Monica Chacon, Kim G, Kim Hiza and Tom Murro’s Connection to the Gorgas and Wakiles and to Each Other
Kim G and Monica Chacon sat at a table with Kathy, Melissa and Melissa’s sisters at the Posche fashion show (PFS) in season 3 episode 2 (photos below). This was at the very beginning of the Gorgas’ and Wakiles’ first season – how did they get so close to Kim G so quickly? Because they had known her for a while, although earlier in the same episode Melissa and Kathy pretended to have met her for the first time at the Posche boutique (first photo below), where Kim G said to them about Teresa, “She doesn’t know who she’s messing with,” and neither of them defended Teresa or were shocked by the statement.
When Teresa saw Kim G sit down at Melissa’s table at the PFS, she asked Jacqueline and Caroline: “Why is Kim G talking to my sister-in-law? It’s just weird that my sister-in-law’s friends with her.”
In the same episode (season 3 episode 2), before the PFS, Kim G came over to Melissa’s home, and they went clubbing on Halloween, Kathy included – Melissa and Kathy talked smack about Teresa with Kim G the entire time.
Bob and Kim Hiza are mortgage brokers who were credited in season 3 as being the Gorgas’ accountants, but in reality Bob Hiza co-owns with Joe Gorga at least 10 low-end properties in Paterson, NJ.
The Gorgas and Wakiles dined with the Hizas in their home during season 3 episode 6, at which time they talked about the Giudices’ bankruptcy – the Hizas snarked on their impending remediation auction and called Teresa “rude,” while Kathy commented on Teresa’s shopping habits by saying, “Mindless spending will catch up with you eventually.”
Kim Hiza, Kim G and Monica Chacon attended the Gorgas’ 2010 Christmas party in season 3 episode 10 (photos below). The producers invited Monica and Kim G unbeknownst to the Giudices but Melissa was fully aware that they would be attending, even though she feigned knowing Monica at the time. Teresa became upset that Monica was there because earlier that day she had a confrontation with her at the courthouse during a break in a fraud case that Juicy’s former business partner had filed against him.

No matter how intelligent you try to come across in your blogs, I cannot get over how you allow other people to dog and disrespect your family, mainly Teresa & her husband (season 3 episode 6, dinner at the Hizas’). First, in Poshe you allowed Kim to talk about Teresa and didn’t defend your cousin, and then again in last night’s episode you sat by idly as the Hizas talked about Teresa and her problems – only her brother had the decency to defend the honor of his family, while you and Melissa just sat there complacently while these two business associates/”friends” tried to snicker about the Guidice’s personal affairs. Many viewers have made this observation and I will reiterate it too – you and Melissa are both probably great women in your own right. But neither of you are doing yourselves favors by trashing your family on TV – just makes you look bad. Looks bad in your blogs too. Keep the skeletons in your closet – and when in public, put on good face about your family. We all have family problems, all of us, but I would never allow strangers or business associates to dog my family in front of my face like that – makes YOU look bad, not the Giudices. The worst thing about Melissa is that she’s dumb in a boring way, not a funny way (aside from the “wench like me” line, which was even funnier because she sang it!). Melissa clearly needs this conflict to continue if she wants a storyline, though, and she drives me crazy when she fusses that Teresa doesn’t care, insists Joe get it sorted out, and then rebuffs any apologies. Maybe she wants Teresa to apologize while hooked to a polygraph. The only solution she desires is unconditional acceptance of her, and that won’t work either. Sometimes there’s only room for one tacky bitch per family, and Teresa got there first. Melissa will have to settle for being the tacky bitch-in-waiting. I had very much the same thought, that this goes beyond TSIL and Granny Pants being jealous of Teresa’s TV show celebrity to what appears to be a truly sick and unbalanced state of mind.
I think mentally healthy people are naturally repelled by this kind of behavior and the reason for that is simply a matter of biology; the ability to sense that there’s something really, really wrong with these people is hardwired in us as human beings. These people are so damaging; they’re a virtual wrecking crew to any life they touch, even peripherally.
I feel very sorry for Teresa since it was her brother who brought TSIL into her life, making her largely inescapable. The damage TB has done to his family is breathtaking.
Don’t worry, the fed have their eyes on the Lauritas and much more. I’ve always said that it’s truly weird that the Fed hasn’t pressed charges on the Lauritas over the money they bled fro that company, discovery or not. I think they are building a major rico case against them and others and are buying their time until it’s time to lay the hammer down on them.

Also, what about all the docs Joe Gorga did regarding the parents home and how many times that crossed hands and the exaggerated worth amount. They also bled that for all the pennies they could. Why aren’t the feds looking into that? Right there are lies and mail fraud also.
Yes that’s exactly what I think. The Manzos, Lauritas, Gorgas & the Wakiles all have lawsuits pending now. But you only see the Giudices on MSM! I think the Lauritas & Manzos & maybe the Wakiles have all given info on the Giudices to be offered a better deal in their own lawsuits! And Yes Joe Gorga did work with all of the same people as Juicy & JoeG learned about real estate from Joe Giudice. They were great together before Melissa came around! There were no problems in the family until 2003 when Joe Met Melissa! Both Joes worked together & they loved each other. Joe Gorga has absolutely been one of the people ratting on the Giudices which is why you never hear about JoeG’s lawsuits & all the money he owes to many people! It is all so sick! People are happy about the ruin of a family with 4 little girls! And really, who cares if they defrauded the Government. Most of the people in this country have defrauded the Gov at some point. People are acting like the Giudices are murderers! At least they don’t have Assault charges like Jacqueline, Chris & JoeG!

