Dina Manzo Reveals How Bravo Edited Her Conversation with Teresa Giudice at the Fabellini Launch Party

RHONJ Season 1 Episode 3 – Danielle’s Spa Party

Just to clear things up…

October 17, 2012

A lot of you are wondering why in the world I would film with Teresa after staying away from the housewives for so long. Let me first say that I’ve gone to every single one of Teresa’s parties that I’ve been invited to, most of which the cameras were NOT rolling. When Teresa asked me to attend the fabellini launch my first question was “will there be cameras there?” She said yes, but you can come after they leave”…as I have done in the past. But that’s not where it ended…

(What most of you don’t know and you can choose to believe this or not, but up until the night of the deck debacle and Teresa showed up at my doorstep crying, I had no idea that she was even fighting with Caroline and Jacqueline — that’s how much I stayed out of that bullshit; and even after that night I had no idea of the extent of the hate until I watched it live with all of you.)

Now back to the fabellini launch…I showed up 2 1/2 hours late hoping the cameras would already be gone (I know that it was naive of me). I was promised that I didn’t have to be mic’d at first, just show that I was there to support Teresa. When I arrived one of the producers took me aside and explained to me that Teresa was really taking a beating this season and needed some much needed “on air” support. As a friend I felt bad for her; as a human being I never like to see anyone standing alone (I was always that girl in the lunch room who went to sit with the loner in the corner of the cafeteria). It is also why I was so quick to forgive Danielle at the reunion. I don’t like when everyone is against one person and I certainly don’t like to see this happen to someone I care about.

Teresa has always supported me and has especially always supported Project Ladybug. She has come to every charity event I have ever asked her to and never complained taking this time out of her crazy schedule to help me.

At the time I was even under the impression she was doing celebrity apprentice for ladybug. In the end she chose another worthy foundation. Was I disappointed at first??? Absolutely, but she explained to me how she met this beautiful little boy with a rare disease and it really hit home for her. Now how can I be mad at her for helping a sick child? I was proud of her for giving a foundation that I was told had no prior national exposure a platform. BUT I would be lying if I also didn’t feel a bit obligated to be there for her “on air” too because of this.

I would cut off my right bubbie for these kids, and one quick scene on housewives didn’t seem that bad at the time…Boy was I wrong. Do not mix booze with raw emotions… Let me first explain that 90% of our convo was about her brother and Melissa. That is where the “blood is thicker than water” comment came in. Think about it, does it make sense that Teresa would bring that up about her and Caroline’s relationship?? You guys are smarter than that…

Now from my understanding this scene was shot AFTER even the reunion and things with her brother was worse than ever. I was explaining to Teresa that blood is NOT always thicker than water when her brother has to get in bed with his WIFE every night and not her….and we all know (unfortunately) about Joe Gorga’s poison. Water wins in this case every time! TRUST ME!!

So here I am giving Teresa advice to just give her brother his space, then she brings up my sister…did you see the look on my face? I was pissed but before you go getting mad at T, I’m sure the producers convinced her this was a good idea. I could be mad at her but I understand the position she was in. I also understood via text from Jacqueline that I was a topic of not only season 3′s reunion that was just filmed but throughout season 4 as well. A part of me felt I should say my peace and I was pissed I was even brought up — I don’t know who did it and at this point I don’t even care.

I had also had a few fabellinis on an empty stomach after a LONG day of shooting for HGTV and there was a lot of hurt off camera with my family who is on the show. So I went ahead and said how I felt about the joke in the book. Do I regret talking about it on camera? Was it wrong of me?? Yes yes yes… But it’s done and I can’t take it back. I should have walked away but I didn’t. I do feel that this book nonsense is all that — nonsense…but I regret talking about it on film.

Ok… It’s now Sunday night — I wrote this before I saw the last reunion tonight…I still feel the same about regretting filming but I DO NOT feel bad about defending Teresa. I know what it’s like to be on the other end of something like this and I don’t think it’s cool and, for the record AGAIN, she had nothing to do with my issues with my family; in fact, as I said before, my issues stem back all the way from season 1.

