Melissa Gorga Lip Syncs on ‘Gay Night Out’ at Six Flags Great Adventure (Video)

Joe Gorga, with a stuffed animal strapped to his leg, performed a little strip tease for the audience before he and Greg Bennett introduced Melissa Gorga on ‘Gay Night Out’ at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, on Friday night, September 14, 2012.
Melissa Gorga lip-synced about one minute of ‘On Display’ and then she sang some parts, and lip synced the other parts, when performing ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ with Santino Noir, who wrote the song. She also danced but, since she has no natural rhythm, could only perform a few moves and was very stiff when trying to keep up with the basic choreography.
There are so many truly talented people who must cringe when they watch people like Melissa, who think they can buy their careers (just like she bought her Facebook fans and Twitter followers).

Perez Hilton was right, Melissa is just to old to be trying to break out as a singer. Melissa is so stiff and not feeling the music, maybe she doesn’t really want to be there! Remember how she really felt doing her first performance for BLK? When she was getting ready? What was she caught saying? That the place was a dump and too small for her to perform at?
I don’t really understand the music industry nowadays. I mean, Youtube is all it takes to be a celebrity nowadays. Most singers nowadays lip sync (Hey, I think I misspelled sync in another comment. lol. I knew there was something wrong with it when I read it but didn’t want to bother) anyway, as I was saying, don’t they all lip sync? Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, etc. My point is, you never know, Melissa really could become famous as a singer, regardless of knowing how.
Am I wrong about this?.
Oh and why can’t her husband ever behave decent? He’s always playing around with his wing wang. He had a stuffed animal tied around his leg in a way that made it look as if he were getting a blow job. I think Joe married the right woman. Both are sleazy strippers. As for Six Flags, isn’t that a family amusement park? You know, children, teens, moms, dads?
I don’t understand that either. If a man ever treated me like that (basically suggesting that I was there for his “poison” disposal at all times) his ass would be out the door.

LOL! That was the cheesiest performance I’ve ever seen in my life!
That lighting for the show was AWFUL. There were times were Santino did his guest verse, but he was in the dark! There were times when BOTH of them are in the dark! Is this really the best lighting Six Flags can afford?
Yeah, she was really stiff. Sorry, but if you do as limited moves as Melissa did in her choreography, then you don’t have the right to lip sync. I feel sorry for those background dancers. They might actually be really talented people, but they’re just relegated to perform in for some D-list celebrity’s half-ass “concert”. (Aren’t concerts suppose to be, you know, longer? Shouldn’t she have performed ALL of her songs?)
The whole thing is stupid. You have to just laugh, because that’s what 99% of everyone else is doing when she markets herself as a “singer.” I’m actually at conservatory (for classical music, not pop) and have been singing since I was 10, so yes, it vaguely annoys me when people like this suddenly shoot to fame and all of a sudden want to sing and claim they’ve wanted to sing since they were little. I started taking voice lessons when I was 13, worked at Columbia Records as an intern and commuted from NJ when I was 17, worked two jobs last year to keep paying for voice lessons, and luckily have been pretty successful in the classical music world. Pretty sure Melissa wasn’t showing any of that devotion to her supposed “love” of music– and guess what, I’m not bragging about what I did, because there are thousands more just like me who will do anything to get to sing and perform.
Sad thing is, her voice isn’t TERRIBLE. It’s definitely pretty bad but she just sounds like someone who has never sung a day in her life. If she were to work hard instead of autotuning every song she has, she could become a pretty good singer. And at the end of the day, actually being a good artist is what will bring you TRUE satisfaction, not this wriggling around onstage awkwardly to a CD.

Are they ever with their children. I feel so sorry for them. I guess Melissa.’s mother watches them. She seems like a decent person.

Now THERE’S hitting it Big Time…at Great Adventure!! What a sad joke. Singing at an amusement park is pretty low.(and it’s not even a nice one!)
When I stumbled on this blog it was a good thing my girls were in school that day because I spent hours that first day riveted by what you have compiled – this blog is so informative and amazing! On the other hand, Melissa. The whole thing was completely sophomoric in every way, from her husband’s strip tease, Greg’s intro, the set, the lighting – and Melissa’s lame attempt at performing. It seems that the stage was very small and the audience couldn’t have been huge if you listen to their “cheers”. I am all for people pursuing their dreams but Melissa should find another one. The self-entitlement, delusion, and narcissism is repulsive. I think that big pie they all feel deserving of a piece of is a bunch of crumbs right about now and it’s time to put the plate in the sink.