I came into some interesting information while I was in Jersey this weekend. I can’t say who I had this meeting with but it is someone close to Monica Chacon – the disgusting lawyer [and real estate title examiner] who has ruined the Giudices.
Okay here goes…
This women I was speaking to told me that when the first season of RHONJ aired and Teresa became the breakout star, her sister-in-law Melissa and her lovely brother Joe began contacting Monica Chacon and Kim Granatell. Melissa and Joe and the Marco sisters were the ones feeding Monica all the dirt on the Giudices’ finances!!!
Melissa did the same thing to Danielle but she didn’t take the bait. Monica Chacon did.
During season 3 when Melissa tried to pretend she didn’t know Monica, it was just to hide the fact that she DID know her! For years Melissa and Joe Gorga told Monica everything the Giudices did. When they got mortgages, when they were building on, when they went shopping and bought expensive clothes and furniture, when Teresa had appearances and if she got paid for them!
Monica and Kim were compiling all of this information to make a case against the Giudices for fraud!
It was Melissa who has done all of this to Teresa! She was the one telling them the house was in foreclosure and that the Giudices lied on taxes and mortgage applications and that Teresa made more money than she was admitting to.
All of this shadiness was going on during seasons 1 and 2 and then on season 3 there was the devil herself… Melissa!! She then preceded to play victim and act like Teresa did something wrong to her when it was the Gorgas who purposefully lied to Monica and Kim to take Teresa down!!
The Gorgas have known this whole time that there was a case being made against his own sister to put her in jail. WHO DOES THAT TO HIS SISTER and NIECES!!!!!!! The Gorgas fed all of this info to Monica Chacon and Kim Granatell! And half of what Melissa told Monica was not even true.
Monica’s husband is the one suing the Giudices, and it was Melissa and Joe who were telling Monica and Kim G about the Giudices’ finances. Melissa did the same thing with Danielle Staub and wanted to film with her. She told Danielle about Teresa’s finances and that her house was in foreclosure.
Kim G was on the show in the first two seasons, and Monica made her appearance in season 3 at the Gorga’s party when Melissa denied knowing her, but Monica said she knew Melissa and Joe.
Melissa also told Monica about the magazine articles and said Teresa gets paid for them. I was also told that Joe Giudice’s ex business partner, who filed a suit first and was represented by Monica’s husband, was also in cahoots with Melissa and Joe Gorga. The Gorgas went to the business partner (Joe Mastropole) and that’s how they met Monica and told her they would help her take the Giudices down!! Then low and behold suddenly Melissa got cast on the show!!!
Someone needs to look into Monica Chacon and needs to report her for her illegal practices as a lawyer. If I knew how to go about that I would do it myself. These people make me sick! There are four little girls who need their parents!
Monica Chacon should be disbarred since she constantly breaks client confidentiality! She talks about the Giudices’ case all over Jersey to whoever will listen, which, I think, is not what a lawyer is supposed to do. Finding out this information has made my head spin, but I also know it is completely true. It makes complete sense about how Monica Chacon came upon all this info about the Giudices.
Melissa was trying anything she could do to get on the show and bring Teresa down!
Melissa was spilling financial info to Monica about the Giudices, as well, so more info was out that Monica could go after them for.
I know these people and I know what they are about. The point is, Melissa denied knowing Monica when she came to her party, but for over two years she was in contact with her telling her everything she could about what the Giudices were doing.
Melissa stalked the producers for years trying to get on, and contacted anyone she knew who did not like Teresa – Danielle, Kim G, Monica, the ex business partner etc.…That’s why Bravo finally cast her, because she said she would bring Teresa down!
They knew Monica’s husband was suing the Giudices on behalf of Juicy’s business partner, so they were in contact with her even though the Gorgas denied knowing her. Melissa told Monica and Kim the same things she told Danielle. These were things going on behind the scenes.
Why do you think Bravo had Kim and Monica go to Melissa’s party season 3? Bravo was fully aware of all the people Melissa had contacted trying to get on the show! Danielle, Monica, Kim G and probably many others. Both Monica and Kim G both said in interviews that they did indeed know Melissa but Melissa kept denying knowing them. She was feeding info to Monica and Juicy’s ex business partner – the business partner (Joe Mastropole) who also was working with Joe Gorga during the time he was suing the Giudices!
Monica has been on TV and in magazines talking about the Giudices and their court cases. She also talks about them all over Jersey.
The whole thing has been a set up, with Teresa’s cast mates and her brother and SIL all in on it from the beginning. That’s why Caroline and Jacqueline wouldn’t stop talking about the magazine articles, and if she gets paid or not, or what she has bought recently.
Why isn’t the prosecutor filing charges against the Lauritas, Gorgas and Wakiles? They all have stolen more money from the government than anyone else. The Lauritas stole $300 million from their company. Where’s the justice for them?
The Gorgas and Giudices worked with all the same people along the way and they both know each others business. The Gorgas were giving info to Monica so she could find the evidence to make a case against the Giudices.
Melissa and Joe were in contact with Monica and the ex business partner. There was already a lawsuit against the Giudices, and during that time they would hand over tidbits of info so that Monica could then go look for hard evidence.

So, Laurita/Gorga/Jgreek assault court case was postponed today to Sept. 26th. Anybody know why the delay? Would NJ b waiting 4 feds 2 indite Laurita’s on the $300mil fraud case? Takes a special kinda person 2 live w.themselves after BKing so many vendors. We nevr saw much of Eve’s Fetish line of clothes after that. She must b fuming waiting 4 a case 2 proceed. I think Teresa knows. I think she has been suspicious ever since Monica & KimG came to Melissa & Joe’s Party season 3. Monica was saying she has been trying to take the Giudices down for a long time & KimG was saying certain things about finances & what not. Melissa tried to deny inviting them but Monica said she knew Melissa. And also Teresa knew it was Melissa contacting Danielle & telling her things about Teresa’s finances as well. Some of things Danielle said were also things that KimG or Monica said at one point or another. They all got the same info from the same person………Melissa!

I don’t know Rosie at all but I have never heard her name involved in anything. I don’t think she would have anything to do with it. She would probably be horrified if she knew the truth about everything. The thing is, I think it would be obvious to everyone if they really think about everything that has happened since season 2 when Danielle brought up T’s nephew. Melissa lied about talking to Danielle than had to admit it because Danielle had proof. She denied inviting or even knowing Monica Chacon but when Mel went up to Monica at the party she said “Oh yeah, I think I met you at so & so..” She was again caught but tried to play it off like she had maybe met her but it was only once. She knew her & KimG. Melissa is crazy manipulative.

I so do not understand why Melissa would hate her so much. My sil was not my biggest fan and tried to pull some stunts. I am very upfront and (I hate to say confrontational) but I will address a situation and I did. My sil was trying to solidify her place as favorite daughter in law I did not care either way as I am comfortable in my skin so I went to my mother and my mother-in-law (she was trying to start #$%* between them, knowing I would always back my mom) so I forewarned my mom and had a heart to heart with MIL when I did that we were fine. There is still a lack of trust between the moms but that will pass. You do not have to like each other but you should always respect the title and know that there is room in everyone’s heart in a family. Are they proud of themselves? Is Joey G ashamed of himself at all? By both his and Theresa’s admission he was treated like a little prince growing up. This all provokes me to no end and I am not even involved nor do I know any of the people directly involved.

Good point about Jack. She has been crying and crying for months now. I get that her son has a learning disability, but she’s made some comments that have raised my eyebrow. I totally agree Liliy!! I said awhile back that I think Jac and Joe Gorga (and to some degree Kathy) are so riddled with guilt, that is much of what we see playing out on the screen! Melissa, Chris and Richy are always convincing their spouses that they are “right” to treat Teresa that way bc they now have a dog in the race(they now stand to be exposed for their role in ratting on the Giudice’s, and they stand to lose several incomes if this exposed- that is probably all the resolve that any of them need to keep the lie up!!). It is almost as if the spouses are the sociopaths!!?? I still do not understand Caroline’s reasons, other than to flex her power and probably jealousy as we all know(the Manzo’s were supposed to lead the show, the products etc)…Hell, even the Giudice kids got more airplay/attention from Andy during the 1st few seasons…
Take note that we have not seen one single frame of evidence to support any of their claims about Teresa’s horrible actions, but we see hours worth of their horrible actions! This is classic projecting!!! I ALWAYS felt the projecting coming from the others was about something deeper. There is a deeper guilt than just joining the cast (which is bad in and of itself,ask me!)
FAME: Can you find the footage of Melissa interacting with Chacon @ the x-mas party? I feel like it was that same bad acting we have seen at reunions and Lake George.
I am not surprised to learn what we have all thought all along. Shame on Andy. I will not support Bravo in any way/shape/form after this season. And if the Gorgas supposedly “have more and learned everything from Joe Juicy”, why aren’t they being looked at??!! I have to go with what makes sense in all of this—these ppl cooperated behind The Giudice’s back and they have been trying to create a monster out of Teresa to justify their actions and ease their own guilt and Bravo was on board to make that happen bc it gave them a ready made villain but season after season, it has not worked! Bc those of us with brains in our heads enough to not fall for the nonsense can see through this.

They’re not being looked at because they have tipped off Monica & others. Seasons 3 & 4 all you hear JoeG say is “My sister needs to fall” “My sister is evil” “My sister needs to see what she does wrong” The Gorgas are trying to take Teresa down & they said it more than once. The Lauritas jumped on the bandwagon once they had charges brought against them for bleeding their businesses dry to the tune of hundreds of millions. Once that happened Jac turned on Teresa & started bringing up her finances on camera. I am pretty sure that Jac & Chris agreed to testify or give info against the Giudices so they could get a deal on their own lawsuits which are much worse than the Giudices charges.
That’s right. They were banking on making Teresa look like a conniving monster and everyone falling for it hook line and sinker. Maybe 50 yeas ago, but not this day and age where we are constantly bombarded by news of corruption, backstabbing, and wickedness going on destroying nations, business partnerships, and marriages. We needed to know why everyone was turning on Teresa and they could not come up with something that made any sense for the amount of anger they held towards her. That was their undoing. People started to examine things more closely.

