RHONJ Season 4 Ending Was Rewritten Because Jacqueline Laurita Foiled Bravo’s Plan

The original plan for the finale was that they (the producers) were hoping for Danielle or Kim G to be there: they pretty much begged them to attend the fashion show. The dramatic end for the season was supposed to be Danielle confronting Melissa about getting in contact with her behind Teresa’s back, but Danielle refused to attend. So the next plan was to have Kim G make an appearance and attack Teresa about comments made in the media about her, but she refused as well. Then Jacqueline was asked by the producers to attack Teresa over comments she had made on Twitter about her daughter, but Jacqueline refused. All scenarios had Teresa as the sympathetic character.
People who were not part of the cast connected Angelo with the producers of the show. Angelo was invited by the producers because they needed a big drama to lead into the reunion, a hook [and Danielle, Kim G and Jacqueline had all refused to cooperate with the producers]. Melissa did not know she was going to be outed as a dancer, but she was made aware that someone from her past wanted to say hello and we were to film her reaction to that.
Angelo was kept away from the ladies on purpose so that Melissa wouldn’t see him until the right moment, but Angelo actually went and approached the table before his interaction with Melissa and was stopped by security at the table and turned away. Melissa saw him at this point. I don’t think she wanted to let on she knew in front of the cameras, but she texted her husband under the table to come to the fashion show and let him know what was going on, and she texted one of the producers who let her in on what was going to happen and who was coming over to say hello.
Shortly after that Angelo enters, says hello to Melissa, then says hello to Teresa: that was intentional (his hello to Teresa) to show the other ladies that he had met her before, but that backfires because she plays it off as a friendly hello and he then leaves the scene. It was at this point Teresa realized she was being set up to take the fall for bringing Angelo to the fashion show, so she confronted one of the producers. Melissa couldn’t deny recognizing Angelo was after he left the table because she suspected Teresa was involved in the storyline somehow, so she knew she couldn’t lie.”

Those of you that have been supporting Teresa and Juicy, take heart! I am going to break down why you should feel vindicated in your beliefs. Your level of perception is acute and is to be commended. This is NOT a judgement of those that have had a difficult time understanding those that have been stead-fast in their support of Teresa and Juicy.
You have been deceived on a grand scale. You are of the belief that others would not lie, deceive and destroy another person’s integrity, good name or, God forbid!, a family. It is beyond your understanding that anyone with a human heart could construct such a horrible scenario. You, as well, should be proud! It is the rule that most people cannot conceive of others doing what they themselves could never conceive of — let alone execute that plan on an international stage.
It is my belief that Bravo has, with the aid of production, constructed the finest tragedy since Shakespeare — the most intriguing “who dun it” since Hitchcock.
Why do I say this? Bravo and those that work for Bravo, are first and foremost businessmen with a flare for theater. They want to make money and, being artists, they want to expose truth. They do not leave much to chance. Though they may hold personal beliefs that at times can blind them to certain things, there are just some things you cannot turn a blind eye.
They are privy to so much more that is not aired. They are there interacting with these families on nearly a daily basis for months out of the year. They KNOW these people.
Far before the very first show aired, they saw the manipulations of those trying to claim their 15 minutes of fame. Whether it was cast members, family members of the cast, friends of the cast, make-up artists, hair stylists,wardrobe stylists, personal trainers, boutique owners — and any one else within the state of New Jersey hungering for fame — if they cannot get fame, they will settle for infamy. Fame/infamy are indistinguishable in a mentally unstable mind.
Bravo is hyper aware of what the seduction of fame and fortune will/has made a person do/expose.
I am SURE they saw Teresa’s star-power potential, even if she was not aware of it herself — she lived in her brother’s shadow for so long that I truly believe she was not aware of the dynamic person she held within, but those around her could easily see it and the audience certainly did.
By Andy’s own admission, it took Teresa 10 months of debating whether to sign onto the show. Is this the thought process of a Diva? Do we think ANY of these other women had the same hesitations? No, which has been proven as well. Even with all the skeletons rattling around in their closets? Still no.
That is where personality disorders play a huge part of this whole scenario. They think they can outsmart/out fight/outlast everyone. They have been able to do this a good part of their lives because, when confronted with these type of people, the mentally strong will eventually remove themselves from that person’s life and be done. Those that are not as emotionally strong will cling to the narcissist and become one of their strongest supports, hoping to gain an identity for themselves through them — the hangers on, so to speak, the entourage.
You may ask why more of these people are not exposed by those that have been affected by their machinations. Their victims keep quiet because they know what this type of person is capable of doing. They also know that the narcissist is the master of manipulation, deflection and projection. The narcissist has been fine tuning their skills from a young age — they are a force to be reckoned with! Their victims realize their lives will be ruined before the truth would be exposed, if ever. They know this because they themselves were seduced by the narcissist in their never ending quest of dominance, and there were probably a few victims that were laid to waste in the narcissist’s past — and the current victim knows what could and/or will be in store for them. They know there is no indifference in the narcissist’s life — love or hate is all the they know. Once the love is gone, they WILL destroy you, especially if you try to to expose them and their ways.

