Gia’s talent manager, Maria of Xist Talent, gave the following quote to AllAboutTRH: “Gia is NOT getting bullied at school. This is false info. Whoever the ‘insider’ is playing off of an incident Gia talked about in this month’s issue of ‘M Magazine’, in which she recalled an incident that happened to her once a couple of years ago.”
When asked by AllAboutTRH on October 10, 2012 if there was any truth to the recent rumors that Gia has been bullied because of appearing on The Real Housewives, Teresa said: “Absolutely not true. Gia is very loved and everyone is so sweet to her. Gia gets along with everyone at school and has never been bullied about me being on the show. She is a really happy girl and just the other day, Gia’s friends mother ran into me and told me what a sweet little girl Gia is which makes me proud to hear as a mother. Thank God everyone is so friendly to Gia and I just laugh at stories like that because its obviously untrue.”

Teresa Giudice loves the fame that comes with being on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but a source close to the family exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that it’s taking a toll on her kids, particularly 11-year-old Gia Giudice who is being bullied in school.
Heading into her fifth season on the hit Bravo show, the insider says Teresa’s been urged to consider ending her 15 minutes of fame for the sake of her family, but Teresa just can’t give it up.
“Teresa doesn’t care about anything but the fame,” the source said.
“The show has been greatly effecting her daughter Gia at school. She’s being teased by the other kids and Teresa even had to go to the school to meet with teachers about it.”
But the source says Teresa won’t give up the notoriety and satisfaction she gets from being on the show.
“If your daughter’s happiness and safety isn’t enough reason to get off the show, then I don’t know what is,” the source said.
“It’s really sad.”
Meanwhile, Gia has her own Twitter and Tumblr accounts where she sometimes gets mixed up in her mom’s TV drama — often writing about the “haters” and dissing her own aunt, Melissa Gorga.
“What is your favorite song by your Zia Melissa?” a fan asked.
“Not to be rude but I don’t have one and I don’t listen to her songs!” Gia replied via Tumblr on October 2.
Another fan stated to Gia,
“no u got it mixxed [sic] up you got a handful of people who love your mom and a lot more people who hate her.”
To which Gia was quick to defend her mother writing,
“U got it messed up out of all the housewives my mom has the most followers and out of all the kids I have the most followers.
“So I wouldn’t be talking and all of my followers always send me nice tweets! But of course u got your haters! And my mom has all nice tweets but like I said we have our HATERS!!”
The family insider is worried that Gia is too involved with the fans and haters of the show.
“Gia knows too much for her age,” the source said.
Melissa is involving the children in the drama with her recent statements:
- In the October 1, 2012 issue of Us Weekly, she said that Teresa called Antonia ugly:
When Antonia got accepted to a modeling agency, Teresa said: “I heard Antonia got accepted. Yeah the ugly kids always get picked.”
- In the September 25, 2012 issue of Us Weekly, Melissa said, regarding Gia’s and Milania’s joint birthday party in January 2012, she said that Teresa grabbed her arm and twisted it as hard as she could:
“I went with a smile on my face. I didn’t have any intention of making up, but I went for my kids. At the end of the night, I had my son Joey in my arms and Teresa grabbed my arm and twisted it as hard as she could and said, ‘You’re so fake’.”
- On September 7, 2012, during the taping of reunion 4, she said that she is selling her house because she doesn’t want her kids going to school with Teresa’s kids, saying that in five years they bully Antonia:
“I don’t want my kids going to school with her kids. I have one little girl and I don’t want them ganging up on my daughter.”
- In her July 9, 2012 Bravo blog for season 4 episode 11, Melissa wrote a sarcastic comment about Gia’s dancing (claiming Teresa wants her in the spotlight):
“OMG, how cute is Gia? She was shaking her groove thing! She’s loves to dance. She loves gymnastics, she loves acting, and I hear she’s taking singing lessons now too! Teresa has always wanted her to be in the spotlight, and so here she is!”
- On April 1, 2012, LynnNChicago interviewed Melissa, and asked her about the allegations made by Reality Tea’s ‘secret source’ concerning a confrontation between Melissa and Teresa at Gia and Milania’s joint birthday party in January 2012. Lynn did not ask Melissa if she was the ‘secret source.’ Of course, Melissa (who planted the bogus story) evaded the question, but implied that something did happen yet, unlike Teresa, she rose above it for the kid’s sake.