How are they (Lauritas,Gorgas) going to deal with atonement? They have not yet reached the 50 year old mark. The point when you can look back on your life and say “I have made it through more than half of my life and no unforgivable regrets” When you start to see the errors of your past and you come to a point of forgiveness. Looking forward to riding out the rest of your life understanding that although you are not perfect you can actually live with yourself and the mistakes you have made, and try to make things right.
It wouldn’t surprise me if when the show ends they all end up in divorce, broke, and washed up for life. Because when this is all over with what will they have? I hope that the Gorga’s involvement helping Monica, who was helping the FEDS, will come to light in a very public way. If TB does have “connections” he better watch it! From what I hear mobster’s don’t like snitches, so he better watch his little stumpy azz! TSIL was at the top of list for most disgusting RHONJ cast member, now it’s TB! What a low down sack of crap to do that to his own sister! I always let him slide when he would say something mean about Tre. I like to analyze a person’s bahavior on what makes them do the things they do. Maybe TSIL & TB are the ones who are “leaking” stories about Tsil being a stripper and a cheater? They want to set Tre up to look like a backstabbing, conniving, jealous hag who is out to humiliate TSIL? If the disgusting Gorga’s can convince the majority of viewers that Tre was in cahoots with Penny/Jan regarding the cheating rumors, then that would give them a reason for cooperating with Monica/FEDS? Right now I think TSIL & TB’s trying to say that Tre set Penny/ Jan up to out TSIL as a cheater is ludicrous! Their “I think Tre is acting suspicious. Why is she always around when something bad about TSIL is revealed?” is, well, stupid! They look more guilty than Tre does! Anyway that is my opinion and I don’t know if it’s correct. I do like to come up with way out there theories on why the Gorga’s seem to be having a hard time forgiving Tre. If they can forgive her so easily then when they charges came out they would feel GUILT for what they did. Now, they seem to be using this extremely hard time in Tre’s life as a way to make them look good.
TB wants Caroline and anyone else who will listen, to believe he loves his sister, but he can not go along with all of this if he cared about his parents, his sister, his nieces and his children. Bravo knew all of this and wrapped script around it? The entire situation is disgusting. Nothing hurts the soul more than deep betrayal of someone who says they love you. It is one of the most difficult things to overcome. Teresa can do it.

I almost hope they gave evidence so Teresa and her family can see once in for all what type of people they are truly dealing with. Though I feel bad for them I don’t believe that the situation is as bad as the government is saying we all know they over charge to try and make something stick. I was watching I believe fox and they were talking about the giudice case and they said even with all the charges the normal jail time is 18months -24months that still is a long time but a lot shorter than 50 years… Sad all around…
I agree w your thoughts on this!! The Gorgas are 100% behind all of the drama!! In fact- the biggest issue I see with this angle about Teresa is the fact that Melissa “found herself around Danielle.” Her version is that she put out a story on FB about Teresa and Danielle reached out to her, why then couldn’t the same thing happen with Teresa with Melissa haters? Using her logic? So for her to automatically say that Teresa is behind it just confirms that she is a paranoid person with a guilty conscience(it is ok for this to happen to her but not ok for it to happen to Teresa?) She is a monster. Especially because there is blood family involved. What a heartless person she is. And the rest of them too honestly but I do believe it all started w Melissa and her hag-sisters’ jealousy!!

This is so disturbing on so many levels. That Joey Gorga would take part in and be aware of a cliche of people that are hell-bent on taking someone down in such a way that could mean prison for your sister, is so sinister and so beyond the pale of normal family drama that I can’t even comprehend it. Who would do that to a sibling? Who would be aware of it and not warn and protect that sibling? Could it be that Joey Gorga is as much of a sociopath as Melissa? I am sure the parents are well aware of all of the disgusting backstabbing that Joey and his wife have perpetrated on their daughter, I mena, this is a serious situation that they can no longer be protected from and trust me the father is not some frail, old dummy. He has undoubtedly seen this pattern of disturbing behavior from his son his whole life, and even after being swindled out of his own home by his son, his jaw must be hanging to the floor knowing what his son has done to his daughter and their girls. It all stems from a blinding, irrational hatred of Joe Guidice and the fact that his father prefers Joe Guidice’s company to his. I’ll bet he wishes he had just let Joey have to deal with the rape charges, and we wouldn’t be where we are today. To Joey, this is even better than murdering Joe Guidice, because of all the future suffering involved. But to do this to his own sister, it makes him a monster. This is a betrayal worthy of a Shakespearean play.
TB most likely was hoping to bring disgrace to Juicy without it looking like he had anything to do with it. Mr. Gorga did not seem surprised when TB started taking a fit at the christening. He looked up from his plate of food and was like – oh bother here we go again

I have been personal witness to family daynamics where one sibling is normal, happy and grounded and the other is literally certifiable. TB is probably harboring some very deep issues. The fact that from the same conservative, traditional environment that produced Teresa, we ended up with Joe the Chip ‘n Dale stripper is telling about him. And you are so spot on – how is it that his own parents seem to want nothing to do with him (other than seeing grandchildren). The man is a sicko with a filthy disgusting excuse of a wife.

Actually Monica Chacon Represents the ex business partner so the privilege belongs to him. Ms Chacon has no issues of attorney client privilege with the Giudices. If her client does not object she can discuss any facts of Giudice’s case with the government, he isnot directly involved, in fact, he is helping the government apparently.
With proof of any wrong doing, any citizens only has file a complaint with the New Jersey State Bar.

Apparently, the scene where they were lifting the horses’ leg was edited to show that Teresa (along with her brother and Mel) were not successful. But according to Teresa, after her first attempt she went back and was able to do it, and Bravo chose not to show it. In her talking head, carolinebased her comments on the Bravo verision and blathered on – stating that Teresa and Mel were the same. When in fact, Caroline was there when Teresa (and Joe) lifted the horses’ leg. caroline is FOS!

Why wouldn’t Albert just get a divorce at this time in his life. You only have one life, and he should have a nice retirement with a pleasant (and attractive) companion who isn’t yapping cliches all damn day and hovering over her grown ass kids like a helicopter. Nobody would blame him, and if the adult children don’t like it, just cut them off at the wallet. That’ll change their tune. It seems clear to me that they are all just using him for his money, and that needs to stop.
The problem is that at this point in his life, Mama Salami would drain him like a kosher chicken. You really think she would let her (and her kids) gravy train go free? She would lawyer up and get every last crumb she could. I knew a gentleman a few years back that had worked like a dog for years building up a substantial multi-national business. The joint had *two* corporate jets down at Teterboro, and properties and apartments around the world. The wife was a vampire. She started divorce proceedings after she “found a bigger fish”. He did get his revenge though. He basically told the divisions to stop taking orders. Within 18 months everything was shut down or sold off. The wife got virtually nothing in the settlement and her “new beau” dumped her after learning of the situation. I see a vague similarity with the Manzos. Big C will not let up on Al. He is there to serve her and keep her purse filled. Would he ever dare to look to leave the situation she would have him eviscerated.
I cannot sand Al, I don’t really know why, but my instincts are pretty spot on. But, it makes me sick watching his family bleed him dry. I have helped my husband every way that I have been able to make sure he retires at 55. I want him to have a long, peaceful retirement. We will have to live frugally, but it will be worth every minute he is not at work. Caro and the diaper clad adults truly make me ill, they are killing their father/husband.
You sound like a wonderful wife to your hubby!! WE are 50-I wanted mine to retire at 58-he says 62-he thinks it will-financially-be better. But I am with you-the sooner the better!!
I hope you can convince your husband to retire a little earlier! The men in my husband’s family tend to not live to be old. I worry about his health. I really want him to be able to just relax. And, hopefully there will be grandbabies to spoil!
I am working on him-I do think he will at least work less-we have 4 Grandsons-PURE HEAVEN!!!!!!
My husband is 72 and is working more hours than he ever has in his life, thanks to cut backs in the hospital where he works. They want to run less operating rooms with less people and stretch the people that do work to the brink, like they were residents or something. But he knew what he was getting into when he married someone 17 yrs. younger. His father worked until he was 95, he was one of the last studio actors alive, and he died at 100 with all his marbles. We live paycheck to paycheck. It’s crazy. We are terrible with money and lost our ass in the rescission. Still who is complaining. Happy New Year to my Jewish friends and don’t stuff your face like I just did.