Bravo had a highly popular break out star in Teresa. They also saw that the personal life of that star had suffered set-backs, BIG ones, and those set-backs were being dissected at a time when the economy was tanking and the general public could not understand what really were the reasons for the global meltdown. The country was divided into three categories:
1. Those who were proudly saying “I pay my bills”;
2. Those that had manipulated the system and had received a get out of jail free card; and
3. Those, without malice or forethought, who had been affected with a financial meltdown of their own — they simply were not savvy in business or personal finances.
Teresa and Juicy fell into the third category, but were perceived by some (with mountains of misinformation, innuendo and some outright lies) to fall into the second category.
Still with me? Okay, good!
Bravo saw all of this but knew that Teresa and Juicy were good people. They knew they still had a huge audience of those that wanted to see them pull out of the mess, and were willing to support Teresa and Juicy and their girls by buying Teresa’s products and watching RHONJ. They also new that there was another faction of viewers that viewed Teresa and Juicy from the other perspective — the more insidious perspective.
Does Bravo take a chance by portraying Teresa and Juicy’s predicament in a true light, knowing that fully supporting Teresa and Juicy means they risk losing one of those factions and a good chunk of viewers? Nope, gotta make the money…hmmmmmmm — what do we do? Bring on a nemesis who will pretty much guarantee that Teresa and Juicy will look good in comparison — a nemesis that will be able to feed the faction of Teresa and Juicy haters but also will eventually expose themselves.
Bravo knew, with the help of all us here and on other blogs, WE, the viewers, would be doing our due diligence and WE would expose them for the truly horrible people that they are: the phony, soul-less lowlifes they had already proven themselves to be — in their quest to be on the show — to Bravo.
They also saw Teresa and Juicy on the path to correcting their mistakes, and that they had stumbled on that path — again, not out of malice but out of panic and lack of knowledge — all adding to the intriguing question of whether or not Teresa and Juicy are the good guys.
Bravo thought this would all play out in one season, but when it did not, they continued to let the cameras roll into the next season.
The only problem that Bravo had was relying on real people to execute a story-line exactly how they wanted it to unfold. Actors don’t normally stray from the script — if they do, you just shoot another take. But this is not so with “reality” TV — if someone has a mental meltdown on an island there is only so much you can do to salvage things.
There are rumors afloat that there was a producer [Cat Rodriguez] that got involved personally with the cast and, therefore, gave the Gorgas/Wakiles/Manzos the “good” edit.
I think Jacqueline went off script from the aid of the lone producer, Cat Rodriguez, and Melissa followed. With Lauren showing Caroline a text, and with what looks like Lauren mouthing the words “*something* is going to throw Teresa off the roof,” I believe that Caroline was nervous because the other producers were freaking out and expected her to reign her sister-in-law in, but she didn’t want to. And you also have Caroline’s and Lauren’s conversation about “poor Melissa, always trying to do the right thing” blah, blah blah, which was some of the worst acting I have ever seen in my life.
Now it finally makes sense COMPLETELY…everyone was in on it except Teresa and the crew. With everyone going off script in the finale, Bravo had to edit the season the way they did. The persons who flipped the script were Jacqueline and Melissa.
In order to understand this season, we need to revisit the Gorga’s Christmas party in season 3. We all remember what happened to Kim G, correct? She was thrown out, her and the rat attorney [Monica Chacon] she brought with her. And no one likes a rat, or Kim G, for that matter… Kim G was a sacrificial lamb. Gladly sacrificed by the cast and the producers. She must have been a huge pain to the producers, trying to wriggle her way on to the show constantly. The producers had enough on their plates with the Gorga/Manzo/Laurita/Wakile clown posse, so they needed to ensure they would embarrass Kim G enough so that she will never darken their door again.
The producers had in mind, later in the season finale at the Posche Fashion Show (PFS), how they were going to utilize the “action” of Monica Chacon being thrown out of the Christmas party; however, the cast was not aware that this was the producers’ end game. Back in season 3, Kim G brought the attorney turned rat, Monica Chacon, with her to the party (that is what the producers told her to do – see “related” story at the end of this article). Even though Monica was asked to leave for EVERYONE’S benefit, I don’t think Teresa’s feelings were foremost in anyone’s minds — the producers, possibly, but no one else. I believe Melissa was told by the producers that if she asked Monica Chacon to leave her Christmas party, they would make nice for Melissa somewhere else. And Kim G, who came bearing a BIG gift wrapped as the rat attorney [of Juicy's former business partner], was shocked and dismayed when she was later thrown out — she thought she would be welcomed (she knows that Melissa hates Teresa) for bringing someone who Teresa just had a confrontation with at the court house (regarding their bankruptcy), but was thrown out instead because of Caroline Manzo’s dislike for her.
That brings us to the Posche Fashion Show.
It is my belief that Teresa was the only one NOT in on what was going down that night. Everyone was far too rehearsed. Kathy’s role was to keep quiet and act dumb (not much of a stretch) and to engage Teresa so that she would be occupied and not able to see Angelo approaching the table since she could possibly run interference and ruin it from going down as planned. Caroline’s and Lauren’s jobs were to stir the pot with the “texting” [“No mom, don’t show her”]. Oh, and I bet the producers had Pete Guidice take Teresa away from the table to have a shot so that Teresa wouldn’t see the texting going on between the others — Teresa seemed like a thoroughbred bucking to get out of the gate and back to that table so that she could keep tabs on what was going down. At this point, Teresa KNEW she was being set-up but was not completely sure what was about to happen or how it was going to happen.
Jacqueline was given NO role because, by now, the producers were aware of what a loose cannon she is and can’t count on her for anything.
What they did not foresee was that Jacqueline, in her fevered, delusional mind, was creating her own scenario in her head.
I believe the producers planned to expose Kim D, not Teresa, as the one responsible for the setup, and Teresa was supposed to be shown as having Melissa’s back. But it went tragically wrong when Jacqueline, and her twisted way of processing information, told Melissa she WITNESSED Teresa talking to Angelo and discussing setting Melissa up. Melissa even gave Jacqueline the chance to peddle back what she was saying, but Jacqueline was steadfast in her delusion.
It is right then and there that Melissa decided to go for broke and flip the story that it WAS Teresa. Her greedy narcissistic mind figures, hmmmmm, I can really go for the kill, and by the time this airs, I will be a super star and people will buy the story that Teresa set me up, that Teresa was the jealous one — I’ll have the show ALL TO MYSELF!!!!!
Look at the panic in Caroline’s eyes: she keeps looking off to the side and seems to be silently responding to someone saying, perhaps, “Get a handle on your SIL and the situation.” Caroline couldn’t reverse the train-wreck that Jacqueline put in motion, and Melissa wasn’t going to let go of what she thought she had to gain from taking Teresa out of the picture for being the coldest heart in the universe — who, at a time when all seemed well, would do something so sinister?
Before Jacqueline flipped the script with her delusions, Joe Gorga was probably reminded by producers to say to Teresa, “I threw an older woman, a lawyer, out of my house for you” — he is throwing out dialogue from the old script while Melissa is feeding him dialogue from her new script, telling him, “Say ‘shame on you’ to your sister, say ‘shaaaaame’, just do it!”
Bravo was left with an ending that was NOT what they wanted. They did not want to be the blame for the disintegration of a family. They wanted Teresa to come out smelling like roses for coming to the aid of her beloved SIL at the PFS, but her SIL flipped the script with Jacqueline’s help.
Teresa to Jacqueline: “Did you just tell her that I sold her out?”
Jacqueline: “I had a friend texting me the whole conversation that that guy said that he was going to embarrass her, and he was purposely setting her up.”
Teresa: “What guy?”
Jacqueline on Angelo: “The guy that said that about her.”
Teresa: “Okay, I never met this guy in my entire life.”
Jacqueline: “He said he did and you saw him in the salon today or something?”
Teresa: “Yeah, that’s the first time I ever saw the guy! So why did you go tell my sister-in-law I set her up when I had nothing to do with it whatsoever? Like, you’re trying to help, but you just caused problems.”
Jacqueline: “I said she’d been set up… I tried to help? All I know is I’ve been helping you the whole time and my friend text me and told me…”
Teresa: “What friend?”
Jacqueline: “I’m not gonna sell her out. But they had this whole conversation of the guy saying, ‘I’m going to embarrass her tonight,’ and you were there.”
Teresa: “No. Swear to God on my kids he never said he was going to embarrass her. Ever, ever, ever. So obviously there’s somebody trying to set me up and maybe you’re involved!”
Jacqueline in Her Talking Head Interview: “Why the f**k would I set up your sister-in-law, who I happen to like? Who has the motives here? You. You don’t like your sister-in-law. Now I know we’re not friends because how dare you try to turn that around on me? How dare you? You’re disgusting. You’re scum. I am completely done.”
Now, on to crisis control.
Anderson Cooper, Kelly Ripa and her hubby, Mark Consuelos, are all dear friends of Andy. I think their trip to Croatia was a strategy meeting. On the WWHL show after the season finale, Ripa showed empathy for Teresa (she was always her favorite) while her husband said, quite tellingly, he was “Team Gorga” throwing in “even if they’re wrong”.
Anderson had Jacqueline on his show because Bravo is on to her charade: they are around that little boy and realize he is not what Jacqueline wants us to think. I think Ashlee was shipped off because she would not be able to hold back from exposing her mother, who had been using her as her soldier while simultaneously going out of her way to make Ashlee look terrible — exposing her mother would be the ultimate FU to her mother; her vindication for being the subject of such hate that her OWN MOTHER orchestrated. Jacqueline, as she is want to do, proved what an idiot she is, and all Anderson had to do was sit back and let ‘er rip! He is not a stupid man. He saw that Jacqueline acted like a 12-year-old, but could not call out the mother of an “autistic son” — being that his audience would have been offended by it if he had.
Anderson Cooper, Wendy Williams and even Perez Hilton are part of the Bravo machine. If you you listen to them, they do expose their true feelings. Perez has come over from the dark side, realizing he was so angry, not with others, but with himself, and now wants to redeem all the nastiness he has put out into the world. People would have questioned why he was on WWHL, so Andy Cohen pulled out the Sarah Jessica Parker apology.
Perez Hilton (as well as Wendy Williams) lost his weight with hard work and determination, which Lauren and her other family members should have done since they have the means to eat well, exercise — and, if they loved each other in a healthy way, would have been each others cheerleaders. Perez Hilton and Wendy Williams do not think this is something that should be portrayed as the way to a healthy life, and should never be performed on those not morbidly obese.
And Wendy Williams and Perez Hilton do see Teresa as the good person she is — Teresa was smiling through all the arrows Wendy threw at her (there weren’t many, and those she did fling were to keep the WHOLE audience intrigued — Wendy realizes she has the same mix of audience). People that are wont to dislike Teresa could interpret Teresa smiling through the insult as her being dimwitted, which she is not — she just lacks formal education, but she could teach all of us quite a few lessons. My interpretation was Teresa knew Wendy had to throw a few digs in — she is a good employee, right Andy Cohen?
If you watched WWHL after the PFS finale, you can tell, I believe, that it is the first time they used canned laughter. Listen to what Wendy Williams is saying: there are MOUNTAINS of subtext going on. Wendy does love Teresa — that humongous cannoli cake was a not a gesture that you make to someone you do not love.
Anderson, Kelly Ripa, Mark Conseulos, Wendy Williams and Perez Hilton all helped Teresa get out there, expose herself as the rational one, all the while keeping in mind they have to placate the Gorga fans.
Bravo will recast RHONJ with others willing to expose themselves, and the Gorgas will fall and it will be the last season of RHONJ. Teresa will have her own show separate from RHONJ. Or — and I believe this is the more likely case — Bravo will not give RHONJ another season and will replace it with Teresa being cast on her own show, where she will be able to showcase to the world what an awesome person, mother, wife, cook and yes, friend, she truly is.
Fame-Whorgas’ Note: According to a former RHONJ post production supervisor, Teresa, Caroline and Melissa were made offers for season 5, and only Caroline declined; plus Bravo is considering a spinoff show for the Giudices. I believe season 5 will be all about Melissa’s secrets and Teresa will have at least two allies among the new cast members. I believe season 5 may be Teresa’s last season if she is offered a spinoff. I personally wish she would go to another network like TLC; if she stays on Bravo, she needs to negotiate a contract where she has producer privileges, or she needs to do a better job of sucking up to Bravo producers so they won’t give her a bad edit.