Teresa and the girls were buddy buddy up until last year, so please stop saying I chose her over my family…it’s really annoying. I would also like to say that I have 11 siblings…my family does not consist of just who is on this show and, yes, I do talk to the other 9 and I’m quite close to many of them and my parents. So enough with thinking I will die alone please…

I will publicly say I think they ALL handled this wrong…I begged some of the players (I won’t go into who) to just respond with kindness and all this will end. But I understand how emotions can get the best of you…they did tonight after I watched the show. I do wish all this could end. I don’t like seeing people, especially WOMEN and FAMILY, fight like this. If you can’t get along with someone or you feel that they just don’t like you…JUST STAY AWAY. Well at least that’s what works for me… you can completely FORGIVE people for how they treated you, but it doesn’t mean you have to go back for more. Do you guys get it??? Thanks for listening.

~ Peace out

Dina’s Tweets When Episode 18: ‘Dinasty of Denial’ Premiered on September 9, 2012:

Bravo’s Description: Teresa invites her longtime ally and sister of the enemy, Dina, to her Fabellini release party.

donna dameron tweeted:

I love @dinamanzo but that expression on her face when @Teresa_Giudice started talking. Weird like she knew it was coming! #RHONJ

Dina Manzo replied:

@donna_1004 no I was actually fuming because I didn’t want to talk about anything but the launch.
10:53 PM – 9 Sep 12

Dina Manzo tweeted:

No I don’t think T was lying AT ALL, just think this was filmed after the reunion as an extra scene~see how much I didn’t get involved?

They cut 90% of the convo out of course! Ahhh it is what it is. Not gonna get upset over it!

that was actually to tell her that I wasn’t filming anymore and to leave me out of the drama.

I’m reading your tweets…mixed. No one knows MY whole story & they never will. I keep it quiet & would LOVE for all to get along. #thatsall

I guess it was the fabilini and I got suckered...this whole argument IS laughable to me & silly and very Jr. High & I’ll stick to that.

I’m not even going to bother tweeting anymore…I begged them not to be mic’d but was there to support her because she always supports me.

Oh their cuttin the shit up…grrrr I should have known better…I made that comment when she was talking about her & Joe. It is what it is.

No I don’t think T was lying AT ALL, just think this was filmed after the reunion as an extra scene~see how much I didn’t get involved?

I don’t know…I’m so confused…Teresa told me no one was there to support her & they weren’t speaking at that point.

hmmm this is weird, most of my convo was about T & her brother, giving her advice about them not speaking. But they’ve got them speaking at this point….I went to this party on the last day of filming…after the fashion show.

Wow lots of hype on here about me on HWs tonight…I don’t want to disappoint~ I’m literally on for 2 minutes & didn’t say anything scathing.

Alexis Alexis tweeted:

i love that @dinamanzo is calling out @BravoAndy for the editing, lol.

Dina Manzo replied:

@drellnco @BravoAndy lol no I’m not…he doesn’t edit I think he’s kinda busy.

@BravoAndy sorry Mr. Cohen : / I still love you <3

RHONJ Season 1 Episode 3 – Housewives Discover Book About Danielle and Danielle Confronts Teresa and Jacqueline

Jacqueline Laurita is the Problem Between Dina Manzo and Her Siblings Chris Laurita and Caroline Manzo; Teresa Giudice Blogs That ‘Joe and I Are Great’ and That ‘My Heart is Still Broken for My Brother and His Family’ (Updated 10/16/2012)

Here is the full conversation between Jacqueline and Caroline in the final episode of season 1 after the infamous table flip went down:

C: That’s my family….

J: …You came to me and you were like, “I know what Dina is (here Chris immediately tries to stop Jacqueline from continuing the conversation, but Jacqueline was not paying him any mind and continues), don’t you think I know what she is, I know”…..

(cuts to TH of Danielle)

Conversation resumes:

J: …You were like, “Feel sorry for her, feel sorry.” How could I feel sorry for her when you know what she is? (Here, someone, I believe Chris, begins to lightly whistle in an effort to stop the conversation.)

C: Because you’re wrong….

