John and Penny Drossos-Karagiorgis Were Ambushed by RHONJ Production and Cast at Posche 2; JohnnyTheGrk Never Tweeted About the Laurita’s Son Nicholas; Melissa Gorga Lip Syncs at XL106.7

“Finally, you get to meet my music manager Johnny Wright! I have to admit, my nerves got the better of me when I was singing ‘Never Let Me Go’ in my studio for Johnny and Justin Thorne, the songwriter and producer. Johnny is the real deal. He’s worked with Britney, ‘N Sync, Justin Timberlake, Akon, and The Jonas Brothers. I really wanted to impress him. The fact that he’s interested in me at all was so exciting — and terrifying. I had a lot riding on that recording session. It got better once I got over my nerves, trust me, or he would have walked out and never looked back. When Johnny suggested my going to Orlando for vocal coaching, I was all for it. I’d never had any formal training and have just used what I’ve got. I’ll take any expert advice I can get! My attitude is, I’m grateful for every minute of Johnny’s guidance. I’m happy to learn and ready to go! Thanks, Johnny and Justin, for your faith in me.” – Melissa Gorga, Penny’s Not a Reliable Source, September 16, 2013

Although FW will no longer be giving scoops or doing research on the Housewives, the blog is still a forum for you to discuss their shenanigans and the fakeness of the show and other things of interest. Once the season is over, FW will be covering new topics – I’m open to suggestions, so please don’t hesitate to let me know what you’re thinking! Until then, the following is a preview for episode 17 (the full episode should be comical since you get to hear Melissa sing a few notes live, with Joe admitting she doesn’t have the best voice).

If you plan to amuse yourself by watching the remaining two episodes (and the season 5 reunion special, which premieres on October 6th – RumorFix reported that the 15-hour production was so boring that serious consideration is now underway as to who will return and who will NOT be invited back in season 6), remember that footage is shown out of sequence and most of it is fake (except the ambush on Penny Drossos-Karagiorgis and her husband John – everyone was in on that but them):

1. The Posche 2 grand opening at Moxie Salon was on March 30, 2013 (this is when Jacqueline and Caroline confront Penny, and then later Joe Gorga and the Lauritas assault Penny’s husband John).

2. Melissa and Joe went to Johnny Wright’s “compound” in Orlando, Florida on June 28, 2013, and this is also when Melissa sang live without autotune at XL106.7 (FW was the the first to report this on August 27, 2013) but all copies of her live performance have been removed from the internet since the video proves she can’t sing.

3. Melissa’s and Joe’s testimonials (THs) seen in the screen shots below were taped in July 2013, when Bravo decided they needed more scripted interviews for the revised ending to season 5.

UPDATE 11:00 PM EST: Commentary after watching season 5 episode 17.

Well, now we know why producers didn’t show the December 3, 2012 footage with Penny, Kim D and Teresa where she takes the phone call from Mike about Melissa cheating in the Sushi Lounge parking lot the summer of 2009.

It’s because they couldn’t ambush the Greeks if they had shown that, especially when it actually occurred, at the very beginning of season 5. It would explain that Teresa does indeed know Penny.

Teresa is an idiot for denying that she knows the Greeks. JohnnyTheGrk gave her a donation when she was raising money during her stint on the Celebrity Apprentice and he got her a gig at a family member’s business, which explains text messages between them.

And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the Greeks and Teresa all met at the season 4 Posche Fashion Show on September 27, 2011 (the season finale), if not earlier.

greeks 28
All of this is really no big deal, since producers are the ones behind it all, but it becomes a big deal because Teresa denies any involvement.

It’s all so ridiculous and a repeat of the season 4 finale, but this time it’s about cheating vs. stripping, and this time Bravo made sure the entire cast set out to takedown the Greeks.

This is the MO of RHONJ – the cast always has to be ganging up on somebody (seasons 1 & 2 it was Danielle, seasons 3 & 4 it was Teresa; and season 5 it’s the Greeks)! And this is why I hate this show – nothing but lies and deception and always a target for their fury when it should be directed at themselves for being low-down, dirty, rotten famewhores! Have some integrity people!