To this tweet, is “your friend the producer who got fired, cat rodriguez?”, Jacqueline responded: “There was no Cat or ANY producer that got fired from our show” — Jacqueline did not clearly deny that it was Cat who was the “friend” texting her at the PFS; she just made the vague statement that “there was no Cat that got fired from the show”.

The stars on both sides of the camp signed up for notoriety and are being well compensated. Your problem is on your side you get people involved that shouldn’t be like young daughters (Ashlee), mother’s (Mrs. Grippe), sisters (we all know the shore trash), make-up artist, even Lauren who is on the show should show a little class and restraint, I have to say this about Caroline like Teresa, she never really got involved in twitter drama.
The show is over hopefully it will not return in its current state. Real housewives of New Jersey have caused innocent fans emotional distress. Bravo TV I hope you are reading, which I know you are. The Real Housewives of New Jersey is dark and dangerous. Recast, re-script or cancel before someone gets hurt.

this was the most horrible ending, never going to watch bravo again, i even turned andy off,when i heard melissa was guest star. hope teresa doesn’t renue her contract with bravo, gets new show,then jersey housewives are biggest losers .andy never showed poison joe calling his daughter a cock blocker or richies fish remark, but he could show joe saying the c word. he’s such a phoney and should be fired.andy only told jacko to cool it once, he should have told her to stop ranting at start of show.

Very Good Read! I feel ac is setting up Meho for a fall. Everytime out of blue she will ask her something. Did you go to Danielles House? How did you get on the show. knowing the answers and knowing she will lie. These last 2 seasons will be worth it if we get to see the rise and fall of The marcos.

I don’t get at the top where Jac refused to fall in line with producers and fight about texts Teresa made about Jac’s daughter – I may be out of the loop but I don’t recall Teresa saying or twitting (?) anything about Ashely??

Maybe the producer was referring to the comment Teresa made in her talking head interview in season 3 (and not something on Twitter) — she said she felt sorry for Ashlee. It is a vague sentence: “Then Jacqueline was asked by the producers to attack Teresa over comments she had made on Twitter about her daughter.”
I remember that comment Tre made about feeling sorry for Ashlee-you could be right Fame. TY
The producer said that all three scenarios proposed for the season finale — the ones featuring Danielle, Kim G or Jacqueline — had Teresa as a sympathetic character, so it makes me think that Jacqueline refused because she knew she would be presented in a bad light.