(again cuts to TH of Danielle)

Conversation resumes:

J: …You said you knew too (Caroline is repeating “Jacqueline, Jacqueline”… but Jacqueline continues with a sly grin, pointing at Caroline) …and your husband said he knew……

C: Jacqueline, you know who you’re hurting? My parents…..

Talking head interviews:

Jacqueline in her TH: In the end I feel good that I told the truth as I saw it. I just hope that they can love and respect and accept me for the decisions that I make.

Dina in her TH: Jacqueline, obviously, was misinformed. Here’s my thing: you wanna stick up for your friend, that’s great, I admire that, but know what you’re talking about first.

Caroline in her TH: Has it affected my relationship with Jacqueline? Probably not. Has it affected Dina’s relationship with Jacqueline? Yes. Does it bother me? Absolutely.

At the end, when Danielle is outside with her daughters:

Danielle: See what happens to Dina when she messes with me — her own family turned against her on that one.

Jacqueline Laurita is the problem between Dina and her siblings Chris Laurita and Caroline Manzo:

Jacqueline clearly turned on Dina during the dinner at the season 1 finale where Danielle Staub’s book was brought out in the open and Teresa subsequently flipped a table. Here are bits of the argument:

Teresa: Should we tell the kids to go outside, so they don’t here the discussion? [No one else seems concerned about it and Danielle says her kids can stay.]

Danielle: I know Dina revealed the book… and I know that her sister Caroline was with her on that day.

Caroline: I’m the one that told them (Jacqueline turns to look at Chris).

Danielle: That’s not what I heard.

Dina to Danielle: You told a vicious lie that could hurt me and my child (Jacqueline smirks).

Caroline: I took it to Chateau (Jacqueline, opens mouth, turns to Chris).

Jacqueline to Caroline and Dina: You two came into the salon and were showing it to everyone. The same person who told me told her.

Dina and Jacqueline argue, Jacqueline says to Dina: You’re trying to act like you had nothing to do with it… you’re lying.

Dina to Jacqueline: You are two faced, two faced. You’re not her friend (points to Danielle).

Jacqueline to Dina: You’re two faced!

Jacqueline pointing her finger at Dina: You’re such a liar Dina! I’m not covering for you anymore.

Dina to Jacqueline: You’re not. You never did.

Caroline to Jacqueline: Jacqueline, enough.

Jacqueline: I’m not lying.

At the end of the heated exchanged (see the full conversation at the top of this article):

Jacqueline to Caroline: I know you begged me not to tell the truth (Caroline leans over and says “Jacqueline!”), but that’s not fair.

Caroline in her TH: I understood where Chris was coming from. He had to diffuse the situation; he’s in an uncomfortable spot. It’s his wife. It’s his sister. It’s his wife’s good friend.

Caroline: You know who you’re hurting? My parents, Jacqueline.

Jacqueline: Family or not, what’s right is right, what’s true is true.

Jacqueline has intentionally tried to hurt Dina since season 1 premiered, and she is the reason that Dina is not speaking to her brother, because, as Jacqueline’s husband, he did nothing to stop her. Caroline also stood by and did nothing to stop Jacqueline’s attempts to hurt Dina, and this is why Dina also is not speaking to Caroline.

Jacqueline, holding a grudge against Dina, gave Danielle all the information about Dina’s custody issue so she could use it as ammunition against Dina. Remember during season 2 that Jacqueline said it was Dina going after Danielle, but it was really Caroline. Jacqueline stabbed Dina in the back and caused trouble with her custody issue… how’s that for a loyal sister-in-law (no wonder she defends Melissa over her long-time friend Teresa — they are two peas in a pod)? Another theory is that Danielle didn’t go to the producers to try to cause problems for Dina: it was Lexi’s aunt who asked Danielle about it and Danielle confirmed that both parent’s needed to give permission for Lexi to be on camera, and then Danielle gave the aunt the producer’s number, which she gave to Lexi’s father. At the reunion, Caroline was crying and saying, ‘You know what you did!’, and was pointing at Danielle. She was overly dramatic and never actually revealed what the problem was, which is her M.O. Caroline was the one who was upset when it should have been Dina, who was trying to stop them from talking about it. Caroline spun that story likes she spins everything, and both Jacqueline and Caroline were the ones stirring the pot and bringing up on camera Dina’s custody issue, which she wanted to remain private. [See comments from IMDb.com about this at the end of this article].

