and Teresa knows it. I don’t know for a fact, but I can bet Cat was told to appear mutual to squash the rumors and Teresa would of had to go along with it.”

Regarding the last statement above, Teresa acknowledges Andy as “her boss” and has said more that once that she is a “good employee”, so she, of course, would go along with making public a tweet telling Cat Rodriguez that she “misses her too”.

I was told that I would receive the rest of the transcript, but I don’t know when. I cannot disclose the names of the interviewer or interviewee; however, I can say that I received this directly from the interviewer: this person, the one who conducted the interview, is related to the former post production supervisor.

“I was asked by my country’s main news website to write a piece on the reality of reality television. My cousin worked on RHONJ, so I asked for an interview. The interview was only given because RHONJ does not screen in my country, and I promised anonymity. We also don’t have any BRAVO shows on television here. I called my cousin in Washington and spoke for 20 minutes before realizing I would have to watch the RHONJ to understand what was going on and who was who. So I went online and watched every episode and called back a few weeks later. The second interview (which was recorded) was an hour and a half and mentioned numerous shows from TLC and Oxygen, but I have edited it down to the relevant parts, mainly due to privacy for my cousin.” – Interviewer and Cousin of Former RHONJ Post Production Supervisor

Bravo Created This Mess By Casting Joe and Melissa Gorga

February 7, 2012 Comments off

Everything worked into this colossal mess because Melissa was Teresa’s very own, in-house stalker, who was jealous she had the show and came in for blood. [DawnBabyDoc, May 2, 2012, Teresa’s Bravo Blog]

These housewives are so upset over everything Teresa. Teresa is fake because she isn’t letting her financial problems get her down. Teresa let fame go to her head because she didn’t want to film with her wench-in-law, especially when the wench was in cahoots with Danielle and already writing nasty stuff about Teresa on her Facebook. Why would Teresa want the wench-in-law on her show? Nobody would be excited over a family member coming on your show who is very intent on bringing you down? Damn right I would tell Caroline and Jacqueline not to film with the wench. Now, look what happened…I guess Teresa was right all along! [Notafanofyou, April 20, 2012, Reality Tea]

There is no way I could have gone through a bankruptcy, lawsuits, threats of jail for my husband, cheating spouse rumors, my brother who I was so close to all my life calling me garbage, my friends trashing me behind my back, my sister in law telling my enemies (including someone suing my husband) information that could legal harm my family, rumors about myself and my husband and come out as strong as Teresa. [old NJ girl, April 30, 2012, AllAboutTRH.com]

Melissa’s desire for fame started way before Bravo ever came to NJ. She was interested in the HW shows all the way back to the original OC. When Teresa was cast in the NJ series, let me tell you that the explosion should have been heard around the world. From that day, even before filming began, Melissa & Joe did all they could to tell everyone that Bravo chose the wrong NJ HW. I couldn’t believe the things they said about her. How could a brother stoop so low. They are broke. The house was built as a ‘spec’ house & was NOT their real home. As soon as their campaign to get Mel on the show worked, they moved to the spec house & conveniently never told the bank. I tried to tell people not to trust Melissa, but everyone has to find out for themselves I guess. [Regan, May 6, 2012, RealityTea.com]

Teresa HAD to know a lot of this [rumors about Melissa’s infidelity], plus much more dirt on the two of them, and she kept her mouth SHUT, even when they were doing everything in their power to “take her down”, embarrass her, deride her. Can you imagine the astounding self control it took for Teresa to not say anything and just absorb all their BS? Whoever says Teresa lacks self control doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Although, maybe it didn’t take an inhuman show of strength for her; maybe she, unlike her scuzzy brother, just couldn’t tear down a family member. Maybe she’s just not that kind of person. [JoJoLaMa, May 11, 2012, AllAboutTRH.com]

Teresa, your brother is a camera hog–at any cost. I used to think it was Melissa alone who was the driving force behind all of this BS, but your brother has his eye on your star as well. Maybe this family isn’t worth the pain it’s causing. Kathy uses Rosie to do her dirty work now, and Melissa lets Joe keep the fighting going while standing back pretending to be innocent. Fans only needs to watch the first episode of season 3 to know what this family of fame seekers is all about. [Eva18, May 31, 2012, Teresa’s Bravo Blog]

Teresa’s people made this official statement on June 8, 2012 (after Teresa, Melissa and Kathy appeared on ‘The View’:

“To be clear, Teresa Giudice was never informed at any time by her sister-in-law, cousin or brother that they were taking meetings to join the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey until after they signed their deals. In fact, Teresa’s family members went through the quite lengthy process of joining the cast which included meeting with the producers, network and negotiating their contracts, all without Teresa’s knowledge. Teresa finally received a phone call from her family after all of their contracts were finalized a mere two days before filming was set to commence with the surprising news that they joined the cast.”