I believe that at some point on twitter, Teresa had included Ashley’s name in some of her tweets that could have been construed as negative (but really, Teresa was just supporting Jacqueline by expressing the same sentiments about Ashley that Jac expressed frequently on the show). I would assume that Jac didn’t want to attack Teresa over them because she knew that the tweets weren’t meant as negative in the first place and that she herself had been badmouthing Ashely all season, so she would look stupid if she did. Thus, why that plot line would also cause Teresa to be the “sympathetic” character and come out ahead.

Melissa only cares about herself. She is the type of person who walks over people to get ahead and if a friend falls down she will step over them. Teresa is the type of person who when a friend falls she will pick them up and if she can’t will lay down beside them.

Thank you for the gracious and generous comments. I’m just on the same search as everyone else is on all the blogs; the search for the truth. There is such a twisted rational that has become so prominent in today’s society that it is scaring me. You can see it reflected everywhere from RHONJ to politics. We are being lied to constantly; flash and trash are held up as something to emulate, *style* over substance (not MY style but,…) success through hard work is mocked and clawing your way to the top over the bodies of good people is applauded. Celebrity over substance.
It makes me sad but then my heart is warmed to see that there are others out there that feel as I do and then my heart soars again with a renewed hope, so THANK YOU ALL!!! And, thank you, Fame, for giving us this outlet!

It was funny how when they brought out Kim G. to explain the set up, when they replayed the clip, they never showed Teresa say that she didn’t want to hear anything about her family or walking away from the conversation between Kim D. and Angelo in the salon. Watching WWHL now with Melissa on and she is still trying to spin that Teresa knew she was going to be set up. How dumb does Bravo think we are.

I stopped and hit Rewind and the caller said she was Phylis from NJ. I didn’t see the tv when I first came into the room but knew the voice to be Jac’s. What a joke they are – talk about set up..

Yes, I checked Twitter out, and saw that Dina put Bullshit, Bullshit, Bullshit, then she also had a tweet about not feeling love from them, and if she did, she would not stay away. Dina then adds, that Teresa had nothing to do with the way their relationship is, BTW. Appears that Dina got very upset at the comments by Caroline and Chris. There is definitely something very big there, but Dina reiterated that she would not get into the reasons.
I have to say I loved Joe Giudice, although crude, he shut many of them down very quickly by his comments. For as nasty as Jacqueline was, Chris was quiet, and I think that was because these friends have shared stories and information with one another, and probably thought it best, to not open so many cans of worms. He told Jacqueline to worry about her own financial issues, he asked Melissa how her and Joe Gorga really met, he told off Rich and Kathy Wakile, he told Caroline that she was a know it all and always angry and hateful, and he told Joe Gorga that he should pay his bills. I noticed that they all backed down somewhat once he said things or asked questions. They were all laughing when he told Joe Gorga to pay his bills, until Joe Giudice said that he had to borrow money every week to pay his bills, and then Joe Gorga shut up and looked embarrassed.
Jacqueline was her annoying self, throwing out low blows all the time, and calling Joe Giudice, “a low life piece of shit”, and said “I hope you go to jail”. Wow, talk about evil by wishing ill will on someone that was once a friend. Jacqueline is a loose cannon, and really is a piece of work. At the end of the reunion, when Caroline said she was sure they would all look back at not be proud of their behavior, Jacqueline said, “totally out of control, but I meant it”. Talk about being low life and having no class, that comment said it all.
What about when Jacqueline got involved saying that Teresa talked about Joe & Melissa Gorga to their parents, and Teresa got upset and told her to stay out of it. I was happy and commend Andy Cohen (Chris did too, but I think he did it because of Andy) for telling Jacqueline to stay out of it. I agree with Adios that Bravo did not intend to break a family apart, as Andy was trying to get Joe Gorga and Teresa to admit their love for another and the possibility to fix things. Obviously, Melissa with her little speech of “have the relationship with your brother, but I’ll never look at you again, and my kids, too”, will never let the two of them have a relationship. I also believe that Jacqueline knew, let Melissa in on everything, and the two of them conspired to turn the setup to make Teresa look bad, and as if she was in on it. I loved it, when Caroline tried to get Kim D. to say that although they knew something, that Jacqueline did not know what was going to go down; and Kim D. didn’t budge, and admitted than she talks to Jacqueline everyday for an hour and a half, and would not say that Jacqueline didn’t know, and told Caroline that she didn’t know who she talked to and what was said. I took that to be an admission that she had told Jacqueline everything, and yet Jacqueline didn’t stop it, and said that Teresa should have stopped it. The whole situation was contrived and calculated, as Teresa said with regard to Jacqueline and Melissa. I think both AdiosLunatic and Fame, and those of us who found this website and commented, have seen just who is to blame and why. Joe Gorga apologizes to Kim D., when she admits she wanted to stick it to Melissa, but continues to blame his sister. I believe that Kim D. does have a lot of “dirt” on them, and Joe Gorga wanted to apologize in order to stop her from saying more. I feel that Andy Cohen did genuinely seem to have some remorse for the disintegration of the family relationship between brother and sister. I hope that if he does, and it was not the intent of him or the network to set up this outcome, that Melissa Gorga, and Joe, for going along with her, will get their comeuppance.
Before this blog was written, I was beginning to question the diagnosis of Nicholas, or at the very least, the severity of it, and that is why Jacqueline took down any videos that she had posted previously of Nicholas. I also believe that Ashley would have been an issue in any of Jacqueline’s antics, because of the strain between the two, and therefore, she had to go. Caroline was a bitch all season and for more than a year since the filming, and she backpedaled at the reunion. She toned down her “prediction” of if Joe Giudice went “somewhere”, that Teresa would leave him, and say she tried, and then write a book. Her smug “you heard it here first”, became about Teresa discussing it in a magazine, but not about Teresa or the state of her marriage, and Teresa’s character of what she would do, if that happened. Caroline was smug again on WWHL, when asked about her “prediction”, but when Joe was sitting there, and the tide turning on her and she has a book deal, she had the audacity to say that it was not about their marriage, and she would NEVER, NEVER say that with regard to the state of their marriage. Joe Giudice, figuratively, wiped the smug smile off of her face (she may have been worried about the skeletons in their closets coming out). It certainly did not go unnoticed by this viewer, when Teresa said that Caroline told her that Jacqueline was a stripper, that Caroline did not deny it, but only tried to make a joke of it by deflecting and asking who else was. Jacqueline and Chris also did not get all worked up, and scream a denial.
I happen to believe that this blog is spot on (great job by both of you), and most of the players toned down all the rhetoric, accusations and hatred that they have been spewing at Teresa and Joe, behind their backs. As Joe Giudice told Joe Gorga, that when he heard someone call his sister names in front of him and didn’t defend her, that he was a loser. Joe Gorga agreed, and had the nerve to say no one ever did that. We all know that is exactly was has been happening for two seasons now, and Joe Gorga never defended his sister. Rich, of all people denied calling Teresa names or insulting her, until Andy Cohen said that he most certainly did do that, and then Rich said if Teresa attacked his wife, then he attacked back for his wife. Old school tradition, right? If a female calls another female a name, then the husband should call the female nasty names–old school and respectful? That isn’t even a “real man”, that does something like that, and before anyone thinks that might be a cultural thing in Lebanon; it absolutely is not. My husband is Lebanese, and old school, and he would have nothing nice to say about a man that got in the middle of an argument between two females and bad mouthed a woman. Wimp and behaving like an old gossipy woman, would be the nicest things he would have to say about someone doing that. Joe, also said things to Rich about having a gas station, and he was partially right in some of what he said (not all) to Rich about that. Rich, probably cannot have an Exxon/Mobil franchise gas station in his name any longer, if he in fact bounced four checks to them for payment of fuel. A major branded gas station would make things very hard for you, if you bounced one check to them for fuel, let alone four. My husband also has a major branded gas station, and that is the worst thing you can do is bouncing a check to the company. It is not easy to fix with the company (at the very least, they put you on COD), and Exxon/Mobil is very stringent with their dealers. I highly doubt that if Rich is still claiming to own a franchise, then he would probably have to have the lease in someone else’s name, because if they sued him, the company would not continue to lease to him. Therefore, I think this is the reason that Rich Wakile spends so much time at home, and not because he has done so well in that business, that he can afford to take it easy and stay home now.
I don’t agree with everything Teresa and Joe Giudice have done with regard to their own life decisions, however, I think we would all agree that he was not acting, didn’t care how he came across, and that he and Teresa were doing what they were paid to do, and that is be on a reality show. I don’t know what Bravo will do with regard to a Season 5 of RHONJ, but I hope they will do damage control to reputation of the Giudices and vindicate Teresa, that they will make cast changes and fire, first and foremost, Jacqueline Laurita and family. If Bravo did not see before, they certainly should have seen just how nasty and unpredictable Jacqueline is, at the reunion. She truly is a very nasty, vindictive and classless woman. When she said that when she gets hurt, she gets nasty, she wasn’t lying. I don’t believe she got hurt, I just think she was filled with envy, and she turned vicious. No doubt, I want the Manzos, Gorgas and the Wakiles gone, so it will be interesting to see what happens, but at this point, it is just so disgusting to watch all the lies and manipulations that I don’t know that I could watch any longer, other than the Giudices. I wish Teresa and her family well, continued success with any and all of her business ventures, and I hope they get all their issues resolved without any severe consequences. Teresa has been put through enough, more than she signed on for, and I pray good luck and karma is coming her way. I also have to say, as Teresa said, I hope that karma does come back to all of these women, and they get paid back for the lies and the hurt that they caused this woman and her children and parents. I hope that the other cast members 15 minutes is finally up, but if it isn’t, I know I will waste no more of my time on them. Can’t and won’t condone any more of the lack of class, the animosity, the scheming, the lying and the manipulation of these people or this network. It has been so dark, sad, exhausting and toxic to watch.