That isnt the main stage..that stage is the one by the sea lions in the corner of the park..and i noticed that not many people were cheering for her…its sad that her only audience has to be gay night at the park…i feel like that is excluding her chances to have other audience members. She should of did it on a regular day or something… Maybe the fact she brought greg so she could have an applause. Even at the night club where she performed was an all gay club. There is nothing wrong with that..it’s just she is targeting only so many people. If she wanted to be a break out star…well first she needs talent and has to target everyone. She has to break away from the Real Housewives of New Jersey audiences too. Thats why a lot of people are like gorga who? I am sorry but her new song is sooooo bad. It is way worst than her other ones. I know they must of bought a lot of songs to make her popularity grow and she must put all the money back into her career.
It is time for Bravo to quit torturing viewers with this ROCKSTAR storyline! At this point I can’t figure out if Joey wants to be a housewife or a porn star.

I get she wants to live her dream. I get she wants to sing. However, shes in her 30s with 3 young babies. She seems to never spend time with them. You just dont get to rewind and spend time with them later. Later will be too late and they will be responsible for a lackluster babysitter filled childhood. Joey acts like someone robbed him of a frat life because hes acting like one now and hes in his 30s too. Its really quite disgusting.

I actually wouldn’t watch the video, not sure if I will later on in order to form my own opinion. I trust everyone else’s opinions though, so I am not sure if I want to waste those 9 minutes of my life that I won’t be able to get back, lol. As a mother, I am most upset because they promised their young children to take them to Six Flags for their birthdays. They claimed in August, that their daughter, Antonia, opted to go to Six Flags instead of having a party, and it was their son’s birthday, on 9/12. I assumed that they were going to incorporate their appearance at Six Flags, and take the children as promised for their birthdays. We have only seen photos and video of her appearance and her act, but nothing tweeted about the children on the rides, or enjoying the park. I am assuming since we haven’t seen anything, that they did not take the children to the amusement park, as promised, and I am sad and disappointed for their children. It isn’t that I believe their children should have gone to Six Flags for gay night, but I did believe that they were combining the singing appearance and the day for the children to enjoy, for their birthdays. No evidence of that happening.
I could care less what this couple do about her “singing career”, but I do believe in parents keeping their promises to their children, especially when they are this young, and would have so much fun. The Gorgas think that they are being cute and sexy, and I happen to believe that Joey’s antics are immature and on the verge of being perverted. Melissa’s actions are obviously those of a very vain and self-absorbed and selfish person. She cares about dressing provocatively and feeling and thinking she is sexy and talented. So be it if that is your cup of tea, but I am disgusted by their lack of sense of family.
Their children are only young for a short time, and it isn’t my business if they leave their children to go out to appearances, but I feel for the children because their daughter opted to go to the amusement park instead of having a birthday party. If I was in their place, and had to make an appearance at the park, I probably would have combined them, but my children going and having a great time, would be my priority (not being on stage). Perhaps, I am wrong and they did take their children, but since Antonia’s birthday in August, we have not seen any photos of them at Six Flags. Therefore, I am concluding that they didn’t take them, because as much as they are out for fame, I believe photos of them would be all over Twitter, if they had. I would not want to disappoint my children, especially when they are young, they are so easy to please and make them happy. This couple only continues to show me how selfish and uncaring they are, and God knows, their priorities are all screwed up. It is sickening that they criticize Teresa for not having time for family, but everything I have seen shows me that family is much more important to her, and they have unduly criticized and lied about her yet again.
Well only Melissa said Antonia opted out of a birthday party, we do not know that this is true. She probably wanted a birthday party like her cousins get, but “mommy” probably talked her into going to six flags so she could kill 2 birds with one stone with her’s and her bother’s birthday’s.
Melissa did promise to take Antonia to Great Adventure, which wouldn’t have required much effort since she was going there anyway on Sept. 14 to ‘perform’. But I’ve been checking Twitter and from their tweets it seems like they didn’t bring the kids. So Antonia and Gino didn’t have birthday parties and didn’t go to Six Flags either, or so it seems. The only tweet about Gino’s birthday was from Lysa Simpson, and it was not a party photo and it was not from Six Flags (it was tweeted on Sept 12).

Someone to hate on is people that worked hard for their talent to be known. Like Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Blake Lively, Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Katy Perry….you get the drift. She used her sister in law’s limelight to promote herself and now trying to kill Teresa’s image to put herself on top because she’s the HATER!