Rebecca says on June 8, 2012 at 8:45 pm on AllAboutTRH.com:

Yes, Melissa may have told Teresa two days after contracts were signed (and 2 days before filming), as to cover herself, but she clearly NEVER MENTIONED an interested in jointing the show or the fact that she must have sent an audition of some sort or that she must have contacted or been contacted by producers. She could have easily called Teresa after the first interaction and said “Hey, I’ve been approached to do the show too, just wanted to let you know that I’m interested” but she didn’t probably because her agenda was to take down Teresa and producers didn’t want to miss any of the confrontations that were going to happen so Melissa waited to tell Teresa until filming was about to start. It is actually disgusting to think Melissa and Joe were willing to take down their family for 15 minutes and a terrible song.

sherry says on June 8, 2012 at 8:47 pm on AllAboutTRH.com:

As for Melissa’s ” I got called on Friday and I told her that Sunday”, isn’t that different from the previous line of “I thought she KNEW. I thought Bravo producers would have told her! We weren’t talking at the time so I didn’t have any chance to tell her…..” I mean she used that line all last season. Sounds like what she really needs to do is sit down in front of her own videotapes and take notes so that she can keep her stories straight.

Valerie says on June 8, 2012 at 8:57 pm on AllAboutTRH.com:

Melissa has said that it took them MONTHS to sign the contract and she left it up Joe. She contradicted herself on the The View saying how she got a call on a Friday and talked to Teresa on a Sunday. So she knew for months??

Melissa admitted that she and Teresa were not on speaking terms before she was cast on RHoNJ.  On April 12, 2012, she told Reality Tea:

“Teresa and I were not speaking before the show. Do you think that would have happened at the christening if we were a happy family?”

On May 6, 2012, on WWHL, Melissa said the relationship between her and Teresa was good in the beginning but hasn’t been in years. She also said that, if anything, the relationship between the two of them before she was cast on the show was worse than than it is now.

This would explain why Teresa was against her joining the show. They were feuding, but not as bad as they are now. They spent holidays and special occasions together, but nothing more. Now because of their intrusion on the show, they don’t even speak!

For Melissa to sit on Andy Cohen’s show and say that the situation isn’t any worse since filming cannot possibly be true. And, if it is true, then, obviously, both she and Joe knew full well that the situation could deteriorate even more once they joined the show. So, they made that choice to benefit themselves and didn’t care at all how it would affect Teresa and her family.

Melissa should ask herself this question:

How would she feel if Teresa had campaigned behind her back to be cast on a show, which she helped make popular, by promising Bravo she would destroy her b rother Joe and his wife Melissa, with total disregard for the Marco family. And then once on, continue to lie over and over again about the Gorgas.

Because that’s what the Gorgas did to the Giudices.

The fourth season of RHONJ premieres April 22, 2012. Given the fact that season 4 was filmed while season 3 was airing, things may seem a bit confusing (season 3 premiered on May 16, 2011; filming for season 4 began almost immediately after the season 3 premiere).

An insider who commented at Reality Tea in September 2011 said:

“Now onto why Bravo started filming Season 4 in May. They KNEW the premiere would garner huge ratings. They thought the new cast combination of only family-family-family would be hot. They started filming in May and will continue to film until early October.”

Most likely the same insider commented at Reality Tea in August 2011, warning us that Teresa would be made the villain in season 4.

“Season 4 will be a continuation of season 3. Caroline and Jacqueline will believe all of Melissa’s lies in season four.”

According to the insider, Melissa schemed her way onto the RHONJ by promising the producers that she would ‘expose’ and ‘destroy’ Teresa.