Off the charts hinky meter!

I’m a lurker but I just had to comment on this. My son was born with a condition that is usually fatal (but thank God he is now 11 and doing well) and my husband and I had just started our own business 2 and 1/2 years prior. My husband worked a full time second job for the insurance. I had to take my son for some sort of weird nuclear radiology test the doctor’s wanted done and the nurse at Children’s Hospital told me I had to sign something because insurance wouldn’t cover it. It was $4800.00 for the test and we didn’t have a pot to pee in so I called my husband. He asked how much it would be, I told him, he sighed and then LIKE A MAN told me to get the test done. He was 24 years old. Turns out insurance did have to cover it but LIKE ADULTS we still paid Children’s Hospital when the bill came and eventually got the money back from insurance. I had to cut my hair off because we couldn’t afford to buy CONDITIONER. FUCK these people who don’t get a test done for a sick child but can afford BEAUTY TREATMENTS. Who’s the real scum?

Your point is exactly the point many of us have been making as it makes no sense what the Lauritas say they did re: Nicholas. No sense at all.
Your actions were exactly that of responsible parents. When there is a clear right or wrong you always, always do the right thing and that is why your husband agreed to the test regardless of cost. From the way you describe him, I’m guessing that he would take a third job if necessary to take care of his family. You have a good man there.

Remember all Season1 Jac was kissing Danielle’s ass… Who knows what she told Danielle or what she instigated. All for the sake of staying relevant in the show… Chris probably sided with his wife, Caroline wanted to continue to be in the show… Who knows but obviously it has to do with the show, otherwise why would it be just those two siblings that she doesn’t talk to anymore?
Just curious, if anyone happens to know, who employs ashlee? Someone/ company/ relation of bravo or its affiliates? Cuz on the show it didn’t show any skills/ education that would make her marketable, let alone in CA. Wondering how she landed a job that pays well enough to support herself completely. Did I miss something?
I think for a while she was getting paid to write a “celebrity” blog for BuzzFeed? But I also read that she only lasted a few months in LA before she ran out of money and went to go live with her grandparents.

Joey shows her an abandon warehouse he just bought and she confesses that Joey spending is impulsive.
You are so right. She will never stand behind him if he isn’t bringing in the $$. I think Theresas comment, made privately, about her leaving him for someone else was actually accurate and I don’t think it will be long before we see it played out. Of course, mellissa will make up some other reason…..one that will cast her as a poor, sympathetic victim…..

The thing that makes it most believable to me is that you KNOW the Wakiles and Marcos have been clamoring (in their white trash way) to curry favor with the guys holding the cameras at any event of Teresa’s they attended. They weren’t just found-they were probably stuck like velcro to anyone that could get their face on tv. So sad for Teresa to know how low her brother is.

Great blog, adioslunatic! Very interesting thoughts you bring up and a lot of points that I had never considered before. I’ve spent the past two seasons being furious with Bravo and the Gorga/Manzo/Laurita/Wakile clans for the Teresa massacre but never considered that it was because Bravo saw all along that Teresa was a star and that Bravo was just giving the rest of them the rope to hang themselves with. If in season 5 we start to see the truth coming out, then this really would have been the rise and fall of the Gorgas/Manzos. Wouldn’t that be something if we’ve all been duped?