In September 2010, Jacqueline, holding a grudge against Dina, went to LynnNChicago with a story that Dina’s Project Ladybug Foundation was not legit; it caused Dina a lot of problems just as the project was getting up and running; and, to make matters worse, Caroline did not back Dina.

Apparently there was an issue with Dina’s charity where something was filled out incorrectly on a tax form — it was a mistake, which was being corrected, but Jacqueline, hiding behind the title of ‘inside source’, gave the story to LynnNChicago. She made it seem like Dina’s charity was a fraud. Caroline wasn’t saying or doing anything to stop the bad press Dina was receiving. Then Dina went on Caroline’s Twitter page and tweeted support for herself as Caroline. In response, Lauren (or Ashley) went and said that Caroline’s Twitter had been hacked (basically denying that they were supporting Dina).

According to another insider — again, most likely Jacqueline: “Project Ladybug was a charity started by ALL the Laurita sisters. When Dina went on the show [RHONJ], she took it over as if she was the founder and the blood, sweat, and tears behind it. She wanted the glory and the attention associated with Project Ladybug. She wanted to look like the hero.” Caroline and their other sister, Cookie Laurita, allowed Dina to take the lead and downplayed their involvement, but Dina “only speaks of Project Ladybug as if it were her own.”

Bottom line: the source for the LynnNChicago blog about Dina’s charity is Jacqueline, and Jacqueline would not have planted this story without Caroline’s backing.

Jacqueline has always had a nasty habit of running to the press and being an insider on different stories. She will go to magazines, blogs, and will even direct message people on Twitter. When she does this, she will often say nasty things, depending on who she is mad at or how she is feeling.

“If I get hurt I get nasty, and I got nasty because I was hurt.” – Jacqueline Laurita, Season 4 Episode 15

Here are excerpts from stories about Project Ladybug, all written because of the rumors being spread by Jacqueline to hurt Dina [more on it here]:

“Dina Manzo’s temper got the better of her once again this week as people have been questioning her Project Ladybug charity. A document that I posted a few days ago, that I received from a Twitter friend (@Geoaubsmom), has sparked the interest of many people questioning how their donations to Project Ladybug are being used… Between the parody accounts and the Project Ladybug.pdf getting tweeted often by me to followers, different people, including Dina, she got fed up. Dina started on a tirade about haters and tweetholes… If Project Ladybug is completely legitimate, Dina Manzo should have nothing to hide; her anger and using sick children to gain sympathy for her cause really has to make you question what she’s doing here.” – Lynn Hudson, September 29, 2010, LynnNChicago101.wordpress.com (The Story That Started Charitygate)

“In an internet radio interview, @Geoaubsmom asked Jacqueline Laurita outright on Twitter if she heard the recent interview that Carly Hall did regarding Dina Manzo’s Project Ladybug Charity. Here is Jacqueline’s response on October 17, 2010: @JacLaurita: @geoaubsmom ‘I have. What do you expect me to say? I’m not getting involved in that. So I will just say, NO COMMENT to all those asking’.” – Lynn Hudson, October 18, 2010, LynnNChicago101.wordpress.com

“LynnNChicago has added to ‘Project Ladybug Woes’ on her site. It has now become a collection of document(s) and screen-shots of bizarre TWITTER messages. People who have made innocent (ok, maybe skeptically innocent) inquiries into the PL (PROJECT LADYBUG) financials have been met with emotionally charged messages, like ‘you are trying to hurt sick children!!!’ to THREATS that they have been reported to ‘authorities’. Lynn’s blog is abuzz with talk of PL today, and one commenter posted a link to a recent newspaper article (August 2010) that boasts donations of $20,000.” – Dina’s Still Being Pestered About PROJECT LADYBUG, September 30, 2010, North Jersey.com

Jacqueline gave an exclusive interview to LynnNChicago, published on April 23, 2012, where she spread more rumors about Dina:

“There is a Trump connection, they have the same publicist company and the charity that Teresa is playing for is also Trump’s” Jac told me.

