Melissa Gorga Hates Teresa Giudice with Passion
February 7, 2012
“Some of you may be very confused right now. You may be thinking, ‘Teresa has a brother?’ Before all the press, you probably didn’t know we existed, did you? Well here we are! I know the episode is a bit confusing at first. You’re probably wondering why Joe acted the way he did when his sister came up to him. It’s understandable so let me explain. Teresa has kept my husband, Joe, and his family (me and my three children) away from everything she has been going through and everything that has been so exciting in her life for the last three years. Although this all started before the show even existed. You will get a lot of the back-story as the season goes on, so I’m not going to go too far back. I would be writing for days! She has never been happy for her brother or cared about anything good going on in his life or his children’s. She only wants to discuss her life and only cares about herself. She kept us as far away during Season 1 and Season 2, because I think she knew this would happen when they found us. Karma is a bitch. Family comes first for me, but unfortunately it does not for her, and it never will. It’s just not who she is, and that’s OK, but don’t think we are going to go on national TV and be fake with you. We are not fakers, sorry.”
“This blog speaks volumes as to what her intent was for joining the show. Her first few blogs on Bravo were very snarky until the backlash and she tried to sweeten them up a bit. I think she is very manipulative and conniving. Teresa is entitled to her own opinion and has every right to be upset at Mel & Kathy for doing what they did to her. My question is if Mel wasn’t copying Teresa & had problems prior to joining the show, why try to insert herself in Teresa’s life so deeply? Befriend her friends, hire her stylist, makeup artist, photographer, etc?” [Mima, June 1, 2012, Reality Tea]
Melissa hates Teresa with a passion. She only pretends to be trying to reconcile with Teresa…all the time gossiping and lying in interviews and to tabloids about Teresa to make her look bad and to turn her brother against her.
Teresa…stay away from her…you can’t even trust her at your children’s birthday parties…she is the ‘secret source’ that sold a really nasty article about Gia and Milania’s party to wetpaint, which Reality Tea ran with. Melissa is toxic and vicious, a danger to the well being of you, your kids and your parents…stay aware from her…everything she does or has done has an ulterior motive…she came to the party without Joe so she could sell stories full of lies to the tabloids about the party, claiming you treated her badly.
Melissa as the ‘Secret Source’ to Wetpaint and Reality Tea
In the following quotes from a Reality Tea article, ‘secret source’ has been replaced with the actual source, Melissa:
Melissa tells us that Teresa continues her attempt to push Gia into the spotlight. “Teresa has always been desperate to have Gia in the limelight,” Melissa tells Reality Tea. “She wanted her to model, that didn’t work out. She wanted her to sing, that didn’t work out. Now, she has Gia in a ‘dance’ group.” Melissa continues that guests were shocked at Gia’s dance outfit. “Guests at her daughter’s birthday party were disturbed by the outfits Gia wore. She is just a little girl. Teresa dresses her like she is 16. People were shocked,” says Melissa. Melissa tells Wetpaint the drama began when Teresa would not even allow Melissa to be photographed. Indeed, Melissa says she was not pictured in any of the professional photos taken at the party. “When a photographer went over to ask Teresa if he could take a picture of Melissa, Teresa said ‘no,’ ” she says. Despite getting the cold shoulder from Tre, Melissa reveals that she still tried to have a good time at the party, spending most of the night with her mother-in-law. “She said ‘hello’ to Joe Giudice. He was nice, and Melissa was nice right back to him. Milania and Antonia [one of Melissa’s kids] were hugging and dancing the whole time.” Melissa reports that Teresa looked annoyed watching her and decided to approach her while others were getting ready to leave. “Teresa started to get loud, and Melissa says she was struggling to keep the scene low-key, because her youngest son, Joey, was in her arms.”
Teresa, avoid Melissa at all costs… you can’t argue with a liar…they just cover one lie with another and another until you begin to question your own memory and then your own sanity…you can never resolve an issue with a liar. The best thing to do is ignore Melissa and not respond to her lies… if you constantly defend yourself against her false accusations, you eventually will become consistently shrill and defensive.
Forgot about your brother…he will always believe his wife’s lies about you. He is simple and weak-minded and easily manipulated by Melissa and her wicked sisters. They have turned Joe against you by filling his head with poison and twisting your words (you said this yourself during season 3), and will continue to do so.
Everyone knows how much you love your brother, so you have nothing to prove. Accept that your relationship with him will be forever damaged because of his wife… this is the way she wants it to be. Focus your love on your husband and kids and parents… and only have contact with your brother away from his wife and her negative influence.
Watch the video at stoopidhousewives labeled “Milania at Corrado’s with Tree” to see how kind and sweet Joe Gorga was to Teresa during her phone call from Corrado’s, inviting him to her book signing. Then remember what an ass he was to her during the book signing, with his wife standing by his side, encouraging him.