I know very many couples in their late 50s, early 60s getting divorces after about 30 years of marriage. It’s so much more common now and the numbers are rising.
We see that also-our close friends split after 20 years!! It breaks my heart-the man found a younger gal 😦 We just had our 25 th Anniversary 2 days ago…hoping and praying for 25 more. My husband’s parents were married for 62 years-his Dad passed last year. They still held hands and were so in love!!! It makes my heart happy to just think about it. They were soooo blessed!
Know what? I think it’s because people tend to naturally grow apart. One person grows in one direction while the other grows in another throughout the intervening high-maturity years; then, when the nest is empty, they realize that there is no real compatibility left. Also, now, because people are not only living but thriving longer, the idea of a new, more companionable romance/match is one that is more highly desirable and attainable.

Teresa’s not the first one to mention something about editing. As a matter of fact, dear TSIL did also, actually a few times this year. First it was that her mother and sister were not rolling their eyes when she was just oh-so-torn about whether or not to put that “daddy cheated” in her book (even though she just broadcasted it worldwide on RHoNJ) and then again when she was lunching with her *ahem* girlfriends… cough… and they too were rolling their eyes. She set the record straight that no one EVER rolled their eyes at anything SHE would say! Everyone is on her side after all… even though her *cough cough* girlfriend had already proven she was not a friend at all. Oh wait… that was Teresa’s fault! Teresa MADE Jan say that. How silly of me. See? It was editing… Jan would NEVER do such a thing. Melissa made that clear on both counts.
Alexis from OC also talked about editing once or twice. I’m sure many others have also. I don’t always read the blogs. Actually, I rarely do anymore. I don’t even watch RHoNJ anymore. NEVER thought I would say that but I just can’t do it anymore. I can’t look at TSIL’s face. Not too fond of any of the other faces on their either… except for the Guidices’ and now with all this going down it zapped any lasting interest. Heather Maclean herself was part of the reality tv world herself years ago (finalist for Real World San Francisco and filmed the pilot for Road Rules). She was tweeting quite a bit the other day (way too numerous to copy and paste here so just go to her TL @HeatherMaclean) and the information she was giving about contracts and how producers and networks suck the life out of their castmembers was very revealing.
From what Heather was saying there is at least a five year clause that says Bravo can pretty much dictate what the Bravolebrities can and cannot do after they leave. Bravo “allowed” Danielle, Dina, et al. to appear on other networks, etc. So, that would mean Danielle is still under “lock and key”, so to speak, and may still be under a “gag” order.
You have to be crazy to enter into the reality tv world under the circumstances Heather is laying out! You pretty much sign away your soul.

Jeannie, I remember an episode of “Jersey Couture” being filmed at the place (hotel/bar/restaurant/party room complex) where I enjoy a happy hour glass of wine — I cadged the form one has to sign if one consents to being possibly captured on tape. If you didn’t want to be, you had to leave the premises — I did not want to be around it, but chatted the producer’s assistant who gave me the three-page, single-space consent form. If you are caught in the background, or even foreground, doing something embarrassing, and they use it, you are, as they say in Jersey, fucked. They can exploit you and your image and your embarrassment until the cows come home. And, mind you, this is just in case you appear in a damn scene! Imagine what the main characters must sign (I refuse to call them “stars.”)

Melissa Marco, Joe Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, Chris Laurita, Caroline Manzo, Albert Manzo, Rich Wakile, and Kathy Wakile, along with Monica Chacon and Kim Granatell. all had a hand in trying to take down Joe and Teresa Giudice in front of the camera and behind it. I still have that sit down that Jacqueline had with Teresa at her house on her deck when she and Caroline set Teresa up to purposely try to burn her for the cameras. I still have flash backs of how evil Melissa, Joe, Kathy, and Rich have been to Teresa in front of millions of viewers. All these people have purposely tried to humiliate, slander, and take down Teresa and Joe Giudice. Bravo and the producers had to have known that was the basis of the set up. They wanted concrete evidence for entertaining purposes and a personal hate vendetta against the Guidices.. Out of all the housewives franchises, not one housewife has this been done to. Andy Cohen is an evil, manipulative man. All of them shall reap what they sowed.
I just read Teresa’s Blog on her web page. I wonder why Bravo chose not to display it on their website? I guess they truly do not want viewers to know that Teresa and her brother did get to complete the task with the horse and only Melissa didn’t. Also, Caroline stated during this past weeks episode that Teresa and Melissa did not complete the task and called them both superficial?! She is a lying witch! Caroline knew that Teresa and Joe Gorga completed their task with the horse and pretended to not know about it. No matter how Caroline tries to pretend for the cameras that she wants peace within the group, she is nothing but a FRAUD. In her own way, Caroline is still trying to be a mean, bitter woman to Teresa.
I said it once and I will say it again, None of these women have a story line without Teresa. Viewers do not care about the Manzo’s, Laurita’s, Wakile’s, or the Gorgas. A majority of the RHONJ viewers love, love, love Teresa and her family. We want Teresa to be vindicated. We want all of these hypocrites to apologize and admit what they did purposely to try to destroy Teresa. I cannot believe how no one has mentioned how beautiful and sexy Teresa looked with that one bikini and in all of her outfits. Teresa has a hot body and I am not gay, I am just giving a compliment to a woman who deserves it. Teresa is a very strong woman. I hope everything works out for them, not just for their kids, but for them as Joe and Teresa are good people.
Melissa Marco and Joe Gorga are disgusting human beings. I always knew Melissa was jealous of Teresa, but the lengths that she went to and Joe Gorga allowing himself to get manipulated and allowing all of these people hate on his only sister is sickening. Melissa, we all know that your line to Joe is that everyone wants to separate you two, as a cover up for all the hand job, blow jobs, and cheap sex that you given to men behind your husbands back. Whether or not I believe this in its entirety, I would venture to guess that 75% of it is true. WHY was there so much insistence on whether or not Tre was being paid for her magazine covers? Why was it such a big argument, and why was it constantly brought up? Why did Tre get so mad every time it was brought up? Even Andy brought it up. As though getting some chump change for letting someone take your photo is the height of scandal. Never mind Mel admitting to contacting Danielle, everyone accusing Juicy of cheating, friendships of eight years crumbling the minute the Gorgas are involved…
I think part of why this show is basically a farce to me at this point is because how could ANYONE with a shred of self worth have the strength to forgive these people after what they have done? It’s like this huge elephant in the room–
“Oh hey, so I know you went behind my back and fed info to my mortal enemy that then was leaked to the ENTIRE NATION, and you came to my place of employment, the ONLY job I have left to try to avoid losing everything my children and I have, and tried to ruin it for me, and even went so far as to announce to the press that you think it’s time I left reality TV… but let me forgive you and pretend we’re a loving family.”
I just think this runs so much deeper– to me– than what we can perceive as viewers. Melissa doesn’t just want to destroy Tre’s fame, she wants to destroy her LIVELIHOOD which is the only thing she has right now to keep her from sinking under. I mean, blame Tre all you want for getting herself into this financial situation, but she needs all the help she can get and then she has a snake in her own family wanting to snatch the last morsel away from her and leave her to starve.
I wouldn’t be able to forgive them. I really wouldn’t. I think Tre is being a good employee and really loves her brother and her niece/nephews– but beyond that, I would not blame her ONE BIT if she decided to cut them out of her life for her own sanity.
I don’t think they could/would ever apologize or express any remorse for their actions to Teresa, but even if they did, at this point I think she would be stupid to forgive them. I lose a little bit of respect for her when she goes back to them groveling. She seems to be doing it less and less (thank goodness).
When she did the “burning ceremony” with Cracker Jack, I actually enjoyed it because she seemed to be approaching it from a position of power.

