Near the end of the video below from Hollywood Life, published on August 20, 2012, Melissa gives relationship advice and talks about her marriage, explaining that she and Joe argued the first five years of their marriage, which just so happens to be the time period she allegedly had an extra-marital with her ex boyfriend, Byran Bowen, as well as a few others, according to a source.
“Marriage is a job and you need to constantly work at it… listen, the first five years I was married, we argued. It wasn’t easy.”

As usual, Melissa contradicts the statement with her most recent claim that she and Joe never fight, which was in the original article about the cover of her soon-to-be released advice book on marriage, published by Us Weekly on March 27, 2013. Here is her original statement:
“There’s always people who look at where you shine and want to bring you down. So I feel that Joe and I shine. But, it comes with the territory and it’s made Joe and I stronger. We love each other more than ever. We’ve never had a fight before. We’ve shown everyone how great it is and I think everyone can see that.”
The article has since been edited and the statement, “we’ve never had a fight before,” no longer is in the article. It was removed after Melissa received some flack about it on Twitter:

Be sure to watch the video above: Melissa gives her secrets on what makes her marriage work. The interviewer says to her, “I’ve seen you at events, and your husband can’t take his eyes off of you,” which could mean multiple things… one being that Joe won’t let her attend events without him and keeps her in his line of sight because he doesn’t trust her.
In the video, Melissa contradicts another claim she made early in season 3, where she bragged that her husband worked hard so she could afford a nanny… at the same time, she criticized Teresa for using her mother as her nanny. During season 3, episode 7, the cameras recorded the exchange between the Melissa and her sister about Teresa and her mother: apparently Melissa had to pay for her own nanny because Teresa was hogging Mrs. Gorga as her babysitter (Melissa implied that, unlike Joe Giudice, Joe Gorga works hard, which is why she could afford a nannyand Teresa couldn’t):
Lysa Simpson: Doesn’t she (Teresa) have a nanny?
Melissa: No, my mother-in-law’s her nanny (Lysa Simpson rolls her eyes).They can’t pay for a nanny right now; that wouldn’t be smart. My mother-in-law babysits for Teresa every single day. Whatever, I don’t care. That’s why I gotta nanny.My husband works hard and we can pay for it. Whatya gonna do?
However, in the video above, Melissa asserts:
“I don’t have nannies and I don’t have cooks. I do laundry at 2 o’clock in the morning.”
Everything changed in 2007 when Teresa was cast on RHONJ. For 11 months before filming began in 2008, Teresa mulled over the decision to join the cast or not (as explained by Andy Cohen on the June 17, 2012, episode of WWHL — she kept dropping in and out). About a month ago, on January 13, 2013, Melissa Gorga tweeted that she and Joe are coming out with a workout DVD:
“So excited to tell you @joegorga & I are coming out with a workout DVD! You can workout with us in your home! More details to come.”
Almost a month earlier, on December 19, 2012, Us Weekly announced that Melissa was writing an advice book on how to have a real and sexy marriage, furthering perpetuating the fake image she is trying desperately to protect.
Melissa will teach readers “practical strategies on how to strengthen their marriage, amp up the passion, and the secrets that make my marriage as sexy and hot as it is warm and loving.”
About a month after that, the twitter handle (@bulldog_nj) of Melissa’s ex boyfriend, Bryan Bowen, whose nickname is Bulldog and who she allegedly cheated with after marrying Joe Gorga, was revealed here at Fame-Whorgas.
Since then, Melissa’s camp, lead by QoM, has launched several Twitter attacks on Bryan, the latest on February 2, just after Melissa’s tweeted this (with the photo below):

Melissa is leaking information, whether it is true or not, about Bryan in an attempt to discredit and silence him. Bryan responded by tweeting:

“They can say whatever they want. I’m not the one who has a fake image to protect “
Melissa, unlike Bryan, does not own her past, and she continues to “live” the fantasy she and Bravo have created:
“I don’t have to look in her mirror or live with her. She has to do that all by herself. I know the TRUTH & so does she.”
“She can’t make me look bad cause I have made mistakes in life and I own up to them. I am not perfect, who is!?I can look myself in the mirror.”

Bryan needs to block QofM and its posse and ignore everything they say. If anyone tries to tell him what they are saying, he should do what he had been doing — tell them you don’t want to hear it and not to tag you. QofM loves instigating Twitter wars — it seems to feed on this. They are trying to drag Bryan down to their level by hitting below the belt… nothing would be more disappointing to them than for him to just walk away, without saying (tweeting) a word.
On January 13, 2013, Melissa Gorga tweeted that she and Joe are coming out with a workout DVD:

During season 3, a scene (screenshots above) was filmed of Joe and Melissa trying to work out. During the scene, Joe gropes her before they go for a jog. In her talking head interview describing the scene, Melissa said “I’ve never really worked out before in my life”:
“I’ve never really worked out before in my life and I’m all done having kids, and honestly, I just want to go for a nice jog!”
However, in her season 4 Bravo blog, The Teresa-Kim Set-Up, published on October 16, 2012, Melissa wrote, “I do work out three times a week”:
“I do work out three times a week, and no, I don’t do a lot of cardio.”
In the same Bravo blog, she stated she used portion control and chasing her kids as her cardio workout:
“I honestly never diet. I eat healthy and I always use portion control… I don’t do a lot of cardio. My children are my cardio. I run around with them all day up the stairs down the stairs — I am a human taxi. All I do is run around!”
Melissa became upset with Reality Tea for posting an article quoting a source who insists “Melissa hardly exercises and therefore it doesn’t even make sense that she would pursue this route.” Here are her tweets on January 14, 2013 about that article:
In other unrelated announcements, on January 9, 2013, Melissa tweeted that Joe had a fever and she was nursing him back to health:
“How is everyone?! @joegorga has a fever:.( I’m nursing him back to health..”
She wasn’t able to nurse him back to health, since on January 10, 2013, Joe tweeted about being in the hospital with the flu:
“I’m dying over here in the hospital this flu kicked my ass. Not a word or movement from Tarzan in 4 days #Pain.”
Melissa didn’t seem too concerned the next day, the morning of January 11, 2013 (she was probably elated that Tarzan was out of action and she was getting a break from running from his poison), when she tweeted a plug for a salon and how she just got the best blowout around:
“Just left @BogettaSB salon in Cedar grove.. Seriously the best blowout around.”
On the afternoon of January 11, 2013, Teresa tweeted sympathy for Joe:
“My poor brother with this horrible flu. Everyone, please, get your flu shot! “
Later, on January 13, 2013, Teresa Giudice tweeted about bringing her Dad home from the hospital, but there were no such tweets from Joe or Melissa about papa Gorga:
“Going to get my dad out of the hospital. Happy to be bringing him home on a Sunday!”
A week earlier, Teresa had been filming with her Bravo friends Kim D and Jennifer Dalton (both paid cast members for season 5). Jennifer tweeted photos (below) of them having lunch at Teresa’s house.

Melissa Gorga and her picture perfect family posed for their annual Christmas card recently, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a copy of her portrayal of seasonal cheer.
On the card, the reality star is seen smiling broadly with hubby Joe and their three children Antonia, Gino and Joey Gorga and a cheerful message is included inside: “May your holidays sparkle with the love of family, warmth of good friends, and the happiness and laughter of children. Wishing you all the little joys of the season.”
One of the lucky recipients of Gorga’s missive of Holiday cheer was Huffington Post correspondent Tom Murro, who shared it exclusively with Radar.
As we previously reported, Teresa Giudice’s sister-in-law is back hard at work filming season 5 of the hit Bravo reality show, but she makes no mention of her celebrity status on the card, instead writing “Thank you Jesus” on the back.

I think it was pretty clear that Melissa wanted to be on the show: Danielle outed her and Bravo never denied that she was in contact with them. Melissa’s mother, Donna Marco, tweeted the sarcastic remark directed at Teresa about the Gorga’s Christmas card that was part of the headline to the RadarOnline article: “Wonder If Teresa Giudice Will Receive One?”. Melissa Gorga is the latest Housewife to sign a deal to write a book, but don’t worry Teresa Giudice, the only recipe Melissa is cooking up in her upcoming release is the recipe to a good marriage. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star will be teaming up with St. Martin’s Press (the same publisher who released Andy Cohen’s Most Talkative) to bring us Love, Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage.
“I can’t tell you how many times Joe and I are approached by fans asking how they can have a marriage like ours,” Melissa tells Us Weekly of the idea for the book. ”A great marriage doesn’t just happen. It’s a job.” Also a job is keeping things hot with three kids around.
Melissa, who has been married for eight years, will teach readers “practical strategies on how to strengthen their marriage, amp up the passion, and the secrets that make my marriage as sexy and hot as it is warm and loving.”
Oddly enough, Melissa’s sister-in-law Teresa Giudice tried to break down their marriage during the last season of the show, telling co-stars that she had heard Joe was cheating on Melissa. At the time, however, there were actually rumors that her own husband (Joe Giudice) was cheating on her. Needless to say, one source claims Teresa is “gonna flip” over Melissa’s book deal.
In public, though Teresa is supportive of Melissa’s book deal, tweeting: “Congrats to my sis-in-law @melissagorga on her book deal! So happy for you! Kisses”.
Near the end of the video above, Melissa gives relationship advice and talks about her marriage: “The first five years with argued.”

Well our source tells us this is a complete joke, because Melissa’s marriage to Poison Gorga isn’t so happy at all!
“This is another fake, sick, and sad attempt to ‘out do’ her sister in law. Melissa and Joe have created this whole ‘perfect marriage’ image so they can cash in on it,” our source shares. “They are so desperate to earn a dollar they will do anything. Melissa and Joe love money. They are obsessed with it. “
Apparently the Gorgas are no better off than the Giudices are!
“Dig into their marriage a little. Ask those who really know them how their marriage. Melissa is opening up herself and her marriage to a LOT of skeletons,” the source advises. “They will for sure come FLYING out of the closet when this nonsense book comes out.”
And just a sample of how things are behind closed doors in the Gorga’s temporary mansion?
“I wonder if she will talk in her book about how her husband has always controlled how much she ate, even pregnant because he wouldn’t allow her to ‘get fat’ as he put it. When she was pregnant he would push food away from her and tell her that’s enough,” our source alleges! “I have also seen my fair share of fights between those two.”
There have been a TON of rumors surrounding Melissa’s marriage, but so far the Gorgas have maintained a happy facade. Who knows what the truth is, but knowing Bravo as we do if there is any truth to these rumors they will find a way to worm their way out.
Our source claims that besides money Melissa’s motivation for the book is a storyline – and also to try and outdo Teresa Giudice! The release date for Melissa’s book apparently coincides with the planned airing of RHONJ season 5 (Fall, 2013).
The Gorgas are lost in scripted reality and think they are the characters that Bravo has defined them to be: the young, sexy couple with the hot marriage and happy family.
Furthermore, the Gorgas are using the Christmas holiday to promote their ‘Thank You Jesus’ and ‘Wifey’ t-shirts, which they sell online. And Joe, in his normal pubescent way, tweeted some Christmas cheers (see photos below).