Why of all people did they chose Melissa to go on WWHL on the night of airing the last part of the reunion? It appears to me that they are shoving her down our throats. Why not Teresa? Why not Kim? I just feel like all they ever do is shove this woman down our throats, and in our face. I don’t think Bravo is done with Teresa yet. They could have made good by allowing the whole truth to come out. But they didn’t. It made me furious to see Melissa gloating all night. ITA – wondering if the ratings will reflect the hundreds of tweets I read to boycott WWHL? Melissa is so fake and learning that Joe Go stripped says so much! Guarantee Teresa’s parents did not condone their son being a stripper, dating one and eventually marrying one. Ask yourself (as I have done) do you want your son married to a woman who worked at getting men off for money on a regular basis? Is she the type of daughter in law you want to spend holidays with? Yes – Lord knows I want my baby happy but that man Joe Go looks like he is faking his life!
I was also disappointed, but not surprised that Andy’s guest was Melissa last night. One good thing came of it though. When I heard Melissa say that Joe, her, and their kids have dinner EVERY week with her in-laws, it proved what a lying jerk Joe Gorga is. His crying and screaming how Teresa took his parents away from him and his children don’t have grandparents! Well, what is it Meho and Joe Blow? Can’t have it both ways! And Caroline tweets last night, “That poor man.” Really, you mean the lying sack that cries on cue just like his wife and pretends to be a victim? Then 30 minutes later on WWHL Melissa is claiming all is good with the in-laws. The Whorgas really need to keep their stories (lies) straight!
Don’t you think Caroline’s blog is a bit heavy on the positive? Everyone else is being slaughtered.
Trying to change our peception of her but she herself did herself in by just being herself-the horrible person she really is and who lives in her body.
Caroline is now trying to revamp her tarnished image because she wants to sell that book! Dina’s tweets last night said it all to me, BS, BS, BS, and she speaks to 9 of 11 siblings, and that if she felt any love from them, that she (Dina) wouldn’t stay away. Also, she once again, reiterated that it had nothing to do with Teresa. If a sister says that and foregoes a relationship with a brother and a sister that she used to be very close with–speaks volumes.
Caroline staying quiet when the men came out had nothing to do with respect or anything else, but fear of Joe Giudice revealing what he knows, and not caring to answer back, if she opened her mouth. Caroline was uncomfortable when Andy asked her about her prediction, and Joe was sitting there. It became a “hypothetical” situation, instead of her insisting what Teresa was going to do because she has no loyalty to her husband, only money. Before, it was a “prediction”, that we all heard from her first, and last night it was a hypothetical situation. She didn’t want her closet opened up by Joe, for all the skeletons to come falling out.
I am not a Caroline fan by any means, however I was impressed that she actually shut up last night when the men came out… Jac on the other hand just couldn’t keep her little grubby paws out of the bowl.
I think Joe Giudice shut her up for good!
She has been told that she will never sell a book about lidfe advice unless she changes public perception of her.
Caroline is backpeddaling so fast she’s gonna go backwards over a waterfall. The realization of her self induced unpopularity came too late. Perhaps during that embarrassing episode when NO ONE called in to her advice show and when someone finally did, it was to ask about Dina, was Caroline’s AHA moment. Oh Oh The jig is up and I’ve lost. No one could ever figure out ole prune face’s complaint about the cookbook comment anyway. Always thought her support of idiot son’s strip car wash plan was beyond despicable. As the mother of one son and four daughters, I was especially offended. Actually think Caroline should have been a man. She seems to prefer their company over her own sex and displays mysoginistic tendencies. It’s all hypothetical now, but you heard it here first, you’ll be seeing that book at the bottom of the bargain bin or else it;ll be sold to use with matches to light the barbecue.