“In season 4, you will see Don C [Caroline] and Jac turning on Tre. Jac is puppeted by Don C. Don C is mad that Tre is very close with Dina. Although Tre was always the closest with Dina, and made friends with her first, Don C is beyond big headed. The fight [the one which led Tre to seek Dina’s advice and which is captured on film in season 4] takes place, conveniently and scheduled, right before Melissa’s single release party…On camera, Don C and Jac try to cover up the issue and act as thought they are mad at Tre for something else, but the real issue is the aforementioned…What infuriated Don even more, and helped lead to the blowout quicker, was the fact that Tre listened to what Danielle had to say regarding Melissa contacting her. Tre was already aware of Missy reaching out to Danielle, but was in denial until the WWHL Twitter War. Don C honestly did not want to go through sticking up for Tre because that means she would simultaneously be confirming that Danielle was correct.”

Fortunately for the viewers, six months will have transpired between the wrapping of season 4 and the season 4 premiere…plenty of time for the truth to make its way to the internet. It’s time to expose Bravo for how they manipulate the show for dramatic purposes, with total disregard for the truth and relationships.

The season 4 trailer for RHONJ (video below) is proof positive that Bravo created the mess that is RHONJ. Had they refused to cast Joe and Melissa Gorga, none of this would be happening. https://web.archive.org/web/20120826031229if_/http://www.youtube.com/embed/GEnpUaCPdcM?version=3&rel=1&fs=1&showsearch=0&showinfo=1&iv_load_policy=1&wmode=transparent

Exit4 says on May 7, 2012 at 11:03 am at LynnNChicago:

Just for reference, I used to post here last year as LOLing, but I changed my handle to Exit4. It’s a Jersey thing! Just didn’t want anyone to think I’m a troll. :) I have been keeping up with the blog and the shows, but haven’t really watched the other cities, the schtick is getting old. Jersey though, I study like I’m going to be tested…for now. LOL.

Anyway, there is a big gaping hole in this whole “commentgate” storyline. Lynn hasn’t mentioned it in her blog, but there are a couple others that have talked about this extensively. I won’t say which ones simply b/c I am going to assume most of the people who read here, read elsewhere and know exactly what I am referring to. Anyway, later this season we will see a lady named Penny and her husband Johnny “The Greek”. They play a role in the whole “strippergate” fiasco.

Penny and The Greek are obviously gunning for 2 things. Melissa and a spot on the show. Without getting into too much detail, they pretty much go back into Melissa’s past and the type of guys she used to chase/date/hook up with and so forth. Apparently, they ran in the same circles back in the day. A major theme with them is that Mel is/was a golddigger. Now, I’m no Melissa fan, but I say, so what? So what if she was gunning for a guy with money? She wouldn’t be the first and she won’t be the last. So what if she chased/dated/hooked up alot in her 20′s? Who didn’t? God knows I wouldn’t want some of the winners I “partied” with back in the day to come out of the woodwork! Bottom line is, she married Joe Gorga, had 3 kids with him and is still with him now. If she married him for money-guess what? She still has to live with him and is tied, for better or for worse, to him and his family forever, b/c of their kids. IF (and I emphasize IF) she married him for money, not love, let her (and Joey) be content with that, it’s their life!

Back to Penny and Johnny, we know that season 3 was airing while season 4 was filming. P and J didn’t appear with their stories until Melissa was on the show. So, in my opinion, this is the “hole” in the storyline. I think Teresa was telling her brother all of the things Penny and Johnny were spreading around. Including the golddigger allegations (which confirmed in Teresa’s mind, something she already believed). I think that there were people (Penny et al) saying that Melissa would leave Joe for a better (read: richer) guy, based on her actions in the past. Not a fair allegation, but whatever, people have been saying that on the blogs from day 1. It’s just talk. I think it’s a good guess that she was giving Lil Joey fair warning: “you got on the show, now the leeches come out of the woodwork”. So, of course, Joey goes and tells the wife everything and well, we know what happens. It seems that the gossip aligns with the filming timeline, but of course, not the airing timeline. This is why she keeps saying “I heard rumors”, because she did. Rumors being spread by Penny and Johnny. It makes sense when you know that backstory.

One thing I caught last night, that wasn’t mentioned here, maybe someone else caught it, was that Melissa said to Teresa during the fight that Joey came home so upset he was crying when he told Mel about the leaving him for a rich guy comment. BUT, we saw on camera that he nonchalantly brought it up in the closet. So, which one is it?