Caroline isn’t enraged because the Greeks “came between a family,” and she knows the Greeks didn’t say anything about the Lauritas or Manzos (at that time) – she’s trying to discredit the Greeks because she knows they can spill the tea on Al Manzo’s long-term affair with Jill (which Penny mentioned when Caroline got in her face at the Posche 2 grand opening in the Moxie Salon, but Caroline ranted and raved until the producers agreed to edit it out). And they all think the Greeks are behind Fame-Whorgas, but nobody other than me is behind this blog!

They are blaming the Greeks for the blogs about the Lauritas exploiting autism – NEWSFLASH! – they had nothing to do with it! And Chris and Jacqueline know the Greeks never said anything about Nicholas not being autistic, which is why Jacqueline had to get drunk before approaching Penny with that big ole lie (fed to her by production and reinforced by Caroline because she needs to shutup Penny to keep her secrets hidden).

If JohnnyTheGrk had tweeted about Nicholas, Bravo would have shown the tweet.

They all are pretending they don’t know Penny (notice how Penny was smiling when Jacqueline approached and that Penny addressed her by name). Caroline and Jacqueline called Penny when they were in Arizona a week before the Posche 2 event, trying their hardest to upset Penny by telling her that Teresa was saying hurtful things about her. And the week before that, Joe Gorga and Rich Wakile met with Penny’s husband John to convince him that if Penny agreed to say Teresa put her up to revealing Melissa as a cheater, she could be on RHONJ next season. Just a few weeks before all of this, the Gorgas met with Penny at Chakra (a meeting arranged and filmed by production) to tell her that Teresa was calling her a stalker and telling everyone that she didn’t like her at all.

But psychological manipulation didn’t work on Penny, so they had to come up with a new plan.

The new plan was to convince Penny that they had all made up. The Wakiles were put in charge of hoodwinking the Greeks into believing this new plan, so they called Penny the night before the Posche 2 event, telling her that because Teresa told her to squash the rumors, they had all made up, and the cast wanted the Greeks to celebrate with them by coming to the event. Producers also called the Greeks numerous times to make sure they were coming.

When the Greeks got to the event, producers made Penny go into the party right away, but told her husband John that he had to wait outside with their friends until Penny was done (without further explanation). Of course, the reason he was made to wait outside was because the cast was inside ambushing Penny. When they were done with Penny, production brought in John, who was immediately confronted by Joe Gorga. Joe charged at John and started throwing punches, and Chris Laurita jumped in, throwing punches as well, all while John was being held back by security. Then Jacqueline stood on a chair, took off her stiletto-heeled shoe, and began to hit John in the head with it.

And that, my friends, is premeditated assault.

RHONJ Former Producer Reveals Details About Dina Manzo, the Gorgas, the Christening, Editing, and the Mystery Phone Call

September 23, 2012 172 comments

Fame-Whorgas received a partial transcript of an interview conducted with a former post production supervisor for the RHONJ. The source is editing the transcript down to pull the references to the RHONJ. Apparently, there is much to sort through since the interview was about the reality of reality television, but not just the RHONJ. I cannot disclose the names of the interviewer or interviewee; however, I can say that I received this directly from the interviewer: this person, the one who conducted the interview, is the cousin of the former post production supervisor.

UPDATE 9/23/2012 at 9:18 PM EST: My source just saw that people are doubting the legitimacy of the interview, so has given me permission to post the following:

“I was asked by my country’s main news website to write a piece on the reality of reality television. My cousin worked on RHONJ, so I asked for an interview. The interview was only given because RHONJ does not screen in my country, and I promised anonymity. We also don’t have any BRAVO shows on television here. I called my cousin in Washington and spoke for 20 minutes before realizing I would have to watch the RHONJ to understand what was going on and who was who. So I went online and watched every episode and called back a few weeks later. The second interview (which was recorded) was an hour and a half and mentioned numerous shows from TLC and Oxygen, but I have edited it down to the relevant parts, mainly due to privacy for my cousin.”

The following is the second installment (there is more to come; I’m waiting for the source to sort through the transcript):

On Dina Manzo

Q: “In season 2 you had a change of cast with Dina Manzo leaving; did she really leave because of Danielle?”