Lynn: A while back we all heard about the birthday party for Teresa’s two daughters, Melissa attended, rumors flew that Teresa wasn’t happy and even yelled at Melissa, I asked her what really happened and why Joe didn’t go with her to the party.
Melissa: “Teresa and I know what happened that day and I don’t want to get into it. What I will say was it was a beautiful party for Gia and Milania with their friends and parents from the community. I brought Antonia and the boys and we had a blast. The cousins love each other so much and I put everything else aside to make sure that whatever goes on with the adults, they are not affected by it.”

Melissa tells Wetpaint the drama began when Teresa would not even allow Melissa to be photographed. Indeed, Melissa says she was not pictured in any of the professional photos taken at the party.
“When a photographer went over to ask Teresa if he could take a picture of Melissa, Teresa said ‘no,’ ” she says.
Despite getting the cold shoulder from Tre, Melissa reveals that she still tried to have a good time at the party, spending most of the night with her mother-in-law.
“She said ‘hello’ to Joe Giudice. He was nice, and Melissa was nice right back to him. Milania and Antonia [one of Melissa’s kids] were hugging and dancing the whole time.”
Melissa reports that Teresa looked annoyed watching her and decided to approach her while others were getting ready to leave.
“Teresa started to get loud, and Melissa says she was struggling to keep the scene low-key, because her youngest son, Joey, was in her arms.”
- On March 27, 2012, Melissa trashed Gia as an ‘inside source’ for a Reality Tea story, saying Gia is closer to her manager than her own mother:

I don’t care who’s parents signed releases to appear on what show or what child has a monitored twitter account, to bring the children into this is beyond detestable and shows the absolute lack of moral character by those participating in this.

I was thinking the same thing. This could be a reason Bravo hires housewives that need the money, they can offer money/spinoffs/appearances to get them to do whatever they want.
I think this is simply because certain people (Andy Cohen) at Bravo hate Teresa. He can’t fire her because she brings the network so much money. He’s trying his best to get the audience to hate her and promote the gorgas as an alternative but they have no point without Teresa.

While I could surely make an argument against stripping/dancing/topless bar tending, I know some women find themselves in a situation where the income is needed. In Melissa’s case, what I find morally reprehensible is her excuse that taking $100 bills for delivering a drink is okay. See the correlation to entitlement and being a con? That is the problem I have with Melissa, she’s a taker.

Confused in NJ Insightful post. U reminded me about the comment she made about $100 tips for handing a guy a drink she said “I’d be stupid not to”. Which is the same phrasing that she used (allegedly) when she said to Teresa (& Kathy) that when she Saw joe Gorga”s house she wasn’t going to be stupid (like her sisters…). While its a common phrasing, it rings true to the way Melissa would say something.
Along a similar vein Melissa likes the word dumbass and so did a certain blog commenter at On Common Ground during late 2008. Hmmmmmm…..

All I’m hearing is Teresa telling a child she’s beautiful and Melissa telling 4 children they’re mean. None of these children should be in the media but to suggest Melissa isn’t using the children in the war is naive (and we all know what Aunty Caroline thinks about “whoring out the kids”). Joe Gorga tried to talk to Gia at the silly sports day about her Mum, the christening like seriously, the Giudice kids are just messing about in their home as much as the Gorga’s kids were playing in the front yard. This whole thing is just relentless. 1 more ep and we can erase it from our mental roller decks.