As far as Melissa and Teresa go, Teresa will never win a verbal argument with anyone. My 13 year old diabetic cat could beat her in a debate. She is horribly inarticulate. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a point, she just can’t get it across. Teresa and Melissa don’t get along and they never will. If they live to 80, they will still be going at each other, t!t for tat, over who copied who’s leopard print Depends. They are one upmanship people, who actually do care about the shallow things in life like gifts, when one visited the other in the hospital, cookies, re-done houses and on and on and on…it’s exausting and they will never change. I guess the big picture is that they want “respect” from each other, but I don’t think either one of them does much to earn it. But then again, I don’t think this whole dynamic they have going on is really driven by either one of them. I think Joey Gorga is driving that train.

My beef (and a lot of othr peoples) with Melissa from the beginning is that regardless of the excuses she makes and the reasons she gives…she joined the show with the full knowledge that it would put their family problems on TV for the world to see. She knew attacking her sister in law was part of the deal and she went with it. Is a show like this hard to turn down? The money and opportunities? Absolutely! But, is it worth damaging maybe without repair an already damaged family? I guess for the Gorgas it was, which tells me that the damage was probably irrepairable when they came on, so why pass up the show? It’s easy to make Melissa the bad guy in all of this, but the more I see, the more I think Joey is the villian (for lack of a better word).

If it was just Melissa on screen, doing what she does, then yes, I’d say she is to blame, but she’s not. Her husband, Mr. Poison himself, has just as much screen time, just as many talking heads and just as big of a role (if not, some may argue, bigger) in the show as his wife. He is at every appearance, every WWHL . I’m starting to wonder if Melissa can poop on her gold plated toilet without Joey sitting in the bathroom, making sure it all comes out okay and ready to blame Teresa if she’s irregular.

No one knows Teresa better than her brother. He knows what drives her, what buttons to push and pretty much how to hurt her, if he wants to. He is the only one besides Teresa who is really aware of the Gorga family dynamic (we can only speculate). He had to know that being on the show was going to hurt his parents, who as far as the show goes, are innocent in this. It’s one thing for the wives to bicker and it makes perfect sense that a husband sides with his wife, but I have this strange feeling that Joey is ENJOYING the discord. I don’t know if it’s just sibling rivalry run amok, meaning Joey HAD to be on the show too b/c God forbid his sister outshine him in any way……or if 2 women (even if one is his sister) seemingly fighting about “who loves Joey more” feeds his overinflated ego. But whatever it is, Joey feeds the beast as much as, if not more than his wife. Don’t forget, the Giudices and Gorgas grew up together, Joey didn’t meet Juicy when he married Teresa, he was a little brother figure to him as well, since childhood. He knows how to hit Juicy where it hurts too. Is part of it rivalry between them as well? God knows Melissa wouldn’t be doing this show without Joeys blessing, so he obviously apporves of whatever is put out there, good or bad. Melissa may be self centered and petty, but I am starting to think Joey Gorga is the biggest snake of all. Just my opinion.

As for Caroline and Jac? Ugh. Could the BE anymore intrusive into someone elses family life? And Jac…Ashlee hit it on the head, she loves to stick her nose in other peoples drama. Oh and Kathy was there too. LOL.

YOU are absolutely correct! I have been thinking for a while that Joey is the spoiled entitled troll behind all the hatred. If you look at episodes, right from the gate, Joey is calling his sister garbage. I mean, he could not wait to tear her down. The sadistic bookstore scene from their second season still gives me the willies. And this season in the previews, Little Boots is explaining to T, “you need to fall to see what you have done wrong.” What a god, like Caligua! He certainly has an agenda going on here. He’s going to make her see. Like I’ve said before, he’s the charming guidorilla that is so popular he can get these nj morons to do his dirty work. Every conversation he is a part of seems calculated to point out all her troubles, to make sure we all know. And poor T, not that smart and showing it every week, is thinking all these other people, Messy, Kathy, Richie, Don C and her chorus of crows, are obstacles in the way of her relationship with her lil bro not realizing that he has set up the course himself. And it’s a labyrinth that has no exit. I think her bro is really effed up. She’s got to cut her losses and run because he is little more than an over bloated ego…that can’t read.