Ugh, just finished watching part 3 of the reunion (I missed it last night) and I’m so disgusted. Melissa harping on how she was going to take the kids away, and that Teresa was “never going to see the kids again” was a new low for her. She’s been waiting for this moment for the past two seasons, a moment where she could finally find something to pin on Teresa that would justify all the horrible, ugly things she wanted to say and do to her for so long. She says she’s never gotten in the way of Teresa’s relationship with her brother in the same breath as she says that she’s completely done and “won’t look at her again,” as if they could ever have a quality relationship with the dynamic the way it is (i.e. Melissa hating Teresa and always in Joe’s ear about it). She is a joke.
When she said that Teresa “gave quotes from each of the girls” in one of the In Touch stories I had to press pause and take a break, I was so angry and fed up. It is so unbelievable how they keep trying to push this idea onto viewers of how these magazine articles work even though they know it’s not true. Teresa didn’t have to “give” the quotes to anyone, because they were pulled straight from the show by whoever wrote/edited the article!
What really happens:
1. In Touch wants to do an article with Teresa on the cover so they ask her if she would like to get paid to answer some questions and have photos taken of her.
2. Teresa poses for professional photos that she gets to keep while they ask her questions that she answers only if she wants to.
3. In Touch tries to find the question(s)/answer(s) that could be stretched, spun, and contorted into the most controversial story.
4. Writers/editors at In Touch write the article around one or two ambiguous quotes from Teresa padded with filler material pulled straight from the show.
What Jac/Melissa/Caro are trying to make the viewers believe:
1. Teresa thinks up a topic for an story about herself that she wants to “put out” via In Touch.
2. In Touch hands the reigns to her and she writes the entire article herself. Therefore, anything remotely negative regarding her cast mates that is said in the article, whether in quotes or not, was said/written/published by Teresa and she is the one accountable for it.
3. Teresa chooses the layout for the article, including all the photos that are depicted along with it. She makes sure to choose the ugliest possible photos and stills of the other women so that she looks better in comparison.
4. Teresa writes the headline that is to go on the cover of In Touch accompanying her article, purposely choosing something that will make her look like the victim and evoke sympathy from readers.
It’s just so ridiculous. You’d think it would be common sense to most people that when someone is featured in a magazine, that person does not write that article! They do not get to choose what the article says, who else is written about and in what light anyone is portrayed! And when it comes to tabloids, you don’t even have to be aware of or consent to the article in the first place, they will write it regardless. Even if Teresa was inclined to “put out” a set of tabloid articles portraying herself as sympathetic and the other housewives as villains, no tabloid would ever give her that kind of control– they write what they want to write about, and you can either make lemons out of lemonade and get paid to go along with it, or watch them do it anyway while you sit by and get nothing. And now these women are on the covers of tabloids left and right, posing for the photos AND saying horrible things about Teresa– not some iffy quotes pulled from an old episode of RHONJ in order to pad the article, but indisputably horrible accusations said directly to the tabloids for the purpose of damaging Teresa’s reputation. After they piled onto her for cooperating for articles in which she never said a negative word about any of her cast mates!
It’s just sickening to watch them take everything Teresa does and try to twist it into something they can hold against her. It was heartbreaking to watch her cry while her own brother tried to make her feel guilty for further “ruining” their relationship by not owning up to something SHE DIDN’T DO IN THE FIRST PLACE. Maybe I’ll feel differently by this time next year after I’ve had several months to cool off, but right now I would not watch season five unless they cut the bitter old lady who believes she has the right to tell everyone what their problems are when she should be worrying about the issues in her own life, the shrill delusional bitch with the maturity level of a junior high girl whose life revolves around attacking those she is jealous of, and the passive aggressive old woman with the world’s lowest self esteem and most disgusting husband (see if you can guess who is who!). Melissa can stay on, but only if they cast her nemeses this time around, and proceed to air her dirty laundry and destroy her reputation so she can feel the pain that she has inflicted on others.
Great comments! I think if Teresa has as much control as they give her credit for, we should all go out and buy stock in this woman and get rich. Loved, loved, loved when Teresa told Jacqueline that she had nothing better to do than focus and talk about her. Jacqueline comes up with “kiss my ass”. You know that quote is going to be in a magazine. Also loved, crude as it was, “kiss my titties”, and then Jacqueline who has fake everything says, Teresa’s hard fake boobs. Jacqueline is seriously demented. No wonder Teresa got on her knees and thanked God, she got crazy out of her life.
Scripted made up drama: If Joe “was” a stripper, then why would he wait until the reunion to reveal this information? The argument for/against his “paid beard” (Melissa) would have been mute, there would be no drama. If Theresa was not loyal, she would put this information out. If Joe “was” a stripper, would that not make him the sleaziest person on the show? Not merely for the matter of his profession, but because he probably knew why his conservative traditional Italian parents were/are not really accepting of him, and yet, he blames Theresa for everything that is wrong with his life.
Joe Gorga has been searching for the “limelight” all of his life, and is basically a shadow of a more formidable sibling.
Joe Guidice is also right when he mocks Joe for being “liked” in NJ. The word around town is that Joe Gorga is a sleaze, a closet homosexual, a low life, and owes (heavily in debt/does not pay bills) most of the East Coast for anything that he has ever had. Joe Guidice “gave” Gorga much more than tools……He basically gave the low life a start in life, and has bailed Gorga out of more trouble (financially or otherwise), than anyone could/can imagine. Joe Gorga would not be “walking upright” or at all, but for Joe Guidice’s intervention….
Joe Guidice is “old school” Italian, and keeps quiet about “family” and “friends”, thus the reason why he is evasive about a lot of subjects. Note: Most people (except the psychotic Jacqueline-can she see past anything other than her all consuming jealousy of Theresa or Dina-Glen Close in fatal attraction pales in comparison-Jacqueline needs to be committed before she hurts her sons) don’t contradict what Joe Guidice says. At least not to his face.
If Jacqueline speaks and spoke to Kim D for 1 1/2 hour daily, then why would she call her “scum” and “low life” etc. Who is watching her kids when she spends her entire life on the phone). Why would she not question Theresa about whatever was happening, or tell Melissa, Kathie, or Caroline. She tells them about EVERYTHING and anything else (specially when it concerns Theresa). Caroline (I mean the new benevolent Caroline who desperately needs people to forget what a complete evil manipulative disgrace she is, so she can sell some books) stated “Kim we are friends”……..
.What hypocrites! Caroline and Jacqueline knew the details of the set up, and just let it happen…..and remember the self-rigtheous speeches during the last show “you would do anything to hurt your family”, and the comments before/during the reunion about Theresa? when all along THEY knew, set Theresa up for the fall, and continued to blog/twitter/give interviews etc…..about it……
In short, they ARE all good little employees of BRAVO. They keep the drama coming, they follow story lines, and the MONEY keeps coming into the network coffers. The drama also keeps them relevant so they can sell their “junk” to pay for their fake made up dirty lives.
Time to “change the channel”.
Johnny the Greek is not going to let the figurative “cat out of the bag” on Twitter because that’s their ticket onto the show. If Bravo wants to vindicate Teresa, they should cast Penny and let her expose the stripper/thief. It’s only fair AND Melissa isn’t generating big bucks for Bravo with her failed music career (unlike Teresa and her various ventures).
The fact that Joe Gorga-Marco (his new name) said that he didn’t feel upset or as he put it, “didn’t feel anything” during the televised barrage of insults spewed at Teresa by Juicy speaks volumes about his character. How could he not feel a thing? That’s your blood, fool. Your sister!! His lack of empathy proves he’s a sleazy sociopath that is so blinded by love for Stripper/Thief that he can’t think straight. Perhaps THAT’S WHY your relationship with your parents is strained.
Juicy Joe gets more attractive by the minute, and I’m not kidding. Out of all the “mo-mo’s” as he so eloquently put it, he was the only one that made any sense. Say what you will about him, I believe he really loves Teresa and they’ll stay together forever.
Jacqueline is a mess. I feel bad for Chris. I bet he’s regretting picking Wacky Jackie over his fiancee – who by the way was really good friends with Dina (they worked together at the nail salon). Jacqueline needs help – stat! She’s so unhinged and so obviously mentally unstable. She’s not fit to care for a special needs child – if in fact, Nicholas is “autistic”. Like a commentator above me stated earlier, I believe Nicholas is healthy but the Manzo/Laurita clans are setting us up to believe that “BLK” cured him. Keep in mind folks, Chris Laurita is $55M in the hole. It’s not that far fetched but definitely disgusting.
Agree that right now, JTG is holding back, and using the information he claims as his last trump card to get Penny on the show. I fear though, that Bravo is playing him “like a fiddle” on this though. The one common thread I have read on the variety of blogs is the “dark content” of season 3/4. If they were to bring JTG/Penny on the show to ‘out’ melissa, this would just be a continuation of the ‘dark’ theme. Yes, I think many initially would feel ‘justice’ for Teresa if this happened, but remember – it always seems to be “Teresa’s fault” and this scenario would do nothing to bring the family relationship back to better standing.
Personally, myself, I would love to see Meho and Slojo outed. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Alot depends on casting for season 5. I understand that they should be announcing this soon (not sure when, only that it would happen ‘after’ the reunion).
I happened to watch the first episode of season 3 (the christening)recently and three things I noticed – Melissa bashing Teresa right out of the gate and Juicy Joe being loving, kind and supportive of Teresa at the book signing she did at his pizzeria – before there was any filming of the Giudice/Marco/Wakile families together, after which he seemed to develop that surly, over it attitude on camera and who can blame him?
I also noticed, (had to rewind several times to be sure) that it seemed that Melissa was part of the physical fight at the christening – it looks like she is kicking and pushing at someone or something at one point – she can play at being a victim all she wants but to me, she is the penultimate pot stirrer and when karma comes for all of them it won’t be soon enough IMO.
It has literally been infuriating to watch such manipulation of the truth while the skeletons in their own closets continue to stay put and bravo continues the charade that events played out the way they’d like us to think. The only reason I will keep watching is to see if Teresa is vindicated. Thank you adios, for a really enlightening post and to fame for keeping on!
Omg, I saw her kicking also, I noticed cuz she was wearing that hideous dress, I got to rewatch that episode when bravo ran it again recently. I have to say rewatching the episode was far worse then I remember it. Geez, the drinking and fighting alone was bad enough, then I had to listen to her mimic Teresa, ugh nauseating.

