Jersey_Girl posted a comment at Fame-Whorgas on February 20, 2013, describing what happened at the Milania launch party — I talked to my source, and the source confirms what Jersey_Girl said. Here is Jersey_Girl’s comment:

“I was at the event with Penny’s party and can say Penny served the Gorgas with plenty. Joe and Melissa were scared to say a word. No, Mario wasn’t there as a bodyguard — that was said as a Danielle Staub joke. Mario is High School friends with Penny and Johnny and was there with his girlfriend. We all jumped in the limo and went to event from Penny’s house. Actually joked about Mario playing bodyguard.

“There was plenty of action at the event and Penny was in control. Melissa and Joe shit when Penny went up to them. Funny thing was they kept complaining about Johnny’s twitter. It was hilarious.

“Yea, there was a reconciliation, but you’ll never guess with who.

“There were no pictures of Penny with the others because Penny refused to take picturess with any of them except the pictures she took with us, her real friends. My source says the reconciliation was not between Melissa and Teresa or between the two Joes. Apparently, the producers wanted Melissa and Joe to confront Penny about the phone call she placed to Mike (a friend of Bryan Bowen‘s and Penny’s husband, John), who told Teresa that Melissa cheated on Joe with Bryan for five or six years, starting almost from the beginning of her marriage. But Penny knew a confrontation was planned so she had people there at every table, some (including an old boyfriend and an old girlfriend of Melissa’s) who could confirm what Mike told Teresa during the phone call at the Holiday Posche Fashion Show on December 3, 2012, and this is why Melissa chickened out. The producers told Penny to go up to Melissa and Joe, and when she did, Teresa came in the middle of them and begged Penny to quash it with Melissa. Penny agreed to a reconciliation as long as Melissa and her minions stopped with the threats and outbreaks on Twitter against Penny’s family… and if she reneges on the promise, the game is on!

So my source tells a different story than the source for AllThingsRH, whose insider told her:

Bravo DID film the event! The plan for the evening was that Joe Gorga was going to confront Penny Drossos about the cheating scandal surrounding Bryan “Bulldog” Bowen and his wife, Melissa. Joe and Melissa were also going to attempt to make peace with Teresa at the launch. “When Joe was going to confront Penny, Teresa was going to confirm that Penny was the one that told her about Bulldog and Penny was going to be portrayed as the desperate trouble maker who is trying to do anything to get on TV,” our insider reveals. Our source reveals that when Joe went to approach Penny, he chickened out! “When Joe went up to Penny she was waiting to blast him, because she had her body-builder friend, Mario, there with her to protect her. Instead he asked where her husband Johnny The Greek was,” our source explains, and Penny told Joe that Johnny was working. “So even though Penny was basically ordered by Bravo to be at the event, their plans for the set up failed!” Who was going to set who up this time? “It was a double cross,” our insider explains.

Recently on Twitter, Pete Giudice and some of Teresa’s fans started tweeting with @QueenzofMedia, and defending @franksabean (who Pete and Sheila Giudice follow and tweet). This shift occurred right after Bryan Bowen, provoked by QoM (they posted about his assault charges and his brain tumor surgery and then brought his parents into the mess), tweeted about the alleged rape charge against Joe Gorga when he was in college (apparently there is no record of any charge). Bryan quickly deleted the tweet, and it probably would have gone virtually unnoticed had AllAboutTRH not published a story about it.

Remember, Bryan didn’t sign up for this and isn’t being paid by Bravo to air his dirty laundry (he is a private citizen) — the Gorgas and Giudices signed contracts agreeing to give up their privacy (they are ‘public figures’) in exchange for fame, the perks that come with being a ‘celebrity’, a Bravo paycheck, and the opportunity to market products on the Bravo network and the Bravo website via their blogs (and on their own personal websites).