Having a poor relationship with his parents is very telling. Italians are notorious for worshiping their sons, particularly their first born and lil boots is the only son which would put him right up there with the Christ child in the Italian tradition the children’s pecking order. Growing up, I had 2 friends, sisters, who were the 2 oldest of seven. They had one brother, fifth born, and he was the top dog in the household. The parents, like the Gorgas were off the boat. The 2 oldest did everything that the parents needed translation for, like dealing with utilities and agencies etc. They were also in charge of the little ones. The boy knew he was treasured and was a little imp and got away with everything. He never got in trouble. Those girls were responsible whenever he caused mischief. I imagine that Tre has gone through a similar experience with her parents and the troll. But even spoilt children don’t carry this much animosity. And what happened that his parents seem to have given up on him? Remember how the troll yelled at them and blamed them for it? He is a creep…and did I mention immature?

I imagine the troll, ie lil boots, grew up very feeling very entitled. Perhaps he has been feeling a Rumpelstilskin type rage ever since Tre was picked to be on the show. It shoulda been him! He is more handsome, more charming, has a better house, a better spouse, better children! He will show the world that he is better than she! I think that has been his intention and agenda. He is right about one thing though, he has poison inside him. I thank God my own brother is not like him. Run Tre run.

Wow! I bet the video shown does not even compare to the destruction that lies ahead. Bravo really wants everyone to fall apart. We all know most of what happened, but I guess Bravo is leaving things out to keep the viewers tuned in. This show is sad to watch. Everyone is so crazy, and Melissa plays a big part of it. I don’t know if I could watch the whole season. It’s too disappointing and too much.

Teresa will no doubt be in hyper defensive mode the entire season, and yes, will probably start a lot of petty fights and appear like she’s overreacting to tiny slights. IF I were her friend, I’d tell her for her own sake to cool it and not give them ( Mel, Caro, Kathy, BRAVO) the satisfaction. That being said, I TOTALLY GET WHY she’s like that. Seasons 3 and 4 combined were just one long, set-up against her. The Manzos hang out with the producers; her scummy relatives have been trying to get on the show for years and promised to “take Teresa down”; Kathy and Rich CONSTANTLY say sh*t behind her back and insult her parents; she has to listen with patience to endless moralizing about her own personal problems on camera while knowing FULL WELL that the women droning on about her actually have strikingly similar problems in their own lives that they’re keeping under wraps, etc etc. The casual or first-time watcher will undoubtedly think Teresa is nuts and overly defensive, but lots of us know the truth and are prepared to sit in our basements, in our pajamas and blog all day long while eating bags and bags of cheetos! The slights which appear tiny, actually are not; they are the tippy top surface of a lot of drama, backstabbing and pain. Teresa isn’t reacting to one dumb, seemingly innocuous comment half the time; she’s reacting to the whole situation.

Annah on March 24, 2012 at 8:45 pm on AllAboutTRH.com:

I almost feel like it doesn’t matter what Teresa does, even if it looks bad, she could flip a table and chase them all down a hallway screeching her head off or be rude, mean, petty or even backstabbing and it still won’t affect my judgement on her…. because I know she will be reacting that way out of self defense and the feeling of being attacked, bullied and ganged up on. I know there will be times that she will say the wrong thing and maybe won’t look so innocent, but it won’t matter because if I was in her situation with those sub-humans I wouldn’t probably say and do a lot worse. I’ll be giving Teresa a LOT of leeway for any and ALL of her behavior this season.

Teresa’s family should’ve NEVER joined her show — it was cold and heartless. Mel acts like it was SUCH a huge decision for her but she lost nothing — she didn’t have fans to begin with, so she gained some fans and gained Tre’s old friends — Tre was the one who lost some fans and friends… but then again the fans who think MELISSA is the classy one aren’t very bright…

Linda on April 18, 2012 at 11:45 pm said on AllAboutTRH.com:

It’s no wonder why Melissa treats Teresa the way she does — it’s because Joey enables her. If Joey, Teresa’s own blood brother, can talk shit about her then he’s obviously making it okay for Melissa to talk shit about her.

The problem is with Joey, not Melissa. She only adds fuel to the fire because she’s jealous. But Joey is the reason why their family is so dysfunctional. He has some kind of vendetta against Teresa otherwise why would he continuously bash his sister all over the media?

People can say whatever they want about Teresa, but so far, she’s the only one who has shown loyalty and class throughout the whole feud. She has yet to retaliate on all the ridiculous things that Caroline, Jac, Melissa and Joey have said about her. Teresa is loyal to a fault — her family bashes her for money and fame yet Teresa still stands by them and wants to reconcile.