I am so outraged about Melissa’s comments on the Reunion BRANDING her nieces as future bullies and that is why she is moving. Get this horrendous attention Melissa is putting on these kids OFF – her statements will now forever follow the Giudice girls.
Maybe we should REVISIT AND UPDATE the Gorgas financial situation as well as the fact that both their homes are up for sale and get it out there to be front page news again to remind everyone the REAL reason these people are moving – they can’t afford their faux lifestyle. I have a crazy idea, but Melissa is so very maddening I feel a lot of people would like to do something about what she is doing for fame and money. And we don’t begrudge anyone fame or money, it is the way she has gone about getting to the top. No morals or values! No human decency! America is not about lying and bullying, but any one from another country watching this show would certainly have to question our standards!
This is just an idea, maybe crazy and ridiculous…. But what if we did a strike or a picket line in front of the next place Melissa decides to go on tv for an interview…. Whether it is Andy cohen’s show or Wendy Williams…and we keep it clean! Signs like “America won’t stand for bullying” and “America is about family first” and ” America won’t stand to be lied to” anyway you get the idea… No name calling or personal attacks on Melissa…. Just signs to let bravo know that we are outraged at the dark place they have taken us to.

I saw a posting with pictures and dates of Melissa copying Teresa, and J.Lo and another housewife RHOBH. She is mentally disturbed and fixated on Teresa. Teresa has been estranged from her brother for a year, the kids have gotten together once(?) and she is still fixated on Teresa. She is just scary. She does not appear to have any limits. I feel for her kids. did you notice you never see them come up to her when filming? They never bother her and that is really really unusual for little children.
I was watching one of the last episodes – with this meeting with music producer . I watch and I notice – she tries to seduce everyone. They go with Joe together, they have professional meeting ( music, music, singing) and they talk about her ass, her look. This is their relationship – sex. This is all she has to offer. This is how they met.
Look how she treats Corte Ellis, how she speaks to him – this is much more than professional relation. Look at her gestures – how she tries to turn them on, how she touches her hair during this meeting, seducing.. I would even go further and think they may have had sex (Corte).

Meri – I hear your outrage and your pain – this has got to stop. To organize something like that would be an enormous feat – but I agree with you, by Melissa bringing Antonia into the fray and saying on national TV her nieces will turn into bullies when they get older – that is taking it too far. Enough is enough!
I personally don’t think Bravo cares – they are loving this – anything to keep up the controversy. But I will tell, you, I am going to Mohegan Sun Friday for my 38th anniversary, (trip planned before I knew Melissa was going to be there on Sat/Sun) and I will definitely be presenting them with a letter, outlining how promoting such an individual is not in their best interests and why. It’s not going to do any good – but at least I will feel I have done something
To clarify, that letter will not include specifics as to what Melissa has done or not done, as I will not open myself to a lawsuit. First, Godiva, let me say, yes a picket line may be a crazy idea but standing up for what you think is wrong in the world is not wrong! And do I have a life? Well, yes I am married and the CEO of a very profitable company that just happens to help many people. I have five children ages 20 through 27; two in college and two married. And two beautiful grand daughters ages 18 months and 3 months that I spend time with each week or I get grumpy and have baby withdrawals. I have a 90 yr old mother that I do all the cleaning, shopping, taking to appointments, having over for family meals and take her to church on Sunday mornings. I have mentally ill brother who just happens to be gay, but that has nothing to do with his problems…that I run around and take to doctor appointments, etc. Also, I have two adorable Chinese Sharpei dogs that I adore and love to take on walks and play with. I am responsible for organizing the volunteers on my daughter’s hockey team. I love country music and going to country concerts and college football games with my kids and friends and going snow boarding and water skiing and vacationing with my husband. I have very close friends that lost their son to cancer at the age of 18 last November and I am helping them spearhead a non-profit organization to bring joy and laughter to children like him in the hospital going through chemo treatments and who are forced to think about death at way too young of an age. So ya I have a pretty full life! And RHONJ is a show I used to enjoy …and it was enjoyable until the Gorgas entered the picture. Now it is dark and evil and has crossed the line in so many ways. Any one who has morals and values and believes in family and friendships and is disgusted by bullying and lies and jealousy and hate is offended by what Bravo has done with the show. Sorry for having compassion for Teresa, but that is me. I hate to see others hurt and ganged up on and lied about. And from the looks of this web site, I’m not alone!