It is important to note that Teresa wasn’t with any of her Bravo-contracted friends on New Year’s Eve like she was on Christmas Day (Jennifer Dalton was at her home). Nor were any of the other cast mates together celebrating the event. The Lauritas and Manzos celebrated it together, of course, the Gorgas were with Melissa’s sisters, and the Wakiles were with their children at what looks like a modest gathering. It is highly unlikely that Bravo cameras were at each event.

After the PFS finale on September 27, 2011, in her talking head interview (season 4, episode episode 20: Strip Down Memory Lane) Teresa said her brother sent her a text message stating, “You’re dead to me.” During this on-camera Bravo interview, you can clearly see that Teresa has been dragged down well beyond her breaking point and is telling everyone, even her family, to f— off. “My conscience is clear because I had nothing to do with this setup. So if Melissa wants to ruin this family, let her do it.” Teresa added. “I don’t even care anymore, I just hate him.”

Melissa at the reunion special for season 4 said: “Teresa, look at me. I am done with you, and you’re done with my kids”. You want nothing to do with her, fine. But don’t take away your husband’s kids, who happen to be her nephews and niece, and say that my kids are done with you too. That right there tells me you are nothing but a malicious, vindictive, arrogant, egotistical and envious bitch because she is using her kids as weapons. Then to turn around and tell a magazine that Teresa called Antonia ugly. And when Teresa writes an open letter on her blog (To My Darling, Beautiful Niece) to her new niece and nephews — to turn around and tweet that Teresa wrote a “lying blog” about Antonia. Melissa Didn’t Spend Time With Her 8-Year Old Goddaughter Gabriella Giudice on Her Birthday But She Did With Her 18-Year-Old Goddaughter from Her Side of the Family (Her Real Family)

Melissa is godmother to Gabriella Giudice (Teresa’s second child), but she didn’t call her on her birthday in October and didn’t show up for her party or even drop off her kids, Gabriella’s cousins, for the festivities.

When asked by AllAboutTRH on October 10, 2012 if Melissa wished her goddaughter Gabriella a ‘Happy Birthday’, Teresa said:

It was Audriana’s birthday last month and Melissa did call and leave a voicemail wishing her a Happy Birthday, but she did not call Gabriella wishing her a Happy Birthday, which I found odd considering Audriana is really young and won’t understand, but Gabriella knows Melissa is her godmother and is older and does understand. September 9th was Giacinto Gorga’s birthay. Melissa and her husband tweeted almost all day about Melissa’s new song, but they didn’t tweet about Teresa and Joe’s ailing father’s birthday. Teresa uploaded a picture of her dad with her husband and four daughters.

Joe’s fractured relationship with his parents is his and his wife’s fault, yet Joe and Melissa refuse to take any responsibility for it. It’s easier to blame Teresa for the family drama… Melissa does it in every one of her Bravo blogs. Here’s an excerpt from her blog for episode 18:

“Knowing what’s to come in the season finale, this episode makes me happy and sad at the same time. When I called a truce with Teresa, I meant it. I truly wanted to put all the past behind us and start with a clean slate. I wanted to forget about all the vindictive things that went on between us and move on for our children and our family. I was putting my two feet forward and giving the relationship my all. I didn’t want to go back to where we were in the past. We made a promise to move forward, and that’s exactly what I did. You will soon see that wasn’t the case for Teresa. The next two episodes are really telling and you will understand why we are all at the place we are today. In Melissa’s blog for episode 17, she wrote that Teresa is poisoning her in-laws minds against her, but it’s easy to see that she has done that all by herself:

“I will say I got a sick feeling in my stomach when Caroline said she’s been in the car with Teresa and heard Teresa bashing Joe and me to her mother. This is nothing we didn’t know already, but to hear about it is just sad. Joe suffers all the time because of the wall Teresa tries to put up between him and his parents. Nothing hurts him more. When they are upset for no reason at all, my kids don’t get to see their only grandfather. I think I understand why she lied and tried to poison everyone’s minds against us, but why his own parents? Joe is just as responsible because not only is he allowing his wife to spread lies about his sister, he is participating in her mission to defame Teresa so she can have her spotlight. He has also mentioned on camera issues with, or about, his parents, disclosing personal information about them to the world… which are probably all lies.