Laker, have no fear, everyone who tried to destroy Teresa and Joe will get their day. As I said from day one, if Teresa and Joe did wrong they should and will be punished also. I do not handle the finances in this home, my husband does. If he tells me to sign on the line, I do, I trust him and have enough to do without worrying about the finances.
If this story is true and like you, I believe 75% + is true, then some of these fools elevate themselves to be an Angel of God, I would not want to be in their shoes when they face the Lord God (higher power, Karma, etc.).

But this whole situation and all of the parties involved that have been put forth in Fame’s article screams – Evil.

GLUTTONY is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires.
LUST is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.
ANGER is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath.
GREED is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness.
SLOTH is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work. It is also known as Laziness.
These people have committed most, and in some cases all, of these deadly sins. Additionally, for those who do believe or follow the Ten Commandmennts, they have also broken at least five of them. They will at some point be made to atone. We may not see it, but they will.
Shame on all of them.
I would be very afraid if I was one of them. They will burn in hell for what they have done. It’s one thing to be jealous of someone’s outfit and make a snarky remark. It’s another thing to make a concerted effort to destroy someone. What if there is no hell? Well then karma/the universe/whatever will try to balance everything out. What if there is no hell, no karma, nothing? Then they will piss off the wrong person and end up stuffed in a car trunk someplace a la Tiny Manzo. No matter what – these people will end up paying an awful price for their horrible deeds.
And just reviewing the sins above – it’s obvious that Meli-succubus is guilty of all of them…
Just imagine if they put that much effort into themselves and building their own empires then they wouldn’t need to be jealous of the Giudices!!

I have always said that I believe that pride is healthy — it’s OK to be proud of a job you did, or how you helped someone achieve something. I think that a certain amount of pride fosters healthy self-confidence, self-security and self-esteem.

The kind of Pride you speak of is absolutely heathy and I agree with you 100% with what you say how it fosters a well-rounded and mentally stable person.
However, the kind of Pride my sister harbors which prevented her from being a loving, respectful daughter – that is what is harmful and that is what I consider a sin. More’s the pity because of that pride, she missed out on three wonderful years she could have shared with my mother. Her loss – due, in part, to her pride preventing her from picking up a phone.

I do want to say that even without believing in anything about seven sins or the Ten Commandments most people still have human decency. Unless there is something askew in their brain, people want to protect their family… usually friends too… even other human beings in general. People don’t need to believe in the above to have a conscience. I’m one who is a believer but my ex-husband lost faith and towards the end of our marriage no longer believed. He still, however, was a decent person who would NEVER go out of his way to hurt ANYONE.
It also works the other way. There are people who claim to be religious who are the furthest thing from what being religious means.
I do believe in evil and I do believe Melissa is truly evil. Joey fell in with those sins when he hooked up with Melissa. He still had to be flawed to allow himself to follow in her evil ways but I believe he also has other powers at work… drugs. Roids, cocaine, all of the above. Let me state that this is my opinion only.
I never liked Caroline. I think she’s a self-righteous know-it-all who cares only about people in her little world. I’m sad because I did like Jac but she fell down the hole too. I think Melissa lied and lied to Jac and Caroline and conned them into believing things about Teresa that weren’t true but that fit her plan to destroy her. I do believe that when it comes to being evil Melissa is a genius. God forgives our sins but I don’t believe there is hope for someone like Melissa. I don’t believe she’ll be given the gift of everlasting life because she’s soulless.

Everyone has a soul. TSIL is protecting hers and I can relate to that. Her ways are very destructive, but nothing is impossible with God. We are all blind sided in some way or the other. It is what we put our hope in, that makes us feel hopeless. People lean on their own weight and measures of sin everytime. I heard a man say he only killed one man and there were plenty of people in the prison that killed alot more. My life was filled with sin and even now, I do things and say things I ask forgiveness for.
I hope people realize what they are doing when they have their minds set that a person who died or is going to die, does not have everylasting life. If I can see myself dying to protect my child and doing everything within my power to rescue them if they were in danger, to hold fast to them even if they ket go of me, I know God can do all that and much more.

Trust me I believe TSIL and TB are capable of it, but HOW can they do this to innocent children? I actually started crying while I was reading this my my very beautiful, successful and well off sister in law went through a health crisis a few months back. Did I rejoice? Never. I cried with my husband and helped her with my nieces and in any way I could. Because I love her and because she is my husbands sister. As I have said on the RHONJ blog, my husband did not get wonderful on his own. I owe the fact that I have a fantastic man to his parents and siblings… They helped shape who he is!
To go through something like an illness with my sister-in-law and know the pain and worry that accompanies it.. I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that anyone would purposely destroy theirs! And my husband…God Forbid… He would rather cut off his hand than Hirt any of his siblings and what for??? 15 minutes of D list fame???
This article has left me very troubled. I am officially done with his franchise. The cast members are jealous blood suckers and bravo and it’s minions are a disgrace. As I was reading her blog, I thought of something, could it be possible that Tre is TRYING to get fired? I mean does Bravo not make them write a blog after every episode. Ok, so she did write it but she did not post it on the Bravo site because she knew they would proofread it and therefore the truth would not come out. Tre posting the blog on her website is a major snub towards Bravo, would it be not like not showing up to the reunion? She spoke about editing and what they did not show. But Jac does that every week. She totally dissed Blahvo, Mel, Kathy and Caroline.Plus, Heather’s tweets could and could not be about the Giudices. Tre has asked to be fired since season 3 but they won’t did she find a way? How would that affect season 6? Hmmm idk, just things to think about!

I bought her books just to read what was so awful that she said, and quite frankly, it wasn’t that bad. Some of her recipes are very easy too. I love the Vermicelli pie, never heard of it, and it’s easy and delicious. I make it all the time and freeze slices. The books are nicely designed and easy to read too.
I told Teresa when I met her that I loved her Vermicelli pie as does my whole family. Yum.
ITA – Teresa did not slam Caroline or her kids and what was quoted on the show by the Mean Manzo spawn was taken out of context. However, she did not say anything nice about Kim Grannypants on the stripper pole, which may be why the loonie has been so foul in her tweets since the indictments came down . I love a lot of Teresa’s recipes but love the fact that my husband and 15 year old son pick recipes, shop and cook them too!

Teresa has posted her blog on her website in the past. I think she does that when Bravo edits out things she wanted included. I am sure somewhere on this blog is a related link. I think Teresa is getting fed up with Bravo and is giving them the one finger salute maybe hoping they will fire her from the show. I know I read somewhere that the scene from season 1 where she is paying in cash was actually down payments and not full payment and Bravo edited it to appear she was buying in cash. No doubt Bravo’s edits from the past season’s hurt her current difficulties.
I’m sure that when they turn in the footage to the court it has to be unedited. It would not make sense that they would accept the edited footage since there would be bias.
Hopefully the unedited reels will be beneficial. I think they will. I also think it would actually blow Bravo wide open and kill their “reality” brand of tv shows. If they go to trial RHONJ will get blown wide open in court on the record. Actually that would be entertaining but I hate that Joe and Tre would ultimately suffer the true consequences. I pray for them and hope for the best outcome possible for their family.

“Teresa wants to clear her name, but she’s extremely limited in what she can talk about,” the source adds. “It’s very frustrating to her.”