IMO, don’t bother. Bravo doesn’t care ~ the only things they are worried about are ratings and money. I think it would be a better use of time if we rally around Gia. Encourage, support and (try) to protect her like we would our own children. I don’t have a twitter account but I thought about signing up for one just so I could be positive towards her. I have 3 girls and I know if the situation was reversed ~ that is what I would appreciate someone doing for one of my children.
Did anyone else notice when Melissa asks Teresa something like “do you want to bring it on?” as if to say, with the ugliest look on her face, I’m going to get you!

I must say that sent shivers up my spine. Melissa isn’t clever and she has horrendous planning ability. She presumes her outcome is the only outcome and doesn’t prepare for other possibilities (another hallmark of narcissism). But she’s desperate. She sat in her little house seething that they’d chosen her SIL for RHONJ. Three long years … Until she finally became useful to bravo. She ain’t going back to obscurity. So the question is what would she do to remain RELEVENT.
Teresa is now prepared and won’t let any info about her or the family out. So, just as in the past year, Melissa will resort to lies in order to keep the Interest of the gossip rags. I think bravo’s “creative process” includes a lot of lying and fabrication. After a while, someone like Melissa – who truly thinks no one is as smart as her – doesn’t even tether her lies to anything real. And that’s how u get insane lies like “my child will be bullied by hers” and “she said my child is ugly”.
U can see this on the reunion where one lies and the other swears to it. Melissa co-signs jac’s ridic claim that Teresa said she hated Jac. And Jac so-signs Melissa’s dangerous claim of assault. Jac never tweeted about her friend seeing this. Melissa spoke to no less than 4 news outlets after the party & never mentioned anything physical. So that one doesn’t even pass the sniff test.
If Melissa and joe stay together, eventually joe will resent Melissa for destroying his family. In spite of anything joe jr. has ever done his familty loved him. Melissa’s behavior will limit the contact they have w the elder Gorgas and the Giudice’s. And over time joe will miss his family.
The damage melissa wrought for her 15 minutes of fame is so enormous some of the impact will only be calculable over time.
Unfortunately in JoGo’s twisted little head he blames Teresa for the problems in their family. He talks about Teresa whispering in his parents ears, like that would ever turn a mother and father against another child, but I guarantee the one doing the whispering in ears is Melissa in Joe’s. “Say shame on you… say it, say it.” That’s a drop in the bucket.
Just replace “Teresa” with Melissa and “Gia” with Antonia. Another of Meho’s grand projections. I tried watching the Reunion last night, but could only take a few minutes of it. I usually just wait a couple of days and re-watch it when I’m in a better frame of mind, but I’m DONE.. I have deleted it from my DVR and will not watch the show anymore. I will come to this sight to read up on T, just because I really like her, but I can’t stand watching anyone else (that includes ANDY). SO BRAVO, you have lost me as a fan.

Did you hear Melissa on the Reunion state she is touchy feely especially with women. She is playing right along with the story about her HS lebo lover. She loves the publicity and the raunchier the better. As for poor Gia and the bullying, having been through it with my daughter, it’s awful and nothing ever happens to the bully. The whole system protects the bully and doesn’t do anything for the victim. The Ophelia project to me is another scam. They do nothing to the bully – they just work with the victim to teach them how to “take the abuse”. This is getting very scary! I don’t see how any of this could possibly end well. At first I thought it was a funny dig to call Melissa Gorga a psychopath. Now I’m starting to get very worried, because I don’t see another possibility besides her being just that. This woman just won’t let up! At the reunion you just keep hearing Teresa say ‘ I love you I love your family-and Melissa will just make snide remarks such as ‘yeah I can really tell’ and when other people are attacking Teresa Melissa jumps in to really lay it on her! The venom and hatred is way too thick. Why can’t Teresa see this? She should RUN and get out of dodge because there is no telling what this woman will do!!! Now that she is on to JLo( I saw in her text box one of her friends commenting on a picture of her and another woman that she looked better than Jlo! You know she’s relishing in that comment, and this person probably knows that’s exactly what she wanted to hear. Now that’s scary #cazyasssickbitch) Teresa needs to be smart and let Melissa go after her new target and step way- far away from her.