A: “There were legal issues around the filming of Dina’s daughter, and Dina and Danielle had off screen legal issues. Dina threatened to quit the show unless Danielle’s contract for season 2 was shortened; she basically told the producers it was her family on the show or Danielle, but the others didn’t back her, so she quit the show.”

Q: “What about Teresa? Did Teresa threaten to walk too?”

A: “No, none of the other wives did; that is why Dina is so angry at her family; I guess she feels like they chose the show over her.”

Q: “Well they did, so why is she speaking to Teresa then and not the others?”

A: “The others were her family.”

On Editing This Season

Q: “What is going on with the editing for this season?

A: “Can you elaborate?”

Q: “Well, Melissa saying she was babysitting the Giudice girls so that Teresa could go to the Fabellini launch, and it was all lies because…”

A: “I get what you mean. Listen, it was a real learning curve for everyone on season 4; we screwed up by filming season 4 while season 3 was screening. We went into shooting season 4 right away because we were seeing the Giudice and Gorga relationship on the mend and that was where we wanted our story to end; it was the perfect conclusion to all of the drama at the christening.

Q: “Well, what happened?”

A: “The ladies would be watching an episode of season 3, then have to go and film for season 4; it made things terribly hard for everyone because they couldn’t mention what they were angry about directly, so they would play around with their words. That’s when things got confusing and the editors had to play around with the storylines just to get them to make sense. The best example of this is the confrontation scene with Jacqueline, Teresa and Caroline: it had nothing to do with magazine covers, Danielle on twitter, or lies. It was about the episode [from season 3] that had just screened. But we had to edit it down to make sense to the audience. You have to remember, the television audience is much larger than those talking about the shows on blogs and twitter, so we cater to them first; it’s an entertainment television show first, is what I’m saying.

On the Gorgas

Q: “So tell me about the casting of the Gorga family? Did they really send in an audition tape saying they would take down Teresa, mafia style?”

A: “They auditioned, as does everyone. Look, it’s not like just because she is Teresa’s sister-in-law we instantly cast her because we had heard of bad blood between them. Teresa’s brother and Melissa were filmed for a short period and that was edited into a small compilation to see if they were interesting enough to be on television. This happens on every single show. Melissa does say that they will take down Teresa in the video, but in a playful manner. I’m also sure it’s been leaked onto the net, so it wouldn’t be hard to find.”

Q: “What can you tell me about the christening episode that introduces the Gorgas?”

A: “Well, I can say I was actually there that day. It was our first full day filming with a large team; we had been filming previous to that, but they were establishing shots. It was much worse than what was shown: the extended family didn’t want anything on camera, so what you don’t see is family members getting violent with the crew and grabbing their cameras and ripping microphone packs off and throwing them across the room. It was chaos.”

Q: “Why did Joe Gorga react the way he did? He was crazy.”

A: “I’ll just say, first day shooting nerves can make some drink and others take….I’ll leave it at that.”

On the Phone Call Between Joe Giudice and the Mystery Caller

Q: “Was Joe Giudice talking to a woman on the phone in Napa; did he forget to turn off his mic?”

A: “The call was 100% innocent. He called Teresa a c*** because he didn’t want to be there filming, and was taking it out on her. He had a legal mess at home he needed to deal with but was contractually obligated to be there.”

Teresa Giudice Explains the Gorga’s Bravo Audition Tape and How They Joined the Show (Plus Radio Interview)

June 9, 2012 13 comments

Possibly the most hypocritical words ever spoken on Reality TV were spoken by Melissa Gorga during season 4 episode 7 when she talked about the August 1, 2011, issue of In Touch magazine, which featured Teresa Giudice on the cover (I’m Terrified of Being Poor): “I get it—you need to make money, [so] make your money—but at the same time, you need to be loyal to your family. Maybe she can go see a therapist about that. I’m sorry, that’s how I feel.”

Three episodes later, Teresa’s brother Joe showed the same hypocrisy when he said: “I think it’s extremely hard for Teresa to be a good friend, a loyal friend. She can’t even be loyal to her family. How can she be loyal to a friend. That’s why I’m going to therapy: to make her understand what she does wrong.”