I am not sure I want to see Season 4. Just looking at Caroline pisses me off. She is such a hypocrite and such a horrible parent. I can’t stand that someone like her is lifted up as an example and as someone to do an advice call in show. She withholds love from her daughter for being overweight. She’s raised two sons who can’t make a living on their own and have to have family jobs created for them. All her children are overly dependent on their parents and can’t stand on their own two feet. She has long running feuds with several family members, has a husband who cheats the city and lies to get an appointment that he was not qualified for, and she is giving advice?

I am tired of Melissa and Joe Gorga. Joe Gorga is vulgar and a misogynist. He is a horrible man and a thug. He’s a bully, a pig and doesn’t even treat his wife like a full, autonomous human being, but then his wife seems to think he bought her lock, stock and barrel when they got married and treats her relationship in a very transactional way – so no wonder he treats her like his wholly owned personal prostitute.

Jacqueline is just a boring whiner. Go away.

Kathy is a desperate wannabee. She’s the one who always worked so damn hard in high school cleaning up the gym AFTER the prom while everyone else was out having fun, but because she was helping out, she thought she was popular.

Tre – well, she’s not the brightest, most literate person in the world. She’s materialistic and has gaudy taste. However, she has grit and dignity and fortitude. The only draw that there is, on RHONJ, is to see that unsinkable Teresa Giudice who is a living example of “I get knocked down and I get up again…” That’s more than can be said for the other women who cast such a horrible example for all to see.

Not everyone is intimated by Caroline, not everyone thinks the sun rises and sets on her words, not everyone has to listen to her call them names and humiliate them. Caroline really thinks (in my opinion) she can speak to anyone any which way and they are going to stand there and take it… Well Teresa is not the one, that is for sure.

Does she think the public is stupid? What about Teresa’s parents? Caroline, if you want the truth, here it is. Teresa’s brother agreed to air out his family’s dirty laundry in exchange for his wife to become a housewife and a singer. He chose to do this, with no regards to his parents who are old and not well. Why can’t you and Jacqueline own up to the truth? I know why? Because Teresa and the Guidice family are more popular than the almighty Laurita clan. You jumped on a hate train knowing full well that the intentions of the Gorga’s was to cause harm to the Guidices. You did not care because you wanted Teresa out of the way. You became bitter and jealous because she got the cookbook and the invitation to be on Celebrity Apprentice. Just don’t think you have the power to spin this in your favor. THE PUBLIC IS NOT STUPID.

I think she does what she has to do to get along in that family and that necessarily means kissing Caroline’s ass and going along with everything she says. Can you imagine what it would be like for her if she went against Caroline publicly to stick up for Teresa? She’d pay and she knows it. I’ve always kind of liked Chris Laurita, but something tells me not that he would SIDE with Caro over Jac necessarily, but that he wouldn’t do a damn thing about it if Jac came to him about Caroline abusing her.

At least now most have seen for themselves what jealous manipulators they are. If Melissa and Joe were having problems getting along with Teresa, they should have stayed away from her – not pushed their way onto her TV show so they could publicly call her garbage within their first 5 minutes of joining RHONJ. And Clownzo needs to get over herself. She’s only important in her own mind and needs to stop with the lame advice. Why would anyone follow her advice since no one would want to be like her?

The only thing I ever heard them say is how she kept them away from the cameras; and although she really didn’t (because Bravo showed us) I can see why she didn’t have them on, in front center: they would act like fools airing out family issues.

On Jacqueline accusing Teresa of being jealous –

Let’s see here:

Teresa is on CA and is more successful than all the trolls combined.
Teresa is the most popular housewife and is in the news/media more than the trolls combined.
Teresa actually has a successful career outside the show (books, wine, etc…) and is working on her 3rd book.

Caroline had a failed radio show and advice column.
Caroline has no business endeavors and has spent majority of her time trying to troll twitter for Lauren’s makeup line.

Jacqueline has absolutely nothing to do, no offers for any endorsements, etc… And literally spends 95% of her time spewing stupidity all over twitter.

Melissa has a failed music career and makes appearances at trashy bars/clubs because no one in the real music industry wants to hire her.

Kathy (the only other person who I can remotely stand) has some dessert wine.

Yes, Jacqueline, Teresa has SO much to be jealous about. Lol. The only thing Teresa is jealous of Melissa about is her relationship with Joey.