Fascinating! Jacqueline told us that Teresa’s Celebrity Apprentice charity NephCure Foundation is one that is near and dear to Trump and that Teresa may have chosen it with a little nudge from Trump’s people as she met this family at a Trump event. Regardless of why she chose it, it is an excellent charity.

Jacqueline confirmed that Dina Manzo had hopes that Teresa would chose her charity, “Project Ladybug” and that it would explain why Dina broke her vow to avoid all of the Jersey Housewives and film with Teresa.

Jacqueline brought up Dina Manzo, she told me that her sister-in-law doesn’t speak to any of the Housewives,

“Dina doesn’t talk to any of us anymore, she decided to stay away from all of us that were involved with the show, she wanted to be on her own”.

Before I could ask about Dina’s involvement with Teresa, Jacqueline offered,

“Teresa reached out to Dina and I still don’t know why Dina agreed to film with her, they’re not friends now.”

I asked Jacqueline what she thought of Dina’s show, “well, it got picked up for another season” was all I could get out of her.

Jacqueline may also be holding a grudge against Dina because Dina was good friends with Chris Laurita’s fiancé, who Chris left for Jacqueline because she got pregnant by him during their affair in Las Vegas while he was engaged. According to tweets from Danielle Staub in October/November 2011, Jacqueline “took her now husband from Jen his fiance”; Jen was Danielle’s “nail girl” and “Dina Manzo’s then best friend”; both Jen and Dina worked at Nisha. Apparently Chris Laurita was in a relationship with one of Dina Manzo’s friends, Jen (who worked at Nisha), when he met Jacqueline, and he cheated on Jen with Jacqueline. This may be why Dina never got along with Jacqueline because, in Dina’s mind, she broke up her friend’s relationship with her brother.

“Jacqueline took her now husband from Jen his fiancé... Jen told me all about Jacqueline when she was my nail girl and Dina Manzo’s then best friend (both worked at Nisha).” – Danielle Staub, October 10, 2011, Twitter

During part 3 of the season 4 reunion special, Dina Manzo tweeted her frustration with Chris Laurita and Caroline Manzo and said that it has nothing to do with Teresa Giudice:

“#bullshit #bullshit #bullshit. I have 11 siblings I stay away from 2 of them. Do the math. I’m not going to say negative things about my siblings & go into why we don’t speak. But it’s not fair how they portray me as they bad guy. Not fair at all and it only fuels the hurt… I’ll end it at that. Turning the tv off now. Do you think for a second if I felt love from them I would stay away?? This has nothing to do with Teresa BTW.” – Dina Manzo, October 13, 2012, Twitter (During the Premiere of Part 3 of the Season 4 Reunion Special)

On October 15, 2012, in Teresa Giudice’s final Bravo blog for season 4, she says that she and Joe are great and her heart is still broken for her brother and his family:

“I’ve found that the people that are my true fans, who stick by me, encourage me, and have become part of my new extended family aren’t blindly part of ‘Teresa’s Army’ — it’s actually the opposite. They’re the ones who’ve taken the time to look at the whole picture and know a real person isn’t just one catchphrase or comment or scene or mistake. Thank you all. I am YOUR loyal fan!

“And so our season is over! Thank goodness! It was a rough one, at least for me. (Again.) It does make me sad that the other women on my show all wanted to get together to try and take me down. But I guess it’s nothing new. Every city seems to have a Housewife that the other cast members suddenly stop getting along with — Bethenny, NeNe, Lisa — but they shake it off and keep being successful. So at least I’m in good company!

“I’m not proud of how I let the other women get to me at the reunion, how I lashed back and said things I regret now. I wish I had more control, I tried to stay in control, but I had just let the entire season of them saying things behind my back and plotting against me get to me. It’s hard to shrug off when it’s family. It built up, and I didn’t handle it perfectly. I wish I had. I wish I was perfect, but I’m not. But I’m not going to beat myself up about it, and I’m not going to let the bad get me down.

“My Juicy Joe and I are great. He’s still my best friend and my rock. One of the best things about him is that he just doesn’t care about the B.S. You need people like that in your life, especially if you work in the B.S. Industry! And my girls, my beautiful gorgeous girls, are great! My baby Audriana just turned 3, can you believe it? And my Gia is almost 12!