How many of you would be ok with your family member opening a competing business in the middle of the night without your knowledge, all the while trying to steal your customers, then waging a campaign to discredit your livelihood. That’s not jealousy…it’s called betrayal!!!

97.9 WRMF Radio Interview With Teresa Giudice of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey

97.9 WRMF
June 7, 2012

Teresa Giudice took the time to speak to us about her family feud with Joe and Melissa Gorga and where they stand today, what really happened surrounding all the rumors about drama on the set of The View, The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, if she’ll have her own television show, her new cook book “Fabulicious! Fast & Fit” and more!

Editor’s Note: In the radio interview, Teresa does an excellent job answering questions, much better than her appearance on ‘The View’ and in her other TV interviews. She also wrote a blog on her website (below) explaining much more, including how Joe and Melissa Gorga joined the show.

The Truth Always Comes Out

By Teresa Giudice
June 9, 2012

I flew to Miami yesterday for my book signing so I didn’t get to watch “The View” (we filmed it on Tuesday). And since I left right after my segment because I had a book signing on Staten Island that evening, I didn’t know what Melissa and Kathy said during their segment. Now in my hotel, I just watched the whole thing online, and… wow… so many things going through my mind…

It’s hard to get your thoughts straight when you’re being interviewed for TV — especially when you’re trying to talk to 5 women at once like on The View and there are no “retakes.” If you’ve ever done a live or even taped television segment, you know how much is going on and how overwhelming it can be, but I think I’m getting better! But I’m always much better at writing what I think because you’re not on the spot, you can take your time, and there’s the wonderful delete button! So here goes…

You all know I’m not big on bashing my co-stars, family, or really anyone on Twitter or Facebook and I try my hardest not to in my blogs either. I just don’t live my life that way. I never have. I didn’t run around town with Danielle’s book. I don’t meet with people’s ex-husbands to dig up dirt on them. I don’t hire private investigators to look up people’s true identity on Twitter… I’m way too busy living my life, raising my beautiful daughters, working, and raising money for Neph Cure.

I only heard today that Melissa called me a liar or a fibber or whatever, when the press started calling me for my response. I’m not going to play he-said-she-said in the papers, but I do have to set the record straight so I wanted to just tell you all directly. I’ve been telling the same story–the truth–since it happened. Suddenly Melissa has a new answer for it, fresh from her new PR people: it’s a lie and it’s my “crutch.” Are you kidding me?

Here’s the absolute truth: I had no idea Melissa or Kathy were joining RHONJ until the day a Bravo producer called me and told me. And I was shocked almost out of my mind because I literally had no idea… not even the tiniest hint. The two of them can split hairs all they want and dance around the exact when/how/why, but the fact is you don’t get cast on the show overnight. It takes interviews, phone calls, meetings, contract negotiations, etc. However much they did for however long I don’t know because it was all behind my back.

After Dina and Danielle left in Season 2, there were two open spots on the show. None of us knew who they would pick. The producers interviewed tons of people in NJ. Every time one of my friends or even acquaintances got a call from producers for an interview, they called me immediately to tell me. That only makes sense, right? I was happy for anyone else to get the opportunity to be on the show and hoped a bunch of my friends would get picked. For whatever reason, they weren’t. Why would anyone who knew me interview for a show I had been on for two years and keep it a secret from me???

I got my contract from Bravo for Season 3 and just a few weeks before we were scheduled to start filming, I got a call from one of the producers saying: “By the way, the new Housewives are your sister-in-law and cousin Kathy.” Total shock. Never in a million years was that even a possibility to me because I’d never heard anything about it from them. In fact, when I was filming, Kathy would put the show down and say she could “never” be on TV like that. I would have to defend myself and say, “Well, I chose it and I’m having fun with it.”

I called Melissa and Kathy to ask if it was true. They did not call me. They confirmed that yes they’d “interviewed” but said “nothing was set in stone yet.” They said they were still thinking about the offer and going to make family decisions about it. Um, what? *Family* decisions?!?