Enough already, we all get it Jacqueline, you don’t like Teresa. Your entitled to your opinion. My beef with you isn’t about being on Team Teresa, it has more to do with you violating my number one girlfriend rule, “When a long friendship ends you don’t disclose secrets and confidences made to you during that friendship”. I am almost 60 years old and I have heard many confessions and secrets from friends. Sadly, all friendships don’t last and, yes, I was hurt and angry, but I would never publicly reveal what I was told when I was a trusted friend. I might think about it, but I would never do it. I would try to respect the good times we shared and move on with my life. I am sure sometime in your life someone has given you the gift of forgiveness, kept your secrets and just moved on.You might consider extending that gift to Teresa. But hey, if it makes your day easier, knock yourself out with your need to let the world know about your frustration that everyone doesn’t share YOUR opinion of your former friend. You definitely made your feelings clear with the “F U Teresa” statement we can all watch on the trailer. It’s a free country, say whatever you want… Just stop with the Thanksgiving tweets to Dina, the Christmas tweets about forgiveness and the “I still love Teresa” interviews. Sadly, the woman in the trailer expressing her hatred seems to be the real you.

I think Caroline and Jacqueline are jealous of how popular Teresa is in comparison to themselves, and I also think they are jealous that everything she touches turns to gold. Both have had their hands in something, but none of their ventures are really that successful. I think Melissa, Joe, Kathy and Richie have been jealous for years of Teresa for her spotlight on the show. That is why they clawed their way onto the show. I think they are jealous because, no matter what they say or do, they will never achieve the fan base Teresa has. They will never get the success she has with the stuff they are pedaling. I also think to some extent Teresa is jealous of the alliance against her. It was supposed to be the other way around but it’s not. I don’t believe Tre wanted to share the spotlight with her family, especially the disgusting way they got on the show. I for one don’t blame her on that. Caroline and Jax have to understand that if their family had done what Tre’s family did, they both would be besides themselves. They have no room to judge her. Jax is the biggest shit stirrer of them all, and Caroline sticks her nose where it doesn’t belong. I don’t think I will watch this season for the long haul. It will be too dark for me. Caroline called the shots all along. Then when Teresa started to shine despite her financial troubles and her family sneaking on the show, Caroline became jealous and teamed up with Melissa and Kathie. So it was time to bring Jacqueline along also…and because Jacqueline has not a clue on how to be a friend, she did what she was told. Now she has no friends and has to do what Caroline and Chris tell her. Just how Dina says that Teresa never did a thing to Caroline, she has never done a thing to Jacqueline. How Teresa decides to deal with her own family really is truly her business…and they should have stayed out of it. I really believe Don Caro thought she could just declare Tre evil, crazy and/or persona non grata and it would immediately be the law of the NJ reality land. The public would hate Teresa on her say so alone and then Andy Cohen would soon fire her, leaving room for Don to bring in one of her friends and also to give her “kids” a more prominent role on the show. I really believe she thought they had a Danielle/Kelly Bensimon situation and they could easily convince people that Teresa is crazy and then bully her off the show. Notice how many times Caroline has called Teresa “crazy”? She did it twice just in those trailers (while flailing her flabby arms around giving the universal gesticulation for nuts). Problem is, unlike Danielle and Kelly, both of whom I really believe are truly let’s say ” troubled”, Teresa, although not perfect, is perfectly sane, not a danger to herself or anyone else, AND THE MOST POPULAR ONE ON THE SHOW. What’s the evidence for this? Well, first, do just a sample read of a variety of blogs and a rough count of how many comments are pro Tre or even just ANTI everyone else. But even more impressive is how many companies and big-time institutions have offered her deals and opportunities. She’s marketable = likable, relatable, sympathetic. Caro and the others didn’t count on the public backlash, and I bet even when it started, they thought they could control it. Whoops. Keep in mind too, they did this all WITH the full cooperation and help of Andy Cohen and his scummy producers, and it still didn’t work. Caroline STILL thinks the public is stupid though, because she is STILL promising us we’re “really going to find out the truth!” soon. IOW, “you’re all just been mislead and are confused.”