“My heart is still broken for my brother and his family. Only time will tell what the future holds for us. Right now, I just can’t look back.

“You know, there was this movie when I was kid in the ‘70s called The Gumball Rally where these guys were all racing across the country and Franco, the Italian guy, says, ‘And now, my friend, the first rule of Italian driving,’ and then rips off the rearview mirror from his car. ‘What’s behind me is not important,’ he says. I always loved that scene, and it’s true. We have to keep looking forward to move forward. I’ve ripped off the rearview mirror. The road ahead is so exciting, and I hope you’ll stay on it with me!”

“I never really hung up with Caroline. I always hung out with her younger sister Dina and Jacqueline.” – Teresa Giudice, Season 4 Episode 18

“We were never really friends. She was an acquaintance; she was very good friends with my sister… I think Jacqueline suffered the biggest blow here… We vacationed together. We were in the same crew. We went to dinners a lot, but was there ever a time I would pick up the phone and say, ‘What are you doing?’ No. So there’s no friendship, and I’m not bothered by it.” – Caroline Manzo, October 12, 2011, The Gayle King Show

“Why did her own brother call her garbage? And the banging on the table thing? Must be a Gorga trait. Something in their DNA maybe? It just wasn’t adding up. Was I missing something? Teresa never talked that much about her brother or Melissa with me. I’d seen them at all of her parties, but never noticed if they talked to each other. I think I just assumed that all was well. Up until this point I hadn’t heard anything that would make me think there were such deep issues between her and her brother that he would call her garbage.” – Jacqueline Laurita, May 23, 2011, Second Bravo Blog for Season 3

“I’ve been in the car with her when she was on the phone with her mother, poisoning her mother’s mind against her brother and Melissa and Kathy.” – Caroline Manzo, Lying About Teresa Behind Her Back in Her Talking Head Interview, Season 4 Episode 17

“I’ve never heard one kind word out of Teresa’s mouth regarding Melissa. I have heard golddigger, whore, she was a stripper. I cannot be the length this person would go to hurt. I have the luxury of walking away.” – Caroline Manzo, Season 4 Episode 18

Caroline Manzo is lying — Teresa didn’t talk trash about her family to her. Caroline is on record in October 2011 as saying she and Teresa were never really friends and that they were simply on the same crew. However, a month earlier, in September 2011, during season 4 episode 18, she tells Kathy and Melissa that Teresa talked bad about them to her for years. And in Caroline’s talking head interview, she even stretches the lie to include Teresa’s mother. Earlier, in May 2011, we have Jacqueline writing in her blog that Teresa never talked much about her brother or Melissa with her. So we are supposed to believe Caroline — even though Teresa was never her friend and she was only in her presence when Jacqueline or Dina were around — when she says that Teresa was trash talking her family to Caroline, yet Jacqueline heard nothing? Of course Caroline is lying. Jacqueline went against family with Danielle in season 1, and she learned her lesson about suffering the wrath of Caroline, so Jacqueline has changed her story to match Caroline’s, and Jacqueline is now lying too.

“Jacqueline posted in her online blog back in May 2011 (after the first episode with the infamous christening throwdown) that Teresa didn’t really mention Melissa and Joe G. to her, so she had no idea things were so bad between them and was surprised Joe called his sister garbage. So which is it? Weren’t Caroline and Jacqueline insisting that Teresa has been badmouthing her family for a long time? I remember the episode when Teresa was describing the ‘cookie-gate’ incident when she threw away Melissa’s Christmas cookies. Caroline wasn’t acting like she’d heard that story before. When has Teresa allegedly talked bad about her family, because we don’t really see her do it on camera? She talked about some of her issues with them, but Jacqueline and Caroline are insisting the Teresa was making her family out to be a bunch of horrible people with horrible pasts, and she didn’t want her friends to have anything to do with them. When was this? Jacqueline was still friends with Teresa in May 2011, and she had no reason to lie then about not having heard anything about Melissa and Joe. In fact, it seems common that a friend would vent to another friend about family problems they’re having, so I didn’t see anything really wrong with it in the first place, but Jacqueline is now changing her story. And when you think about it, Teresa is usually private about certain matters, like her finances and problems she’s having, so it seems consistent that she wouldn’t tell even some of her close friends about her family issues. Plus, how did Caroline get in the mix? She always says she and Teresa were never friends, and you never really see them hanging out alone. How could Jacqueline be in the dark about Teresa’s family issues, but Caroline was somehow privy to everything? When was she in a car with Teresa overhearing her talk to her mother? Teresa has been called out for some of her lies for the last two seasons, but it’s time for the rest of the liars to be brought out, too. Jacqueline was either lying then or lying now.” – blumarine, September 14, 2011, Lipstick Alley