If tre’s lawyer is filmed, I hope Bravo doesn’t edit his segment to make it seem like he said/meant/implied something else.
If they do, I hope Tre’s attorney sues them. Bravo surely wouldn’t be dumb enough to edit her attorney would they? Wait…it’s Bravo! Of course they would. I am not watching. I hope the ratings suck. I will come here to get the scoop on the reunion after it airs. I quit watching the show a long time ago. Won’t contribute to the ratings. I get all my info on the blogs. I feel like I have to keep up with what is happening to Teresa because I want to see all these scumbag sorry excuses for humans to pay the consequences for what they did to Teresa.
Andy Cohen hates women, it’s very obvious. He knows most of the viewers are women and he is not happy that most of us see right through him. He would be laughing his ass off if he knew we would all still watch the reunion. He thinks he’s clever. He wants to laugh at us for watching and taking the ratings up, with end result more money in his pocket.
I, for one, won’t be contributing to their ratings. After this Saturday, no more Bravo. This will get me off the Bravo train. Going cold turkey without the temptation. 🙂
I’ve come to this conclusion about Andy as well. His level of respect for women is so low and its glaringly obvious. He watched too many soap operas growing up and believes that Erica Kane represents all women. But it seems to be getting him more famous and more famous guests for his stupid show. He should be ashamed.
Tre should continue posting her RHONJ blogs onto her personal blog. She can speak more freely without the Bravo censor.
This to me is downright disgusting. It’s sad that a person has to go to these lengths to destroy a family to get what they want. Fame will not keep her warm at night. Someday she will reap what she sows or as some people say that karma will come back on her; she will be all alone & bitter long after the cameras are gone and no one remembers who she was.
Good lord. I gotta say it. This is all speculation. There’s no hard proof. Pictures do nothing for me and we’ve no guarantee that the source is credible and vetted. She’s been incorrect in comments on this site before. I’d take this with a grain of salt like I’d take ANYTHING these housewives fools say, imply or try to speculate.
Thank you for saying this, I can’t believe that this comment is actually being treated as fact on this site! It doesn’t even make sense, how would Melissa even know all of this info? I think this is a conspiracy theory that is getting ridiculous. It’s obvious what happened, the investigation started with the bankruptcy and the bankruptcy trustee that accused the Giudices of hiding assets, the US Bankruptcy Court is a federal court. That is how the feds got involved, and the investigation started with the bankruptcy. It would be easy to put the pieces together regarding income, taxes, W2’s and mortgages.
People are getting carried away and suspending logic, it’s not good.
The investigation did not start with the bankruptcy. It started with a lawsuit from Joe Giudices business partner who was being represented by The Chacons. The business partner who was also working with Joe Gorga & during the time when Melissa used to use her inlaws office! No one said Melissa was telling the truth but if you remember she was the one who contacted Danielle & was telling her all kinds of things about the Giudices finances half of which were lies. She then lied & said she never talked to Danielle but then had to admit it because there was proof. She did the same thing when Monica came to her party & said she knew Melissa but Mel denied it. Then she admitted it when she was confronted! The samr info that was told Danielle by Mel was the same info that KimG & Monica said also. Since they all heard it from Melissa.
TSIL used to use her inlaws office? Holy cow. Did someone say something before about her going through mail or papers at bryan Bulldog’s father’s house? Is that why she got thrown out? Was it Love she lived with at one point? She probably went through more than her closet.
What comments have I been wrong about?
And just so you know I’m not a housewife fool but have had to be subjected to the circus that Melissa & Joe Gorga have created where I am from & to my personal friends & family. None of my comments have been wrong. In fact everything I have commented on has then been proved during the next episode. So let me know where I have been incorrect in regards to things that have happened in my own life. Just like the other week when I commented on Jan & sushi lounge & I said there were many other people there that night who saw Melissa with her ex & then Jan said the exact same thing on the episode when it aired. I have been right about everything I have posted including time frames when Melissa met Joe, when she worked at Lookers, the trip to cancun, her getting her boob implants for free, being a teacher(which she wasn’t) & many others. So maybe you should check your facts or not make comments about me not being credible when you obviously are WRONG!!!!!
Source or no source. I think we can all agree that no matter how this is spun it is all very, very sad. This is not a tit for tat thing going on here. The ramifications of what has been transpiring for years and the depths that some have gone to to defame and take down another is beyond human nature… it is evil at its finest. The Guidices have lost friendships, face jail time, their children safety, etc all at the hands of a selfish brother and a devil spawn for a SIL. Not to mention worthless cousins.
How do they sleep at night is what I wonder? How do they seriously look in the mirror each day and like what they see? I only hope that Teresa finally sees her brother for what he’s worth and realizes that her blood is what has taken pleasure in bringing her world crumbling down.

in the responses, someone asked if Teresa has been released from Bravo and she didn’t respond to it. Also, I think Heather has been wishing her friend would leave Bravo – that would explain the “ended well, I think” comment. This, combined with T posting her blog on her website instead of Bravo…. I know she has posted her blog on her website before, but in that instance, it was only after she posted it on Bravo and they edited it.
They are taping the reunion today – maybe Bravo will let her “resign” during the reunion??? My curiosity is piqued!

If this is true, maybe the people giving info were giving bad info (I’m hoping!) so maybe all those indictments won’t stick. I think it says in the post that not all of the info Meho gave was good and I am not one of those that believe an indictment must have rock-solid proof in order to be obtained.
I’m really hoping this is just speculation and maybe Meho doing sneaky crap to get on the show is getting blow out of proportion but I have a deep feeling that it is true. Especially after Jac’s interrogation about being paid for articles – that seemed so strange, these indictments are the only thing that make sense about that.
If it is true, wow, I have no words about these people – it’s almost too shocking to comprehend. I can understand the Unabombers brother turning him in but Joe Gorga doing this is beyond disgusting.
As for her lawyer at the reunion, I would think he is there more to advise her if he thinks she shouldn’t answer a questions rather than having a whole segment?
Both sides requested a continuance. Joe Giudice other case has been postponed over and over. The right to a speedy trial will factor into this somehow. How many times can the State of New Jersey request a continuance before the case must be dismissed?

I’m a little confused. Did the giudice’s break the law? He said she said is well and good but you still need evidence and for the feds to file 39 counts i’d say they have some evidence.
No you are not confused . No one is disputing that fact. However they are innocent until proven guilty. The concern is that several of the Guidice cast mates will lie and stretch the truth out of pure hatred. Which they have all demonstrated for 3 seasons now. Therefore tipping the justice scales of which we all know this is going to be a high profile case with the Guidice’s made an example of if they are proven guilty in a court of law.
Also there is not a cast member on this program who has not been involved with illegal activities or that are awaiting trials themselves. Some much more than the Guidice’s. If you dissect a families life bit by bit, and piece by piece you are bound to find something. This was a witch hunt plan and simple. Orchestrated by all of the cast members against the Guidices. Even her own brother and his wife. All of their cast mates (Guidice family and friends) can thank the Guidices for the lifestyle they now all lead due to the success of this franchise. To be more poignant, due to the success of Teresa Guidice. She is the person that made the program what it was, and continues to be.
Since we’re all “innocent until proven guilty,” I don’t think we will know if the Giudices broke the law until their trial is finished. There is apparently some evidence against them, but if they’re going to trial the Giudices must also have some evidence to offer on their own behalf. I think all anyone can do is keep an open mind and wait and see.

Back on topic….I wouldn’t fault Teresa at all if she left but I don’t think that’s the case. I thought I read a tweet from someone who asked Heather outright and she said no. Also, didn’t Bravo and Andy insinuate that they wanted to begin filming asap just so they could “cover” the Giudice trial? That really is quite sickening. It’s like they are salivating at being able to use this trial for their benefit. They don’t give a damn about the Giudices but they sure want to benefit from their misfortune.

I apologize for this heavy comment…but right now they are showing a documentary about the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and, of course, all of the innocent people lost on the four flights. I remember that day as if it was yesterday and how utterly life changing it was.
To think that so many people STRUGGLED to survive that day snaps me back to reality and ultimately makes me realize that RHONJ is pure trash entertainment and nothing else.
God save those cast members that would throw a family member under a bus in exchange for a few moments of fame…I think it’s more than just karma biting them in the butt.

It’s not heavy – it’s reality. I had never understood when folks would say they remember what they were doing when Kennedy was shot. I also never got when people talked about things going in slow motion. I remember so vividly standing on the long escalator just blankly staring at the overhead animated sign with the little sun that would pop up and then it would say “Good Morning! Welcome to the World Trade Center”. Then all hell broke loose.