Melissa and Joe Gorga aren’t happy with just an inscription
Melissa and Joe Gorga, both in their knit skullcaps, are late for the book signing because they didn’t have a babysitter, but everything seems like it’s going to be cool when Joe goes and buys ten copies of the cookbook, proudly telling the store owner, “That’s my sister!” It’s only when Joe asks Teresa to write something heartwarming inside that the situation starts to take a nose dive. Tre’s pen hovers over the page for about a minute before she writes, “I love you more than anything in this world, I miss my brother,” and you’d think that would get an “awww” or something, but Joe wants her to read the inscription out loud. But Teresa goes along with the weirdness, receiving a quick kiss on the cheek from her brother when all she truly wants is a majorly intense hug. “Tell your husband not to threaten me,” Joe warns, and Teresa, blank and shaky, turns into the prototype for her own bobblehead doll.
Joe Gorga tells Melissa that he received a series of threatening texts from Joe Giudice telling him that he and Melissa are so fake it makes him sick. “You better not come [to the book signing],” Joe Gorga reads from his phone. “You’re doing this for show.” Joe Gorga is incredulous. “For show? Who am I going to show?” (What Joe Giudice meant is, you’re doing this for the show, but heaven forbid anyone should acknowledge that.) Joe Giudice also threatens to break Joe Gorga’s jaw. Melissa thinks that it’s Joe Giudice who has been keeping Teresa and her brother apart. They recount all the terrible things Joe Giudice has said to them, including “The working man is a sucker” and “The rooms are small in this house.” It’s no wonder diplomatic relations have all but broken down.
He then ordered Teresa to sign his copy and read aloud what she inscribed. This brought on tiny Teresa tears. Joe threatened Teresa to make hubby Joe stop threatening him, to which the normally talkative Teresa was speechless. If she did as he ordered, Joe said, he would buy boxes of books at the next signing.
Joe and Melissa finally show up. Everyone is very fakey-polite. Joe buys a stack of books and asks Teresa to inscribe one for him. “To my, um … to my brother Joe …,” she says out loud, her pen hovering over the page. “From your heart, let’s go,” Joe prompts. Super awkward! Finally, she writes, “I love you more than anything in this world. I miss my brother.” Joe then makes her read it out loud. At first, I thought he was really angry, and that the table was going to go flying. Instead, he walks around the table and gives her a quick hug. Not long enough for Teresa, who tells us she thinks some wall has come up between her and her brother. It has.
“I wanted him to hug me tight. You know? I wanted him to really hug me. You know, it’s kind of weird that my brother is standing in front of me and I… I could tell that he’s still not the same Joey. Like… there’s a wall up.” – Teresa Giudice, on her brother Joe Gorga’s demeanor at her book signing. The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Season 3, Episode 15 “Black as Ink”.
Joe Gorga tells her that he doesn’t appreciate getting threatening texts from her husband. She tells him that Juicy Joe is just upset that Joe Gorga has never come to one of her book signings before. Melissa says that’s because they were never invited! But Teresa says she invited them on Facebook! Melissa: “That’s not how I want to be invited!” Oy. Melissa, wake up and smell 2011.
Finally Joe and Melissa arrive, and you could tell Teresa has been waiting and waiting. Joe apologizes for being a typically late Gorga and buys 10 copies of the book, asking Teresa to inscribe one from the heart. Teresa tears up thinking about what to write. This is pretty much the only time I have ever seen Teresa become truly emotional… and she is inflicted with ugly cry! Teresa writes that she loves her brother more than anything, and misses him, but seriously: Actions speak louder than words Gorgas! After reading the inscription aloud, Joe offers Teresa a feeble hug, but she wants a real one.
Teresa reveals her brother has changed and there is a wall up. Since everything is going well, Non-Juicy decides this is the time to tell Teresa about Juicy’s threatening texts. He wants Teresa to tell her 40-year-old husband to grow up. Teresa is shocked to learn about the texts and seems truly stupefied (not be confused with stupid). Teresa discloses her husband believes Joey Gorga was only coming to her signing to look good for the cameras. Teresa, Joe, and Melissa descend into an argument about the texts, about Facebook and Melissa being deleted, about book signing invites, about Joe, and about she and Joey’s relationship.
Did anyone take notice that this was the SECOND time that Joe Gorga told someone to read something for him? The first time was the letter Teresa left on his front door..he told Melissa to read it. Now he’s ordering Teresa to read her inscription. I don’t know if he needs glasses and is too proud to wear them on TV, has a problem with reading or can’t read Teresa’s handwriting! Also, why didn’t he just pull out his phone and show her the texts?!?!?!? (Opportunity #1)
I was screaming at the tv when I saw Joe Giudice hand the phone ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE TABLE to his friend to read the text instead of just handing the phone to Teresa who is sitting right next to him!!WTH! (Opportunity #2). And to have the friend PARAPHRASE the texts (and giving half the story) made me want to toss the remote at the tv. Teresa should have taken the phone away and read it herself.
A text exchange between Joe Gorga and Joe Giudice. Gorga is listed as ‘faggot’ in Giudice’s phone.