You are correct, Amaya. There was a time when Caroline & Jacqueline did not get along and a physical altercation ensued. Wacko Jacko punched Caroline in the face about 10 years ago. It isn’t hard to believe that Caroline would at some point have told Teresa that Jacko was a stripper. Although, in all fairness, I find it hard to believe she ever was as that woman has zero sex appeal.

I love this site and I love this scenario but how does that explain Angelo stating when his mic was on that Kim D. AND Teresa set the whole thing up. He didn’t say that on this own… someone had to tell him to say that. That kinda throws a monkey wrench into this even though I so want it to be true.

Fame: I just wanted to commend you on the great job, and all the time you have spent on this website. You have done a fantastic job of exposing what the Gorgas have been all about, and all the lies that they have told in order to further “their fame”, and secure their place on the RHONJ. Unfortunately, they have not been the only schemers and liars on the show. I hope the producer that you had provide you with information is correct, and that Caroline, Jacqueline, and Kathy will not be asked back. There are reports out now, that say that the whole cast will be back, with the addition of possibly two new housewives. I, so hope this is wrong.
I am glad Joe Giudice was at the reunion to support Teresa, because it did make most of the cast, and husbands dial it back somewhat. Of course, the exception to that was Jacqueline, who, in my opinion, just showed what a completely vicious and vindictive woman that she can be. Caroline backpedaled on her “prediction” of Teresa’s future, and a book deal about her marriage. I believe that was because Joe Giudice was present, and stood up to her saying that she was a know it all, and just full of hate, and he could care less what she had to say.
I did want to point out, and perhaps you caught it as well, that at the beginning of the reunion, Caroline said that when they left the fashion show; there were sobs from Jacqueline, coming from her gut. This was supposed to be the beginning of the breakdown by Jacqueline that prompted her not to attend last year’s reunion. However, when Kim D. made her appearance, and Caroline and Jacqueline were outed for knowing about the set up, Caroline asked Kim D. to tell everyone what she said at their meeting after the fashion show. Of course, she wanted Kim D., to say that she told them that Teresa knew. Kim D., said she did not recall the conversation. My point is this: if Jacqueline was so upset and having a meltdown the same night as they left the fashion show, then how were they all able to have a meeting and a talk with Kim D. after the show? I also remember reading somewhere (may have been in one of your blogs), that the women and men went out together after the fashion show, with the exception of Teresa.
I think that all of this just supports the theory that all the women were in on it, except Teresa, and they knew something was going to go down, but kept quiet because they thought it was Teresa who was the target. When the other women, Kim G. and Danielle, did not agree to confront Melissa, Kim D. came through with her plan to reveal Melissa’s past. I also believe because of the revelations of Kim D. and Jacqueline talking so frequently, Jacqueline knew ahead of time, informed Melissa and Caroline, and then the plot was hatched to turn the blame onto Teresa. Obviously, Kim D. was the one who orchestrated revealing Melissa’s past, and yet not one person at the reunion, said that they accused Teresa, falsely. They all still sat there and tried to blame Teresa, and extricate themselves from their prior knowledge. Honestly, if any of these dreadful women return to the show, I hope that we are all out.
I am glad that you voiced, and pursued, your concern for the treachery that was being inflicted on Teresa Giudice and her family. I am glad you spoke up, looked for the truth, to answer all of their lies,because of the envy of Teresa’s success and popularity. As we have discussed, some of us, or someone we know, has had something as nasty as this, been done to them, except that we are not on television, having our credibility and reputation challenged before millions of viewers. I am proud that you cared enough about the injustice and the inhumanity of what was being done to a fellow human being, that you did something about it. Thank you for taking a stand, for a stranger, and showing that there are people who care about telling the truth, and making sure that if someone is going to be judged, that they are judged on facts. As always, you make some good observations about how the cast was in collusion to spin the setup as being all Teresa’s fault. Kim D hurt Teresa by going out with the cast after the show and telling them Teresa knew something was going down — notice how everyone focuses on “that she knew” and twists that to mean she was part of the setup. Kim D can’t seem to keep her story straight but I don’t think she does it maliciously… I just think she a little flakey and doesn’t explain things well. She was all over the place with her comments the night of the PFS, so I’m sure she was even more out there when they were all drinking together (except the Giudices) after the show — and you did read that here on my blog:

My source was positive that Kathy and Jac were not made offers for season 5 when the others were made offers months ago, before the reunion… since then, Bravo could have decided to ask Jac to return because the drama between her and Teresa brought in such high ratings (the highest rated episodes of the season where the ones with conflicts between the original cast members). Bravo wanted Caroline to return, but she declined… however, she could have agreed to return in a limited role (as a favor to her brother) if Bravo asked Jac back. And the high ratings for the final episodes and the reunion show could have changed Bravo’s plans to not bring back Jacqueline, but I think Kathy is done as an official housewife (although she will be there in a limited role as Melissa’s friend).

Agree, agree, agree. Always watched RHONJ and RHONY with a grain of salt attitude, but these past two seasons of Jersey and the last season of New York with scary island were very disturbiing. Is Bravo casting on purpose a majority of people with SERIOUS personality disorders. That’s one scary plan…Caroline seems to have some form of not obsessive/compulsive disorder, but obsessive compulsive personality disorder wherein she just HAS to be in control of everything and is always right. . She’s been an insufferable, know it all bully since season one in the grocery store with Lauren right thru to trying to give advice to teresa in the recent finale. Does she EVER stop. No wonder her kids are all card carrying members of the underachievers club. At least Albie went to college and I think is trying to disengage himself,but Lauren and Christofer just keep mooching along. Melissa is a straight up narcisist and pathological liar who can’t keep her lies straight. She has to lie to make older lies not look like lies. Yow, I’m getting a headache just thinking about it. Katfish is a passive-aggressive headcase who tries to play the normal card, and judging from some people;s comments, she can be quite convincing. After the reunion, tho, there should be NO doubt as to her true color – black.. Come on, Bravo, the show has gotten sick and is no fun to watch anymore. Viewers don’t want their blood pressure raised anymore every Sunday night just so you can present your edited, time line altered, B.S. Listen up, resolve the injustices you perpetrated on Teresa and her family, let all the Cats (pun totally intended) out of the bag, come clean before next season. RHONJ viewers need a much better explanation and a coming clean show. Do it soon before the smart viewers hate you even more than we already do.