I do not think Teresa is caught up in the fame. I think it is the paycheck. I do not blame her. She is supporting her family, IMO!
Hi all! I’m new to this site and am SO glad I found it. RHONJ is my guilty pleasure but I have to say I’ve been very annoyed with S3 & S4. As a Jersey girl I was excited to see my state represented but not in the way that Bravo has portrayed these ladies. I can’t believe the level of pettiness especially from Caroline, Jac, Melissa and Kathy…Teresa is by no means perfect but I admire her for being consistent in what she says. I always go with my gut and there has been something that always bothered me about Melissa and Kathy…Whether there is something scripted about this show or not, they have a very funny way of treating family..too many digs without real substance..BTW..I’m not sure if my ears deceived me but when they showed a preview for the next Reunion show with Kim D.. I could have sworn that there was a voice that said “Oh sh*t”…I wonder whose voice it was but it should be interesting…

Melissa is a compulsive liar and has no proven that there are no limits to how low she will sink. I truly believe that she is crazy. I think with the reunion episodes that they are trying to get Teresa to quit, as a team. And in order to do that they have to make up horrible lies. I just think Andy represents everything that is wrong with society. Teresa and now HER CHILDREN are being bullied by none other than her brother and SIL and their Jersey Shore trash relatives. Melissa thinks she has the upper hand because she has convinced stupid people that Teresa set her up. So she is on full blast to ride this wave as long as she can. She needs to be exposed for her lies. They are damaging her husband’s family. He must REALLY hate his parents to allow his stupid, gold-digger wife to run her mouth like this. Can’t he see that this whore is ruining his life? I guess not. He is too stupid.
Teresa is doing everything she can to support her family. What is Meho doing? Nothing. Tre spends her time taking care of the kids, and building her brand. Trump and the Trump family have helped her in this and probably continue to offer moral and other support. And, she’s using their advice. She is learning when to “duck” Meho’s attacks in print. Ducking is a smart, tactical move against bullies. I’d like to see Tre get some help in public speaking like Princess Diana got so she can respond better face to face.
Can you imagine Trump supporting Meho after all the crap she’s thrown at Tre?
Meho is moving alright, but I doubt she’s moving “up” in her next location.
Melissa is doing nothing because she knows that even if Joe is completely broke, she doesn’t have to work because she will find new fool seduce him and have new life that every girl dreams of. This is how she works – her body works for her.
I will no longer watch this show either…..and haven’t seen ONE reunion show because Bravo is on the wrong side of this issue, supporting liars and bullies. I can follow T to find out how she is, and come here of course. BUT, I won’t support Bravo in anyway, including WWHL which I USE to watch faithfully, until Mel Gorga is GONE…. CANT.STAND.THAT.HO! I’m also boycotting QVC this year. Don’t want to buy any of Kathie’s “Crappoli Kits”. In fact I wrote and told QVC customer service, via email, the same thing. They should know, like Bravo, that they are backing LOSERS. Go Tre!

There must be quite a story behind how they met in Cancun in March 2003. She and Joe deny actually interacting in Cancun, which doesn’t ring true. They are hiding something about what happened when they first met there. They fabricated a bizarre story about how Joe saw her in Cancun and said, “that’s the girl I’m going to marry”, but didn’t approach her so they didn’t really meet then. They both say they randomly met later in the summer at a Jersey Shore club and Joe said, “you’re the girl I saw in Cancun, and described the bikini she was wearing, etc.” I think the Greeks and others know the real Cancun story (apparently with photos to back it up) and are waiting to expose it on camera in season 5, if given the chance.

Ok, first of all what photographer asks if they can take a picture of someone attending the event they were hired to chronicle. This woman has truly lost any connection to reality. The more desparate she gets to hang on to celebrity she will go further and further with her lies.
Melissa talks about Teresa, slays her in the press; Teresa defend herself to the public; Melissa says OMG shut up! It’s a reoccurring theme. Melissa is use to her family prostrate at her feet – look at they way her sisters fawn over her , a bit OTT.
So Melissa tells the world that Teresa called her child ugly and insinuates that her children are so bad she has to move away and she expects Teresa to stay mute…. who’s crazy and irrational in this situation?