At least three of Caroline Manzo’s 10 siblings are not speaking to her. Caroline can’t own her own bad behavior — she blames Teresa for all her broken relationships, especially the feud with her sister Dina Manzo. Dina has stated over and over again that her feud with Caroline and Jacqueline has nothing to do with Teresa.

“She [Teresa] didn’t do anything that I know of to hurt them it’s all BS…everyone should play nice. That’s what I think.” – Dina Manzo, June 24, 2012, Twitter

Someone tweeted Dina on June 24, 2012, “@dinamanzo can u clear that u n Caroline not talking has nothing to do w Teresa! Plz!”, and  Dina replied, “I’ve said it over and over…check out my blog on dinamanzo.com.”

“I love the season 1 reunion where Caroline freaks on Danielle. Dina and Jaq are nervously laughing and Caroline is like, ‘I should forgive…..*crazy eyes* but I CAN’T!’ You can hear Dina saying, ‘Hey, cut it out’ and ‘Don’t start this’.” – Diggory17, June 23, 2012, IMDb.com

“Caroline…We are all waiting on those emails. I caught a clip of reunion 3 with Caroline saying that she and Jax have emails of proof that Teresa caused Dina to stop talking to them (and Teresa replying, ‘Bring it baby’). I am STILL waiting, lol.” – violetrose1460, June 21, 2012, IMDb.com

Note that Teresa’s Fabellini Launch Party, which Dina attended and Bravo filmed on October 7, 2011, was after the big blow up at the Posche Fashion Show (PFS) on September 27, 2011 (the evening before the reunion for season 3 was filmed); however, based on previews, it looks like Bravo plans to air the launch party first (out of sequence), during episode 18 (video), and the PSF as part of the season finale (episode 19). Also note that the launch party was filmed more than a month after Caroline’s verbal assault on Teresa, which was instigated by Kathy in the hot tub scene during episode 17.

Regarding Dina and Jacqueline, in September 2010, Jacqueline, holding a grudge against Dina about something, went to LynnNChicago with a story that Dina’s Project Ladybug Foundation was not legit; it caused Dina a lot of problems just as the project was getting up and running; and, to make matters worse, Caroline did not back Dina, probably because, according to an ‘inside source’ (most likely Jacqueline) for Reality Tea:

“Project Ladybug was a charity started by ALL the Laurita sisters. When Dina went on the show [RHONJ], she took it over as if she was the founder and the blood, sweat, and tears behind it. She wanted the glory and the attention associated with Project Ladybug. She wanted to look like the hero.” Caroline and their other sister, Cookie Laurita, allowed Dina to take the lead and downplayed their involvement, but Dina “only speaks of Project Ladybug as if it were her own.” – ‘Inside Source’, March 10, 2012,  Reality Tea

“Dina has said many times she distanced herself from all of them, including Teresa. But she and Teresa did not fight, she just chose not to be around them because of RHNOJ. She ‘cooled’ the relationship. Dina and Caroline are a different story, which is all about project Ladybug. It was being attacked by bloggers back then, and Caroline would not defend Dina or the charity. Dina had access to Caroline’s Twitter and tweeted support using Caroline’s account! Lauren logged on and claimed her mom’s Twitter was ‘hacked’, and deleted the tweets! [@laurenmanzo 'some1 hacked into my moms account and wrote the 'please stop' tweet... I changed her password everything is fine!'] That is the reason they don’t talk. It has nothing to do with Teresa.” – SODA1, August 6, 2012, Reality Tea

Apparently, there was an issue with Dina’s charity where something was filled out incorrectly on a tax form — it was a mistake, which was being corrected, but Jacqueline, hiding behind the title of ‘inside source’, gave the story to LynnNChicago.