What all this turmoil is doing is giving Teresa more fans! Jac, Caro and Melissa must be really slow not to see it! The more Jac tries to explain her side, the more we see what a nut job she is. They need to STFU and admit that Teresa is doing nothing to any of them to hurt them or to take business away from them. Teresa is walking her own path and concerned with her family and her business. Period. When she gives interviews, she talks about HERSELF, not anyone else. I don’t understand why this bothers Jac, Caro and Melissa. Teresa doesn’t address the arguments because it’s no one’s business but her family’s. She doesn’t need to tell us about her financial status because it’s no one’s business but her family’s. The whole group is just too jealous to admit that T’s popularity isn’t due to her “stealing” anyone’s thunder, but because we viewers see her as a loving mother, good friend, adoring wife and good person. Trying to throw dirt on her only makes them look bad.

We know there are many things going on that Bravo is not telling us. And we know we’re being lied to incessantly by both the cast and the network…

What is not boring is the accusation that Melissa was feeding information to Danielle Staub about Teresa. What is not boring is the idea that she promised the producers that she would amp up the drama by attacking Teresa on camera. We doubt we’ll ever know what Melissa said to the producers, but we do think we will hear about how Danielle knew Teresa was not an ideal aunt to Melissa’s children. We do not think Melissa will be able to hide that for much longer.

We think it is pretty obvious that Melissa wants a lot of attention. Not like the regular “aren’t I pretty?” attention. No, that would not be enough for Melissa. She wants worldwide fame kind of attention. And she wants it pretty badly. We’re not sure if she would throw her husband’s family under the bus to get it, but it wouldn’t surprise us.

Throughout the season we have wondered about Melissa’s song On Display, which when you get right down to it, is an anthem to narcissism. We have no idea when she wrote it, but we are 100% positive that when she did, she was not at all on display. She was a garden variety housewife and mother in Northern, New Jersey. If she wrote this song after she was on the show and a staple of supermarket weeklies, you could make a case that Melissa is troubled by being hunted by the paparazzi. But if you consider the fact that she wrote the song before anyone outside of her tiny circle knew her name, you have to wonder if she is actually fantasizing about what it’d be like to famous. Then the line, “slander my name in all the papers, that’s what you wanna do, but you keep watching, I’ll keep glowing, that’s what I’ll do for you,” practically defines the core of narcissism: any attention, good or bad, is better than anonymity.

I am glad that Jersey is back, I think they are one of the best series in general and last season left so many cliff hangers.

Everyone is attacking Teresa, its weird. Many people already posted about the language in all the cast members blogs (except Teresa’s) and i get the feeling that they all decided to go after her form an alliance amongst themselves. Whats more funny is that if Teresa left they would have to find a new villain which would have to be one of the members of the current cast or a new housewife (but really how much do Caroline, Melissa, Kathy and Jaqueline really like each other? )

I think Jac and Caroline need a serious review of seasons 1 and 2. Teresa was loyal to them 100% against Dirty D, now that she is gone they want to make Teresa the bad guy. I remember when Caroline was defending Teresa’s crazy behavior towards Dirty D and now that Teresa has moved on from being Caroline’s defender all of a sudden Teresa is a bad person.

The cook book was honestly not a big deal. Teresa did not attack Caroline’s kids. She clearly said she would not condone her girls being strip/carwash employees(thats a dumb idea anyway), whats the harm in that? I think Caroline needs a new scapegoat and Teresa fit the bill…and of course when Caroline says jump Jac asks how high.

As for Melissa and Kathy they are way sketchy too. They came on the show for money and fame. period. they all came on the show for that so for them to make the teresa the only person “guilty” of this is simply dumb. Melissa and Kathy knew that the family drama would be the focal point of the show and they signed the contracts anyway. If they wanted to fix things they would leave the show and work it out like a real family.

It seems that Andy’s mission is to portray women as naturally vain, shallow, petty, impulsive, untrustworthy and cruel. His method is to select flamboyant women who are insecure and no longer young, pit them against each other on national television to elicit the worst possible behavior, capture their suffering and reactions to each gaffe and betrayal, and then force them to confront each other again and again, until every last shred of dignity has been stripped away. A simple water boarding would be more humane, especially for their minor children.

No matter how much you play innocent, you went on a show with your in-laws whom you yourself admitted to having a rocky relationship with for the past 7 years. Say all you want, but you are the one obsessed with fame, not Teresa because who the heck would go on a show with a family member they don’t get along with knowing that the show is based on drama and airing dirty laundry?! You are definitely getting the nice edit, and I see right past you and your husband, who is obsessed with camera time. If you care about your family, why would you think reality TV is the right outlet to bring about peace?! Don’t insult my intelligence.