On the WWHL After Show on September 9, 2012, with Teresa Giudice and Perez Hilton, Teresa said the reunion special for season 4, taped on September 7, was emotional, especially since she hadn’t seen her brother in almost a year. She said she couldn’t believe the lies that were coming out of his mouth, and that she couldn’t believe he would bring their father into it. Joey apparently claimed that their father said something, which Teresa found out later from her father was something her never said. AllAboutTRH has an exclusive report on reunion details. Here’s an excerpt about what Joe claimed his father said, which would support Melissa’s lie that Teresa is poisoning her parents against Melissa:

“The reason Joe Gorga hasn’t spoken to Teresa is because of the stripper drama. Joe Gorga revealed at the reunion that Teresa told their father that Melissa was a stripper and that their father went back to Joe Gorga and told him Teresa said that. Teresa denied the fact that she told their father that Melissa was a stripper and even said she wanted to call him in front of everyone to prove she never told him that. She kept telling Joe that she never actually called Melissa a stripper and that she just heard it as a rumor but Joe isn’t buying it. Things got real ugly between them but Teresa got extremely emotional talking to her brother who she had not seen in a year.”

Melissa and Joe are too self-absorbed to throw birthday parties for their children, so it’s not surprising that they failed to acknowledge Joe’s father’s birthday. Melissa and Joe did not throw birthday parties for their children in 2012 (they’ve never thrown a party for their youngest son Joey). Gino’s birthday was September 12th, and here is what Melissa and Joe tweeted about on that day:

The Gorgas did not take Antonia to Great Adventure on her birthday, so not only didn’t she have a party, she didn’t go to the amusement park (her parents tweeted photos of themselves partying at their shore house with Melissa’s relatives on Antonia’s birthday)! This is because they never intended to give her a party or a choice on what she would like to do special for her birthday… Melissa had already scheduled an appearance at Great Adventure amusement park for September 14, 2012, and she planned all along to piggyback Antonia’s and Gino’s birthday celebration onto that trip; however, they didn’t end up taking the kids to Six Flags Great Adventure when they went there for Melissa’s ‘performance’ at ‘Gay Night Out’. It’s all about Melissa and Joe Gorga, not their kids. Their kids are used to being ignored.

Back in August, Teresa tweeted a ‘happy birthday’ to Antonia on her birthday, and Melissa tweeted back, basically saying a phone call would be more appreciated; Teresa said that she did call, and others tweeted to say they witnessed her calling and leaving a message, so, once again, Melissa lied to make Teresa look bad.

Audriana’s birthday is September 14th. Neither Joe or Melissa acknowledged her birthday on Twitter. Neither did Jacqueline Laurita tweet a ‘happy birthday’ for Audriana, so Jacqueline is not showing support for Teresa just like she claims Teresa is not showing support for her. Neither did the Wakiles or Rosie Pierri tweet a ‘happy birthday’ to Audriana; however, Rosie did tweet a ‘happy birthday’ to Gino two days earlier:

Melissa and Kathy joined the show with the intent to bring drama to Teresa’s life…they were hired for that purpose. They were not hired on their own to showcase their own lives and to interact with other women living similar lifestyles, as were many other housewives on ALL the other shows. They were hired solely based on the fact that they are Teresa’s family and had enough drama going on privately with Teresa, that Bravo obviously thought it would make good TV. Anyone who does not see that is blind…it’s evident in the first episode of season 3. If their intentions were honorable, they would have never started off filming with bad mouthing Teresa and Joe, and Joe Gorga calling his sister garbage. Teresa’s bankruptcy was exposed by Danielle at the 1st Posche fashion show when she said Teresa’s house was in foreclosure (Melissa fed Danielle this information, which was a lie). After that episode aired, the wave of articles on the web and the magazines started. Monica Chacon, who was the lawyer representing Joe Giudice’s partner, fed a lot of dirt to Kim G,and she in turn fed it to Danielle and the bloggers. When they were ready to film season 3, Teresa was forced to talk about it because the Bravo producers invited Monica to the 2nd Posche Fashion show and the Gorga’s Christmas party. Remember when Monica introduced herself to Melissa and Kathy as the lawyer suing Teresa. Melissa Gorga is poised to replace Danielle Staub as the thorn in Giudice’s side. Gorga’s partner-in-crime is Kathy Wakile of Wayne, Giudice’s first cousin. Staub, who had only the most tenuous connection to the rest of the housewives to begin with, was on the outs with them for the entire second season. All the drama, then, revolved around fake reasons to throw them together. This time, there’s blood involved. Giudice and her brother used to be very close, but since he got married, there’s a lot of simmering resentment between the siblings. When asked about Teresa’s statement in her new cookbook that Melissa and Joe spend a lot of time together with Teresa, seeing each other several days a week: “That’s a very false statement. It must have been a typo,” Melissa Gorga tells NJ.com.

The worst part is that for all the hostility caught on camera between brother and sister, there’s even more drama off-screen. “Anything that you’re seeing is not half of it,” new cast member Melissa Gorga tells TVGuide.com.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Interview, Live with Regis and Kelly (July 1, 2011)

Reeg stepped up Friday and got real with ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ stars Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. They’ve been feuding on the show this season, and Regis zeroed in on how the reality TV drama was affecting their real-life families, particularly Teresa and Joe Giudice’s parents.

“What do your mother and father say about this?” he asked Teresa.

“I don’t think they ever want to be on the show again, because they’re disgusted. Look, my legs are shaking now, just saying that about my parents.”

“You’re picked to be on the show because there could be a conflict. You know that, right?” he asked Melissa, who’s married to Teresa’s brother Joe. “So you’re giving them what they want, but it’s to the disadvantage of your parents,” he continued, as they both nodded silently in agreement.

“I hope she [Teresa] does start caring about family, because the truth is, if she doesn’t, I don’t think her brother is going to give her another chance after this. I think this is the last and final draw, to be honest with you,” Melissa Gorga tells her sister Lysa Simpson during season 3, episode 7.

“I just want Teresa to own up to everything’s she’s done. ‘Yes I’ve done this to you. Yes I’ve done this to your wife.’ Unless she owns up to what’s she done, she’s not going to have a brother for very long,” says Melissa Gorga in her talking head interview during season 3, episode 6.

“We’re going down this crooked road because of the poison his wife’s given him,” says Teresa Giudice in her talking head interview during season 3, episode 6.

“She’s a cold person… I’m not saying she’s a bad person. She just pushed me away and I got away,” Teresa Giudice tells her brother during season 3, episode 6.

“Teresa and I were not speaking before the show. Do you think that would have happened at the Christening if we were a happy family?”, said Melissa Gorga in an exclusive interview with Reality Tea on April 12, 2012, and this alone would explain why Teresa was against her joining the show.

In my opinion, I don’t care who started the family feud or what it’s about. I can never like someone who deliberately and intentionally hurt their family for fame and fortune. It’s not like Teresa painted her brother and Melissa in a bad light to where they had to come onto the show to tell their side of the story. No one knew about their family problems until the Gorgas got on the show to publicly humiliate, bash, and embarrass Teresa. So the fact that ANYONE would support people like the Gorgas, who will throw their family under the bus and hang them out to dry for money, is just absolutely mind-boggling to me. As I watch, I can’t help but notice that Jacqueline and Caroline used to laugh when Joe or Teresa said anything off color — they cracked you up. Now it’s all negative, every word that comes out of Jacqueline’s mouth. So its not really Teresa that changed, it’s Jacqueline. Ever since the Gorgas came on the scene, it all changed.