So Jacqueline started a very damaging rumor about Project Ladybug and Caroline basically did nothing to defend Dina. Jacqueline is a busy body, and both she and Caroline are liars.

The story was also picked up by: http://realcityhousewife.wordpress.com/2010/10/05/what-the-fuck-is-wrong-with-dina-manzo/

“Jacqueline just seems to have a problem. PERIOD. I know I’ve read comments from fans who said she DM’ed them. I believe she’s putting a lot of stories out there. I know she was feeding Danielle information in season 1 — that’s how it got out Caroline was behind the book. I think Jackie told Danielle that Caroline said Dina was behind it.” – Miza, 08-28-2012, TWP

The source for the LynnNChicago blog about Dina’s charity is Jacqueline, and Jacqueline would not have planted this story without Caroline’s backing. Jacqueline was also the source for a September 30, 2010, LynnNChicago story about Teresa’s financial situation (Jacqueline’s go-to blogger at the time was Lynn). Here’s the excerpt from that blog:

“I have received some inside information that outlines Teresa and Joe Giudice’s plan to get out of this financial mess. The plan was told directly to my source by Teresa. The plan is for Teresa to take on all the debt (which she’s already done) and spend a few months making those payments to make it look as though she’s trying to make it right and then re-file the bankruptcy to eliminate all debt once again. I was told that she and Joe thought that they were smarter than the authorities and she was laughing. I’m told Teresa continues to spend money like she has a money tree because her plan is to dump it all into the new bankruptcy when she refiles early next year.”

Check out some of Jacqueline’s tweets that confirm she is the source:

Another disgusting display of Teresa’s lies. Keep hanging yourself!Tell every1 the plan 2file 4bankruptcy#2 @how u laugh At beating the system!

Teresa, keep spending all the money u do &making profit from people w/ fake stories u sell. It will catch up to u.U never stopped spending.

The people hiding behind your fake twitters(ahem)w/0-9 followers r pathetic. Grow balls&say who u r.U know who I am.I put it out there.

“Caroline is an extremely negative person. And she is a fool. She has demonstrated this past season the emotional monster she really is. It is clear to see why family members have distanced themselves form her. It is also clear why Teresa’s family joined the show and has caused much distress that should have never occurred. When you pick a camera over your family and morals, you are a selfish pig! When her nephew died, she was not invited to the funeral (her brother told her not to go.) What did Caroline do that make her brother hate her so much that he refused to allow her to pay respects at the funeral? Yet, knowing this, this woman wants us to believe she is innocent in all the battles she has with her many siblings and her own mother? Everyone is out to get Caroline? It’s clear Caroline does consider Teresa family: she gave her the same treatment she has given so many of her other siblings. This woman needs some mental health assistance. She is not stable. I have seen many times on Twitter Caroline’s mother repeatedly asking the Manzo kids to stop sending nasty, vulgar, mean tweets to their other various family members. This is separate from Teresa. Poor Grandma is embarrassed with how petty, cruel and juvenile both Caroline and her adult children continue to be in public to their own family. Is it any wonder they are cruel to people outside the family if they can not even show respect inside their family. It speaks volumes of Teresa’s character that when she was on WWHL, she mentioned that she wanted to go back in the room (during season 4 episode 17) and tell Caroline off, but then she remembered her friend, Dina, and her mother, Nettie, and chose to just walk away and let it go because of how Dina and Caroline always say how they don’t want their mother to worry. I wish everyone else had the same respect for mama and papa Gorga that Teresa has for Nettie Laurita.” – Say What??, August 27, 2012, AllAboutTRH.com

The Manzo/Laurita camp (probably with Jacqueline, under Caroline’s instruction, leading the effort), claiming to be inside sources, have been spreading rumors via the internet throughout 2012 (see article about Tom Murro) that Dina’s and Teresa’s friendship is a business relationship just for show.