Thanks Murphs – that is very sweet of you. That day did change me – but I came away blessed actually. I gained new appreciation for so many things. I had always been a “people person” and that grew as well. Two years later my grandmother passed away rather suddenly. I was able to make what little time there was left to us meaningful. I truly believe in looking past labels like race, religion, orientaion into the content of character as Dr. King said. I see so much wonder and joy in this world and just go apoplectic when I see something like the the Parking Lot Wraith and the misery she has spawned. I can’t comprehend it on so many levels. And I do fear for her – the evil she has unleashed is something that will end up consuming her very soul. But on a lighter note – this site is a large collection of lovely souls – especially our Jeannie. It’s rare and delightful to be part of such a nice group…

Kim G and Monica Chacon sat at the table with Kathy, Melissa and Melissa’s sisters at the Posche fashion show in season 3 episode 2 (see photos below). This was at the very beginning of the Gorgas and Wakiles first season – how did they get so close to Kim G so quickly? Because they had known her for a while, although earlier in the same episode Melissa and Kathy pretended to have met her for the first time at the Posche boutique, where Kim G said to them about Teresa, “She doesn’t know who she’s messing with,” and neither of them called her out on it. When Teresa saw Kim G sit down at Melissa’s table at the PFS, she asked, “Why is Kim G talking to my sister-in-law? It’s just weird that my sister-in-law’s friends with her.”
In the same episode (season 3 episode 2), before the PFS, Kim G came over to Melissa’s home (photo below), and they all went out clubbing on Halloween, Kathy included – they talked smack about Teresa the entire time. While they were out clubbing, Teresa threw a Halloween party for a group of 20 kids at her home, expressing that she wished her brother would have brought his kids over.
I freakin knew it, Melissa Marco and Joe gorga were so camera happy when they first got on the show. I always knew these two were untrustworthy but I never thought they would do something so evil that would destroy a family and hurt the lives of young little girls like this. I wonder if Teresa has read this article yet and if not, someone should tweet her a link to this website because this is some serious serious stuff. Ofcourse, Melissa will deny all of this too, she and Joe are equally evil they DO deserve eachother. I hate Melissa and Joe gorga, they are filthy people.
I don’t know if you can answer this question but why did Kim G. turn on Danielle when it was Kim G. who was backstabbing Danielle? Did it have to do with TSIL? Alley, brought up the first couple of episodes with the Gorga’s and I remember TSIL inviting Kim G. to go clubbing with them on Halloween. I’m wondering if that was TSIL and TB’s way of taunting Tre? I’m sure Tre knew that Kim G. was BFF’s with Monica C.. I wonder if Kim G. was telling Jaq what the pathological liar, TSIL, was telling her? Maybe that’s why Jaq was so keen to turn on Tre? Why do the Manzo’s dislike the Giudice’s so much? And, why do the Manzo’s like TB?
I don’t know if this is correct but:
Kim G was using DS to get on the show for several reasons: fame and to get at Caroline. Even though the boys are besties the mom’s do not care for each other. All KG wanted to do was be C’s friend she said this during the seasons she was on.

Yeah, I actually think your more on point than I and I’ve been watching since season 1 🙂 I really do believe Melissa stirred the pot for a lot of people “behind the scenes” since 2009 and I would love to watch Danielle make somewhat of a comeback and tell everyone including the viewer’s what Kim g was plotting with Monica chacon. Kim g and Danielle were friends for a minute so I bet she knows alot of what Kim g, Monica and Melissa were beginning to do to Teresa back then.
There is a special place in hell for these people. This is just disgusting. DISGUSTING!! What kind of a brother allows this to go on? This is his sister, his nieces, his brother-in-law. To infer that an attorney has never made disparaging remarks in the press or other wise against someone they are prosecuting ( or are suing on behalf of a client) is really reaching.
Did Monica perhaps use bad judgment by agreeing to appear on a show when she knew that her husband was representing someone who was suing a person (Joe Gu) who appeared on the show? Meh…depends on who you ask. Lawyers also write books about people the prosecuted or defended .

Hi Sackem, I honestly don’t know why Monica inserted herself in the case unless she was sitting co chair or did work on the sidelines. Did she want to end up getting cast on the show? Maybe…but the same can be said about ever single one of the hangers on that are on that show.
The behavior from most of the people hoping to get cast a ‘friend’ or those wanting to make the transition to full time house wife, I actually find more deplorable than that of the actual full time cast members.
I have a feeling the accountant and his wife were trying to make themselves interesting for the show. I actually think Joe Go looked a bit irritated by some of the comments that were being made about his sister (While Mel looked like she was eating it up).
I don’t think this randomly happened to the Giudices, it seems like they were outted by someone – I just don’t understand the whole need to focus in on one family by the cast (I’m fresh from reading Teresa’s blog, includes her calling a few people out). It just gets deeper and uglier and harder for me to rationalise that family and friends would be involved in such a conspiracy.

Just to be clear, the Giudices signed their names on a two-page petition that included summary information. There were 60 pages of schedules providing the details supporting the two-page summary that would have been filed separately and electronically by their attorney.
I find it difficult to believe that a bankruptcy trustee would base any of his or her opinions on REALITY TV — and I sincerely hope they didn’t! I’m sure there were ridiculous people constantly suggesting that they do but most serious professionals would brush off such a suggestion as (1) it’s scripted and (2) it’s edited for entertainment value.
Monica Chacon has been reported as taking credit for bringing the Giudices to the attention of the U.S. Attorney, but I agree that it was likely an IRS agent, spouse or family member watching the show where Teresa reputedly paid a hundred thousand dollars in cash that brought them to the attention of the U.S. Attorney.
I couldn’t help but notice that the heading in the press release put out by by the U.S. Attorney’s office emphasized that they were on TV – “Stars Of ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Television Series Indicted On Fraud And Tax Charges.” That’s probably why, among the tens of thousands of people who took out liars loans — often at the behest of their loan brokers and with the brokers themselves completing the application information — the Giudices were singled out for prosecution.
When was the last time a *client* drafted a petition and assembled all the schedules and exhibits? Any attorney doing due diligence would carefully inspect any documents provided by the client for inclusion in the filing. I am soooo tempted to log on to PACER and see exactly what was filed

While I can understand your scrutiny thinking that a bankruptcy trustee would base any of his findings based on what appeared on reality tv, that actually happened. The Guidance’;s were accused of hiding assets on their bankruptcy filling including a 200k advance Teresa got for her first cook book. and really a trustee should turn over every stone. In the same vein as Taylor Armstrong having to give over her engagement ring and what turned out to be fake Heme’s bags. So a bankruptcy trustee using the show as proof that they were hiding assets isn’t really that much of a stretch, especially give that supposedly the Feds want raw footage to see if their is anything the Bravo camera’s may have picked up.

No one really knows why but Monica herself said she was going after the Giudices during season 3 & she recently did an interview claiming responsibility in getting the Giudices Indicted. Monica seems to have a personal issue with Teresa but what it is, I don’t think anyone really knows.

I am a person obsessed with the truth (my weakness) and are people ever really truthful? I don’t think Teresa and Joe have done anything any other married couple has done. When I went shopping for new furniture after my marriage I had cash baby, we weren’t financing furniture we had the cash–some people do set aside cash for activities.
What I am glad about–I believe Teresa will forgive them but she really will be done with them, I pray it doesn’t kill her father because that will make it way worse. After this it wouldn’t surprise me if the Guidice’s moved to Italy for good.
Teresa commented on twitter that she is “home with her loved ones and going to sleep happy” not verbatim, but the message is loud and clear that things went well for her.