Gia’s tweet is really interesting. I think that a lot of people wonder whether the majority of fans are on Team Teresa or Team Melissa etc., or at least how many see through what is going on and the motivations behind the ganging up this season, even if they aren’t Teresa fans per se. I thought that it might be 50/50 in the best case, but probably skewed more toward Melissa and the gang because the average viewer doesn’t take the time to read the blogs or look on twitter.
But I was at a website yesterday looking for a link where I could watch the reunion from the previous night, and there happened to be a chat box where people were talking about who watches RHONJ and who doesn’t. There were maybe ten people, perhaps more, all random fans at the same website looking to watch the reunion, just chatting about the show for maybe 20 minutes. They all had different opinions of certain characters, like Kim D, Joe Guidice, etc… but every single one of them agreed that Teresa didn’t deserve the treatment she was getting this season and that the vitriol from Melissa and the rest was baseless and almost certainly borne out of jealousy. Only one of these people had mentioned anything about blogs/twitter; I believe the others were either new to it or didn’t care to participate. Of course, as the sample size is so small it wouldn’t be fair to extrapolate this to the RHONJ viewership as a whole, but I just thought it was interesting that all of the people who happened to be looking to watch the reunion at that particular time on that site were all of the same mind when it came to the feud against Teresa, regardless of what they thought of Teresa, or her husband, or her friends.
There is no way that we can know exactly what percentage of the viewers hold that belief, as not all of them are on twitter and the WWHL polls are usually skewed. So it’s interesting that Gia says that herself and her mother only have a handful of haters when compared to the large number of fans that they have. It certainly seems like Teresa is very confident in her following, and Bravo is too… after all, she is the highest paid on the show, and, it seems, the only NJ housewife being offered multi-year contracts, and you know that they do their research into the popularity of each housewife when determining who stays and who goes. It makes sense that Teresa has the majority, or at least the perceived majority, and that the other housewives are aware of this. After all, if they felt they had the majority in their corner, they wouldn’t feel the need to campaign against Teresa so hard, constantly attempting to “expose” her with probably-made-up stories about twisting arms at parties or talking trash in Napa MONTHS after the fact. I mean, think about it– if you were confident that everyone (or at least most everyone) was on your side already, would you take the time to write 15-page blogs or retweet every negative viewer comment about your enemy (I’m talking to you, Jac!)? If I had to guess, I would think that most people are in the Giudice camp, and the rest of the cast knows it, which is why they are constantly on the offensive.

I believe that Teresa had an established fan base which began to grow after the reunion 3 bashfest, and the other four housewives were vying to win her haters to their teams, but only Melissa went after Teresa’s haters hard.

I just thought it was so interesting that they were all clearly different people with different opinions about the cast but shared common ground when it came to how ridiculous they thought the whole four against one dynamic is. Like you, I think that all the ganging up on Teresa that began in season 3 has only served to steadily increase Teresa’s following– I know I certainly wasn’t a Teresa “fan” until I realized what a strong woman she was for enduring so much abuse for no reason.
It’s easy to see what side most of the fans land on. No matter how manipulated the comments on the Bravo blogs are, the “likes” at the bottom of the comment aren’t. Pro Teresa comments get the most likes and pro-Melissa & gang posts get very few. I’m talking about a much larger number for Teresa… like 80 to 5 in many instances. Go take a look for yourself. I wish someone would tweet that to the four bullies. That should put Jac’s and her “small number of haters and large number of supporters” in her place.
I am Teresa all the way and I could not ” like” her comments, they blocked me. It is no telling how many fans of Teresa they outed. I have not gone back on Bravo to read anything else. I did accidently hit it in my favorites but backed on up. Maybe they let up on Teresa some, I sure hope so, It is very discouraging when they try to control the fans input. They should just say if you are a Teresa fan we will not post your likes, and comments. Save alot people some time. BRAVO is getting real shady. They promote bulling, strippers, their morals are going in the direction of a alley cat.