Honestly – (and I don’t in *any* way mean to disparage the hard working people who actually live in those area) I don’t know of that many legitimate banks/lenders that would write a loan in one of those areas. I have no problem believing that when the Hiza/Chacon/Gorga connections become pubic knowledge and hit the radar (just like the Guidices did) then a couple of interesting things could happen. The ethics of Hiza/Chacon businesses are investigated (like exactly where they got the info being used against the Guidices) and cases are built against them. So now they can offer up the Gorgas to save their shady asses. Since Joey was taught the “business” by Juicy, who has doubts that Joey didn’t do the same things that the Guidice’s did and are indicted for now? Melissa will definitely turn on her husband. And I have no problem believing that the Gorgas will offer up the Wakiles and/or Lauritas to help lessen the indictments that will be coming their way.
It is a total house of cards for everyone on RHNJ. They have no principals or old school family beliefs – rats know enough to jump a sinking ship and shady “business people” know that if they offer a bigger fish to the authorities, they can lessen the charges coming their way.

I don’t remember the episode where they had dinner at the accountants!!
It was so odd and at the beginning of the Gorgas being on the show, right after the Baptismal Brawl. Easy to forget because the Gorga introduction scenes were boring. And IMHO, viewers were still stunned by the Baptismal Brawl. The dinner with “friends” (Gorga and Wakiles together bashing Teresa), the weird Halloween night clubbing party (where Joey dressed like Snooki and the women were all some variation of sexy kittens). Both scenes seemed so “off” – this supposedly young, sexy,hip couple hanging out with a bunch of older, definitely not sexy or hip, people – it was like going out partying with your parents! And then there is the holiday charity party at the Gorga’s house – odd cast of characters again that all knew each other but acted like they were meeting for the first time, who all wanted to get Teresa to flip her Gorga switch. Instead Melissa, Caroline and Kathy all ended up looking like fools.
I still can’t place it!! I was probably still in shock over the brawl, like you said. If any of you see that episode being re-ran, give me a heads up please! Thanks for trying to refresh my memory!

‘Real Housewives’ Ridgewood assault case put off until later this month

The Record
RIDGEWOOD — Three cast members from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” will not appear before a criminal judge this evening, as previously reported.
The assault and terroristic threat complaints against “Housewives” star Jacqueline Laurita of Franklin Lakes; her husband, Christopher; and Joe Gorga of Montville have been adjourned.
The cases will now proceed in Ridgewood’s Municipal Court on Sept. 26.
The charges stem from a fracas at the grand opening of a salon in Ridgewood.
The charges had been referred in April to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for grand jury consideration, which returned the matter to Ridgewood for resolution last month.
The case of John Karagiorgis of Paramus, who is charged with assault and making terroristic threats as well as three counts of harassment, was also adjourned until later this month.
Karagiorgis claimed he was assaulted by the “Housewives” trio when cameras were rolling for the Bravo television series.
He said he sustained several injuries, including a head abrasion, when Jacqueline Laurita allegedly clubbed him with a stiletto heel.”

She was amazing. Lived in a junk and love filled old house. She had a flood once we were trying to clean up and rolling up the soaked carpets to throw out. The “padding” was $10 and $20 bills. Entire rooms had tens of thousand of dollars underneath the carpets. Then there was this old pink fridge that had to get tossed. There was no food in it, just more cash, stocks and bonds. She owned huge amounts of property in Paramus, Maywood and Hackensack. My cousin and his wife had to go down to Florida to tie up loose ends with her properties down there. They found countless numbers of shoe boxes filled with cash in one of the buildings and a pet iguana living in one of the yards. Not thinking it though all that well they bought two large suitcases and packed them with the cash. The wife sort of wedged the lizard in an oversized carryon. Mind you this was back in the early 90’s when (thank God!) the screening was pretty lax. Amazingly enought they (iguana included) made in back without any issues. I can deal with relatives like that. If I had ones like The Sassy Slut, I’d change my name, phone number and move to Paris…

I have read that Gregg Bennett was friends and a workout partner of one of the producers from the season when Kat Rodriguez was on. The Manzo boys tried to come up with the story that Gregg was a college friend of one of them. But I believe that was a Bravo storyline to explain Gregg.
I have a theory that Gregg was a plant from the producer to get info from Teresa as well. Because it was reported that Gregg was always with Teresa and was on very friendly terms with her. Then, all of a sudden, he is hanging with the Gorgas and all the rest and hated Teresa. Just another mole, in my opinion, to try and get info from Teresa for the Feds.

I don’t comment nearly as often as I should but I am so heartbroken for Teresa. There is no way she doesn’t read this blog and I am sure she probably had some idea as to who sold them down the river (aside from the show and the cast) but you never think your own sibling, your flesh and blood would turn on you in such a way. Every time I come to this site I shudder, I think “how can it get any worse for her at this point?”. The sad part is, I think we have yet to hit bottom. Things always work themselves out always in the end and I’m sure Teresa will come out on top, and with a fan base like the one she has (that I am proud to be a part of) will be behind her and help her make a come back.
Now, before I say this I am a Christian (not to offend anyone here who isn’t) and after surviving cancer this year it has really opened my eyes to how people are. Those who have tried to make a name for themselves through unjust and dishonorable means, they shall rue the day when the Lord renders his justice upon them. We all must pay a price for crime and sin and doing evil. Jac, Caroline, Melissa, Kathy, Richie, Joe, Chris, Albert and everyone who has tried to profit from their misfortune will have their day of judgement. It’s frustrating watching things unravel and seeing these people continue to kick her when she’s down. But, it is not for us to pass justice down. There is no punishment like what God can rein down on someone.

What pisses everyone off is this-What the Guidices may or may not have done has been done by everyone on this program however only the Guidice’s were put out there on national television and exposed without edit. What the Guidices did or didn’t do is on them. If Joe Guidice did not file tax returns, if documents were forged – it’s on them, and the courts will find them guilty or innocent. My personal jury is still out. Simply put, I don’t know what happened.
My issue lies in how the Gorgas and Wakiles signed on to RHONJ with the specific intention of bringing Teresa down, and how Bravo has allowed it to fester out of any type of rational proportion.
I used to love this show. Currently, I rarely watch because the Gorgas and Wakiles have ruined it.
I am sick of Richie and the way he talks about and treats women. Clearly he has no respect for women, and how his wife puts up with that is beyond me. I wonder how she would react if her daughter married someone like him – who continually disrespects women, even those in her own family. How would she feel if her son treated women the way his father does? Richie is disgusting. He is a pig, and probably the biggest reason why I am so over this show. I hate what comes out of his mouth and the fact that his wife just sits there.

I am sick of the Gorgas for all of the obvious reasons. I don’t have three hours to list them all. They are trash, pure and simple.

Hypocracy is a nasty thing. Everyone has bills, everyone wants their money now. People are in debt up to their necks and then some. I want to know when any of this mess is going to catch up with Melissa and Joe. It is super creepy that your own family would stoop so low to try and destroy lives which include four young girls. Sad beyond belief.
All of the court stuff needs to be sorted out in court. If Joe/Teresa did wrong, then justice will prevail and I am going to leave it at that.
What drives me nuts is the inequity on the show. I am so over everything being Teresa’s fault. I don’t know Shoebyer about any election but something has to be up. Think about it all summer from what I read the prosecuter couldn’t wait to get this trial started.
Now it’s postponed until February maybe the prosecuter has realized the Guidice’s stuff isn’t as big as some of the others legal dramas that are on this show.
Very confusing first they can’t wait to go to trial and now it’s been pushed back a few months.

My daughter used to work at a law firm in the HR Department. One of the first things she did when interviewing a recruit was check out their social media pages, i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Twitter. It was routine. Many candidates did not get past that first screening.

Need a doctored marriage certificate to create buzz and to help increase views for RHOM? Check! I believe the cast knows it’s all fake but they play along. Outside of the show they all hang out and laugh together with all the money they make for being puppets of Bravo while NBCUniversal spins and twists things to keep their viewers interested. All of these real housewives twitter accounts are inflated with fake followers. NBCUNiversal buys them all hundreds of thousands of followers to make them them seem popular.
